Abstract

本发明公开了一种磷酸铁锂电池,包括壳体以及位于壳体顶面的极柱端盖两大部分,所述的极柱端盖上设有正极柱、泄压孔和负极柱;所述的壳体由四层结构组成,由外到内依次为:电池壳体表面绝缘涂层、电池壳体外层、电池壳体缓冲层和电池壳体内层。本发明解决了电池在新能源汽车实际行驶过程中,由于震动、撞击、重压、短路而造成电池损坏,影响新能源汽车的正常使用的问题,大大提高了电池的安全性。

技术领域
    本发明涉及电池领域,具体涉及一种防震防压表面绝缘的磷酸铁锂电池。
背景技术
目前,市场上日益多样化的电子产品正向着小型化、便携化、功能多样化发展,同时随着石油、煤炭等资源的日益耗竭,电动汽车行业也在不断的占领着市场,因此对这些产品提供能量的锂离子电池的性能要求也越来越高。
而现有的磷酸铁理电池主要由壳体、一个极柱端盖、电解液和泄压阀构成,壳体为塑胶壳体,其不足之处在于设计不够合理,没有考虑到电池实际使用的过程,特别是新能源汽车在实际行驶过程中,对电池的挤压、震动、撞击,容易造成对电池的损害,此外还有电池由于焊接不到位造成的短路等问题,从而影响新能源汽车的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种防震防压表面绝缘的磷酸铁锂电池,解决了电池在新能源汽车实际行驶过程中,由于震动、撞击、重压、短路而造成电池损坏,影响新能源汽车的正常使用的问题,大大提高了电池的安全性。
本发明所述的一种防震防压表面绝缘的磷酸铁锂电池,包括壳体以及位于壳体顶面的极柱端盖两大部分,所述的极柱端盖上设有正极柱、泄压孔和负极柱;所述的壳体设有四层结构,由外到内依次为:电池壳体表面绝缘涂层、电池壳体外层、电池壳体缓冲层和电池壳体内层。
进一步改进,所述的电池壳体表面绝缘涂层为高温绝缘橡胶涂层,厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
进一步改进,所述的电池壳体外层为铝壳,厚度为1~2mm。
进一步改进,所述的电池壳体缓冲层为聚氨酯泡沫塑料层或聚乙烯泡沫塑料层,厚度为1~3mm。
再进一步改进,所述的电池壳体内层为铝壳,厚度为1~2mm。
本发明有益效果在于:
1、电池壳体由四层结构组成,最外层涂有高温绝缘材料,解决了电池由于焊接不到位造成的短路问题。
2、电池壳体由四层结构组成,电池壳体缓冲层为缓冲材料,提高了电池防震动、防撞击和防重压的能力,也提高了电池的安全性,解决了电池在新能源汽车实际行驶过程中,由于震动、撞击、重压而造成电池损坏,影响新能源汽车的正常使用的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种磷酸铁锂电池,包括壳体以及位于壳体顶面的极柱端盖两大部分,所述极柱端盖上设有正极柱、泄压孔和负极柱;所述方形的壳体由四层结构组成,由外到内依次为:电池壳体表面绝缘涂层4、电池壳体外层5、电池壳体缓冲层6和电池壳体内层7。
实施例1:
上述所述的电池壳体表面绝缘涂层4为高温绝缘橡胶涂层,厚度为0.11±0.01mm;所述的电池壳体内层7、电池壳体外层5均为铝壳,厚度均为1.1±0.01mm;所述的电池壳体缓冲层6为聚氨酯泡沫塑料层或聚乙烯泡沫塑料层,厚度为2.1±0.01mm。
实施例2:
上述所述的电池壳体表面绝缘涂层4为高温绝缘橡胶涂层,厚度为0.19±0.01mm;所述的电池壳体内层7、电池壳体外层5均为铝壳,厚度均为1.9±0.01mm;所述的电池壳体缓冲层6为聚氨酯泡沫塑料层或聚乙烯泡沫塑料层,厚度为1.1±0.01mm。
本发明提供了一种磷酸铁锂电池结构形式和实施方法,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方法,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种磷酸铁锂电池,包括壳体以及位于壳体顶面的极柱端盖两大部分,其特征在于,所述的极柱端盖上设有正极柱(1)、泄压孔(3)和负极柱(2);所述的壳体设有四层结构,由外到内依次为:电池壳体表面绝缘涂层(4)、电池壳体外层(5)、电池壳体缓冲层(6)和电池壳体内层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:所述的电池壳体表面绝缘涂层(4)为高温绝缘橡胶涂层,厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:所述的电池壳体外层(5)为铝壳,厚度为1~2mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:所述的电池壳体缓冲层(6)为聚氨酯泡沫塑料层或聚乙烯泡沫塑料层,厚度为1~3mm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的磷酸铁锂电池,其特征在于:所述的电池壳体内层(7)为铝壳,厚度为1~2mm。
