本发明涉及机械设备的工艺孔封口技术,尤其是用于汽车涡轮增压器的工艺孔封口技术。
背景技术
现有技术中,涡轮增压器工艺孔封口采用的是点压式封口技术,由于压点与堵片接触面积很小,这样在热胀冷缩及剧烈震动的情况下,容易产生松动及漏气现象,给产品质量带来不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不会使产品产生松动和漏气的封口技术。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种工艺孔封口技术,包括壳体和堵片,所述壳体和堵片均采用球墨铸铁,先将堵片准确放置于封口处,然后通过滚压式封口技术对封口缝隙进行360°全封闭。
采用上述技术方案,产品在任何条件下都不会出现松动及漏气现象,有效的提高了增压器的使用可靠性。
