背景技术
软管接头是指对软管起固定密封作用的连接装置。目前的市场内一般使用尼龙材质的软管接头。尼龙软管接头的因本身材质的问题具有可变形型，对于软管固定及密封具有不稳定性，常会因为温度等外界影响了使用功效。

本实用新型解决的技术问题：提供一种金属卡环软管连接器，能很好的起到对软管的固定、密封作用，且在使用中不会发生失效。
本实用新型采用的技术方案：一种金属卡环软管连接器，包括金属圆螺帽、位于所述金属圆螺帽下方的锁紧片、位于所述锁紧片下方的管段密封圈、位于所述管段密封圈外围的金属接头体以及部分沉设于所述金属接头体内的O型圈，所述锁紧片由金属材质制成。
所述锁紧片为圆弧片。
所述圆弧片内侧片设有两条横向的筋。
所述圆弧片为两个。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，因所述锁紧片由金属材质制成，不易变形，在所述金属圆螺帽与所述金属接头体旋紧过程中会压下所述锁紧片，连带将软管向所述管段密封圈压紧，进而起到了固定及密封的作用，且在使用中不会发生失效。

下面结合附图1描述本实用新型的一种实施例。
金属卡环软管连接器包括金属圆螺帽1、位于所述金属圆螺帽1下方的锁紧片2、位于所述锁紧片2下方的管段密封圈3、位于所述管段密封圈3外围的金属接头体4以及部分沉设于所述金属接头体4内的O型圈5。
所述锁紧片2由金属材质制成。所述锁紧片2为两个圆弧片。所述圆弧片内侧片设有两条横向的筋，对应卡在软管的凹槽内。
因所述锁紧片2由金属材质制成，不易变形，在所述金属圆螺帽1与所述金属接头体4旋紧过程中会压下所述锁紧片2，连带将软管向所述管段密封圈3压紧，进而起到了很好的固定及密封的作用，且在使用中不会发生失效。且安装使用方便。

1.一种金属卡环软管连接器，包括金属圆螺帽（1）、位于所述金属圆螺帽（1）下方的锁紧片（2）、位于所述锁紧片（2）下方的管段密封圈（3）、位于所述管段密封圈（3）外围的金属接头体（4）以及部分沉设于所述金属接头体（4）内的O型圈（5），其特征在于：所述锁紧片（2）由金属材质制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属卡环软管连接器，其特征在于：所述锁紧片（2）为圆弧片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金属卡环软管连接器，其特征在于：所述圆弧片内侧片设有两条横向的筋。
4.根据权利要求2所述的金属卡环软管连接器，其特征在于：所述圆弧片为两个。
