Abstract

一种小体积宽电压光电高压驱动模块,利用集成脉宽调制电路MC34063A驱动场效应管IRF840进行高频开关电源变换,对变压器结构进行优化设计,使输出光电发射管高压脉冲时,叠加感应绕组输出光电接收管高压脉冲,并各自进行整流滤波,输出直流高压。在光电接收管直流高压输出端HV1与地线间并接三只串联的0.5W200V稳压管进行稳压(600V左右),实现同时对光电设备中光电接收管、光电发射管供电,减小了体积,通过调节电位器,可进行光电发射管宽电压HV2(300V~600V)调整。利用单稳态触发器74LS221调节光电发射管的发射脉冲宽度,利用场效应管IRF840驱动控制放电工作电流,提高了光电高压驱动模块集成度。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种光电设备电高电爪小体积驱动模块,尤其是在光电i殳备中,可对光电发射管、光电接收管同时供电,并能够调节发射驱动脉冲宽度及光电发射管工作电流。
背景技术:目前光电设备中,光电发射管利光电接收管通常各白需用一套高压电源电路供电,体积很大,电路复杂。同时,光电发射管发射脉冲宽度调节、工作电流调节还需专门驱动电路模块。再者,高压电源产生电路的振荡形式可为自激式或它激式,但它激式振荡电路较为稳定,调试方便。目前,它激式集成脉宽调制电路微控制芯片具有外部元件少,功能强的特点,愈米愈得到广泛应用。
发明内容:为了克服现有光电设备中光电发射管、光电接收管需独立进行变换供电,由此导致电源部分体积较人,所占整机比重较高的缺点,同时解决光电发射管发射脉冲宽度调节、工作电流调节还需专门驱动电路模块的问题。本发明(实用新刑)采刚的技术方案是:(1)将两路高压变换电路合开,采用集中脉宽调制,优化变压器结构,附加稳压电路等方法实现,减小了元器件数量,缩小了体积,采用它激式驱动器MC34063A驱动变换,易于调试。通过调节电位器,可实现光电发射管宽电压(300V~600V)调整。(2)利用单稳态触发器74LS221调节光电发射管发射脉冲宽度,利用场效应管IRF840控制放电工作电流,提高了集成度。

具体实施方式:
本发明采用场效应管IRF840进行变换驱动,在变压器次边绕组中,光电接收管高压绕组采用在光电发射管高压绕组基础上,顺序绕制,节省变爪器绕组圈数,减小磁罐体积。利用单稳态触发器74LS221调节光电发射管发射脉冲宽度,利用场效应管IRF840驱动控制放电工作电流,提高了集成度。
本发明的有益效果是:可同时对光电发射管、光电接收管供电,并集成了光电发射管发射脉冲宽度调节、工作电流调节驱动电路模块。在一块尺寸45X45mm电路板中就可实现,减小了电源模块体积且方便调试使刚。

Claims (2)

1.一种小体积宽电压光电高压驱动模块,采用它激式驱动器MC34063A驱动变换,其特征是:采用集中脉宽调制,在变压器次边绕组中,光电接收管高压绕组采用在光电发射管高压绕组基础上,顺序绕制,节省变压器绕组圈数,并附加稳压电路措施同时实现光电设备发射、接收两路高压变换,减小了元器件数量,缩小了体积,通过调节电位器,可实现光电发射管宽电压300V~600V调整,利用单稳态触发器74LS221调节光电发射管发射脉冲宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小体积宽电压光电高压驱动模块,其特征是:利用场效应管IRF840控制放电工作电流,提高了集成度。
