如图3、4所示意,原料在泵的作用下,经转子流量计计量后从旋转填料床的原料进口进入旋转填料床,经静止的液体分布器均匀分布四等分后分别进入动态的U形平盘旋转液体分布器7的四个U形受液槽,经U形受液槽将液体沿周向均匀分布后分别向下流到动态液体分布器的四个旋转盘片,在离心力的作用下沿轴向与周向均匀喷洒在填料内侧。在填料中,原料受离心力、填料摩擦力及曳力的作用形成液膜、液丝与液滴,并由填料内侧向外侧甩出,离开填料的液体经锥形受液及分布器4平均分成四个部分后分别旋转进入动态的U形平盘旋转液体分布器7和下一层填料,经过几层填料后,液体最后从旋转填料床的液体出口流出旋转填料床,进入再沸器。再沸器中的液体部分引出,部分经加热产生蒸汽,蒸汽从气体进口进入旋转填料床底部,在压力作用下,从旋转填料的外侧向内侧流动,离开填料的气体经动态的U形平盘旋转液体分布器7分成四个部分,在液体分布器中与液体进行传质传热后,在锥形受液盘的上方由内向外扩散,截面积逐渐增大,并与锥形受液盘上的液体进行传质传热,然后进入上一层填料,经过几层填料、液体分布器与锥形受液盘后,蒸汽进入设备顶部的除雾器,除雾后从气体出口流出后,依次进入分凝器与全凝器,为提高设备的分离能力,分凝器中的部分液体作为回流液从回流液进口返回到旋转填料床中,其余作为产品引出。旋转填料床内填料的转速(决定超重力场强度的大小)由调频器调节。
