Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of steps of a service providing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the service providing method is used for a server, the server serves a first service area, and the service providing method includes the following steps:
step 101, acquiring first position information of first electronic equipment;
step 102, judging whether a first user corresponding to the first electronic device is currently located in the first service area according to the first position information, and acquiring a first judgment result;
103, when the first judgment result indicates that the first user is currently located in the first service area, acquiring original user information of the first user;
and 104, sending part or all of the original user information as target user information to second electronic equipment, so that a second user corresponding to the second electronic equipment can interact with the first user through the second electronic equipment and the target user information.
Therefore, the information of the user in the service area is sent to other electronic equipment, so that other users can obtain the user information in the service area in time, and the user in the service area can be interacted.
In the above method, the first location information may be a cell ID, a base station or access point ID, or a paging domain ID, where the first electronic device is located, where the base station may be a macro base station, a micro base station, or a home base station, and the access point may be a WiFi access point; the first location information may also be an identifier (such as a name or an ID) of a service area determined by the location server based on information such as a cell ID, a base station or access point ID, or a paging domain ID where the first electronic device is located.
The original user information may be basic information (such as name, gender, age, native place, occupation, interest, phone number, address, etc.) of the first user maintained by an operator, personal exhibition information (such as blog, microblog, forum, folder, contents of a visitor, release time or link address, etc.) of the first user, and application usage dynamics (such as games, software, etc. applications run by the user and time of run or location of the user).
The method for acquiring the original user information of the first user may be: the original subscriber information is obtained from the first electronic device, another server providing a service area service, or a subscriber information database (e.g., a communications carrier HLR, VLR, internet data center). For example, the basic information of the first user may be obtained from a subscriber information database (e.g. HLR, VLR, HSS) of an operator through itself or another server; acquiring personal display information or new application use dynamics newly issued by the first user from the first electronic equipment; obtaining personal presentation information or application usage dynamics of the first user from itself or from other servers.
To support interaction between users currently located within the same service area, the second user may be currently located within the first service area. The second user may be all users or a part of users currently located in the first service area.
Considering that the second user may also be currently located in another service area outside the first service area, but may also want to interact with the user currently located in the first service area for some reason (for example, want to find a user who can provide tenant source information from users currently located in another service area for interaction), the second user may also be currently located in a second service area. The second user may be all users or a part of users currently located in the first service area.
Since the second user does not necessarily interest the original user information, the information that the second user is interested in may be sent to the second handset, and in view of this, the method of sending part or all of the information in the original user information as target user information to the second electronic device may be:
determining information screening conditions of the second user;
and sending the information meeting the information screening condition in the original user information as the target user information to the second electronic equipment.
The method for determining the information screening condition of the second user may be: receiving information screening conditions input to the second electronic equipment by the second user from the second electronic equipment; or receiving a result selected by the second user from a plurality of preset options of information screening conditions from the second electronic equipment; or the server carries out intelligent processing according to the network access habits, comment records and the like of the second user to obtain the information screening conditions.
Some information in the original user information acquired by the server may have a small relationship with the first service area or may have a content hole, and if the information is sent to the second mobile phone, a reading load may be imposed on the second user, so that the method for sending part or all of the original user information as target user information to the second electronic device may be:
presenting the original user information to an administrator through a human-computer interface;
and sending part or all of the original user information to the second electronic equipment as the target user information according to the operation of the administrator.
Further, since some information in the original user information may not be outdated with the lapse of time, even if the first user leaves the first service area, such information may be valuable to a user who wants to know information of the user of the first service area, and thus, the service providing method may further include: presenting the original user information to an administrator through a human-computer interface; obtaining selected information from the original user information according to the operation of the administrator; storing the refined information into a refined information storage unit; and sending the information in the refined information storage unit to the second electronic equipment. In this way, the selected information of the users located in the first service area at different times can be stored in the selected information storage unit and sent to the electronic devices corresponding to the users currently located in the first service area.
Since the number of the first users currently located in the first service area may be large, and the second user may only wish to receive information of a specific user, the method of sending part or all of the original user information as target user information to the second electronic device may be:
determining that the first user belongs to a first group;
and judging whether the first packet is a packet expected by the second user, and if so, sending part or all of the original user information to the second electronic equipment as target user information.
Wherein, the operator accounting system can send the conditions submitted by the first user when the user registers to the operator, such as native, national, professional (such as white collar, student, family, etc.), age, sex, etc., to the main server or data center (DataCenter), and the main server or data center determines the group for the first user according to the conditions and sends the group information to the server together with the original user information, or sends the group information to the server at the request of the server; or, the main server or the data center may determine a group in which the first user is located according to a condition submitted when the first user registers in the service provider, and send the group information to the server together with the original user information, or send the group information to the server in response to a request of the server; or the server sends a plurality of grouping options to the first electronic device and receives the identifier of the group where the first user is located, which is selected by the first user through the first electronic device, so as to obtain the group where the first user is located.
The group desired by the second user may be a group selected by the second user among several options when registering with a service provider or an operator or a group to which the second user registered belongs, or a group selected by the second user among several options provided by the server through the second electronic device and indicated to the server by the second electronic device or a group to which the second user indicated to the server through the second electronic device by the second user belongs.
Further, if an information filtering condition of the second user may be determined, in the above step, when a determination result that determines whether the first packet is a packet expected by the second user is yes, the method for sending part or all of the original user information to the second electronic device as target user information may specifically be: and sending the information meeting the information screening condition in the original user information as the target user information to the second electronic equipment.
The method for determining the information screening condition of the second user may be: receiving information screening conditions input by the second user from the second electronic equipment; or, receiving, from the second electronic device, a result selected by the second user from options of a plurality of preset information filtering conditions provided by the server or the second electronic device; or the server carries out intelligent processing according to the network access habits, comment records and the like of the second user to obtain information screening conditions.
In view of the fact that the first user may leave the first service area, and at this time, the second user still regards the first user as being currently located in the first service area, and thus the situation of the user in the first service area, which is known to the second user, may not be the real situation, for this reason, after sending part or all of the original user information to the second electronic device as target user information, the method may further include:
acquiring second position information of the first electronic equipment;
judging whether the first user is currently located in the first service area according to the second position information, and acquiring a second judgment result;
and when the second judgment result indicates that the first user leaves the first service area currently, sending a deletion instruction to the second electronic device, so that the second electronic device can delete the target user information according to the deletion instruction.
Considering that the first user may frequently move to return to the first service area within a short time after leaving the first service area, if the server sends a deletion instruction to the second electronic device as soon as the first user leaves the first service area, the server sends the information of the first user to the second electronic device again as soon as the first user returns to the first service area, which may result in frequent addition and deletion of the information of the first user by the second electronic device. To this end, after sending part or all of the original user information as target user information to the second electronic device, the method may further include:
periodically acquiring third position information of the first electronic equipment;
judging whether the first user is currently located in the first service area or not according to each obtained third position information to obtain a third judgment result;
and judging whether a third judgment result of a continuous preset number indicates that the first user leaves the first service area currently or not, if so, sending a deleting instruction to the second electronic equipment, so that the second electronic equipment can delete the target user information according to the deleting instruction.
The first service area may include a geographical area, and for this reason, the first service area may include a set of at least two non-adjacent geographical areas, considering that the degree of correlation between users located at distant geographical locations may also be relatively large (for example, teachers and students at a college and a branch, and customers at each store in a chain).
In addition, the server may provide the second electronic device with service information related to a place in or around the first service area, but many service information are dynamically changed, and only manually collected and then input into the server through the human-machine interface, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the validity and accuracy of many service information may not be strong enough. In view of this, the original user information may be first description information corresponding to a first object related to the first service area, which is sent to the server by the first user through the first electronic device.
The first object may be a place in or around the first service area, for example, a fixed place such as an ATM teller machine, a parking lot, a vegetable market, a restaurant, a hotel, a hospital, a community service organization, and a mobile place such as a taxi, a waste recycling car, and the like.
The first description information may be a description of a service condition of the first object, for a case where the first object is a fixed place, for example, the ATM teller machine has been damaged, the parking space of the parking lot is full, the vegetable market has come to a peculiar fruit, a service attitude condition of the restaurant, a hygiene condition of the hotel, a diagnosis level of a doctor of the hospital, and a smoothness when going to the resident community service organization for handling a certain event; for the case that the first object is a movable place, for example, the name of a street where a taxi running empty is currently located, and the recycling price of various types of waste provided by a waste recycling car.
For the case that the first user is a user, the server may send, as the target user information, the description information corresponding to the first object, which is sent to the server by the user through the electronic device, to the second electronic device.
For the case that the first user is two or more users, the server may send all of the description information sent to the server by the users through the electronic device to the second electronic device as the target user information; considering that the time when different users send the description information corresponding to the first object to the server may be different, the server may also send the description information sent by the users to the server through the electronic device at the latest or within the latest period of time as the target user information to the second electronic device.
Therefore, a lot of information in the first service area can be dynamically maintained in real time by the users in the first service area, so that the waste of time cost and human resources is avoided, and the high effectiveness and accuracy of the information are ensured.
The first electronic device may store identifiers of places related to the first service area and corresponding identification information (such as names, pictures, streets where the places are located, relative positions of the places and a landmark, and the like) presented to a user in advance, so that when the first user knows a real-time service condition of a place, description information of the place can be input to the first device through the identification information;
alternatively, the server may also actively send, to the first electronic device, an identifier of a certain location related to the first service area and corresponding identification information presented to the user, so that when the first user knows a real-time service condition of the location, the description information of the location may be input to the first device through the identification information.
Further, the original user information may further include personal information such as a user name and a mobile phone number of the first user, and correspondingly, the target user information may further include the personal information, so that the second user may know that the user providing the target user information is the first user, thereby providing the second user with another way of knowing about other users, which is more beneficial for the user to find out other users interested in.
Considering that the demands of the second user for the first service area are diverse, it is not possible for a service provider or operator to anticipate all the demands and request a response from the first user in advance, and for this reason, a flexible way to meet the demands of the second user is required. In view of this, the method for acquiring the original user information may be: receiving a query message for the first service area, which is sent by the second user through the second electronic device; sending the query message to the first electronic device; and receiving a response message to the inquiry message, which is sent by the first user through the first electronic equipment, as the original user information.
The inquiry message can comprise an inquiry for a certain problem of a certain place (such as fixed places like ATM (automatic teller machine) cash deposit and withdrawal machines, parking lots, vegetable markets, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, community service organizations and the like; and movable places like taxies, waste recycling vehicles and the like) in or around the first service area; or, the system may also include a certain activity (e.g., an offline activity such as a tour, basketball, english horn, car pool, old goods transaction, purchase desiring to allocate freight, etc.), which is performed in or around the first service area; alternatively, a query for a place (not limited to within or around the first service area) or an activity (not limited to within or around the first service area) or a question (e.g., hobbies, opinion of a certain brand) for a user currently located within the first service area may also be included.
Further, in view of the fact that the first user may wish to obtain service information related to the first service area, the method may further comprise:
receiving a first request message sent by the first electronic device and comprising an identification of a second object related to the first service area;
acquiring second description information corresponding to the second object from a database, and sending the second description information to the first electronic equipment;
the second description information is part or all of third description information of the second object, which is sent to the server by other users through other electronic equipment.
The second object may be a certain place (e.g., a fixed place such as an ATM teller machine, a parking lot, a vegetable market, a restaurant, a hotel, a hospital, a community service organization, and the like, and a movable place such as a taxi, a waste recycling car, and the like) in or around the first service area.
The third description information may be description of service conditions of the second object, and for a case where the second object is a fixed place, such as the ATM teller machine is damaged, the parking space of the parking lot is full, the vegetable market has come to a particular fruit, the service attitude condition of the restaurant, the hygiene condition of the hotel, the diagnosis level of a doctor in the hospital, and the smoothness when going to the residential community service organization for handling a certain event; and for the condition that the second object is a movable place, such as the name of a street where a taxi running empty is located currently and the recycling price of various wastes provided by a waste recycling car.
The server may send all of the third description information as the second description information to the first electronic device, or may send information sent in the latest or latest period of time in the third description information as the second description information to the first electronic device.
The other electronic devices may store identifiers of places related to the first service area and corresponding identification information (such as names, pictures, streets where the places are located, relative positions of the places and a landmark, and the like) presented to the user in advance, so that when the other users know a real-time service condition of a place, description information of the place can be input to the other devices through the identification information;
alternatively, the server may also actively send, to the other electronic devices, an identifier of a certain location related to the first service area and corresponding identification information presented to the user, so that when the other users know a real-time service condition of the location, the description information of the location may be input to the other devices through the identification information.
Further, the third description information may further include personal information such as user names and mobile phone numbers of the other users, and correspondingly, the second description information may also further include the personal information, so that the first user may know that the user providing the second description information is the other user, thereby providing another way for the first user to know about the other user, which is more beneficial for the first user to find the user of interest.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the service areas may be statically deployed, and for a certain service operation purpose, the service areas may also be dynamically adjusted, that is, different service areas may be combined into the same service area. For example, different service areas may provide differentiated user services, and a user service provided by a certain service area may attract more users than another service area, thereby bringing more potential benefits to a service operator, and the another service area may be merged into the service area, thereby increasing the potential benefits of the service operator. In view of this, there may be:
before the acquiring the first location information of the first electronic device, the method may further include:
judging whether the first service area meets an area expansion condition or not, and acquiring a fourth judgment result;
and merging a third service area into the first service area when the fourth judgment result is yes.
Wherein the region expansion condition is, for example: the daily average user number of the first service area is larger than a preset threshold value; or the average monthly user number of the first service area is larger than the average monthly user number of the third service area; and so on.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in consideration that the first user may be located in the same service area for a long time, and a plurality of users may need their corresponding information, the obtained original user information may be stored in a database and then distributed to other related users. This saving may be user based, i.e. saving a list of users and basic information for each user in the list, a list of affiliated groups, the service area in which it is located, and other information. However, considering that a user may only be interested in the user information in the same group as the user, if the user information in the same group as the user is distributed to the user, each user in the list needs to be traversed to see whether the group corresponding to the user is the same, which causes low efficiency in extracting the user information. In order to improve the extraction efficiency of the user information, the original user information of the user can be respectively stored based on the group corresponding to the user, so that the user information can be extracted only by searching and extracting in the storage area corresponding to the corresponding group. In view of this, there may be:
the first user belongs to at least one group and corresponds to at least one storage area in a database one to one;
the sending of the part or all of the original user information as target user information to a second electronic device includes:
storing the original user information into the at least one storage area respectively;
determining a first group to which the second user belongs;
judging whether the first packet is included in the at least one packet or not, and acquiring a fifth judgment result;
when the fifth judgment result is yes, extracting part or all of the information in the original user information from a first storage area in the database, and sending the extracted information serving as the target user information to a second electronic device; wherein the first storage area corresponds to the first group.
Thus, the extraction efficiency of the user information is improved. Specific examples of the above-described service providing method are given below.
Fig. 2 is a network architecture diagram of an example of a service providing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, a server is placed in each city to serve each service area divided for the city. Each server is connected with an operator accounting system and a main server or a data center placed in a headquarter machine room through the internet. The operator accounting system is also connected with the main server or the data center through the internet. The user can interact with the server of the current city through the base station by the mobile phone, and can also interact with the server of the current city through the PC by the Internet or the local area network.
The server is a server A placed in a city A, and the server A serves each service area in the city A; the first electronic device is a first mobile phone (here a 3G mobile phone) and the first user is a user carrying and using the first mobile phone, wherein the first mobile phone has installed thereon an operator IM software and on that basis provides the first user with an interface for obtaining a service based on the service area, for example by embedding a browser on the IM software, so that such service based on the service area is provided in the form of a web site. The first position information is a base station identification code of a base station where the first mobile phone is located currently. The second electronic device is a second handset (here a 3G handset). Here, the base station may be a 3G base station, and is connected to the server through an RNC and a CN (core network).
The following description relates to two cases: the first condition is as follows: the first mobile phone is a mobile phone, and the first user is a user; and in the second case, the first mobile phone is more than two mobile phones, the first user is one or more than two users, each mobile phone in the first mobile phone corresponds to each user in the first user one by one, each mobile phone in the first mobile phone is provided with operator IM software, and an interface for obtaining the service based on the service area is provided for the corresponding user on the basis.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating steps of an example of a service providing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 3, the specific example includes the following steps:
step 201, acquiring a base station identification code of a first base station where a first mobile phone is located;
specifically, when the serving RNC (set to RNC-X) of the first handset detects that the first handset accesses the 3G communication system from the base station X or moves from another base station to the base station X, the serving RNC of the first handset transmits the base station identity of the base station X to the server a.
In consideration of the fact that when the mobile phone is in the RRC idle mode, if the mobile phone moves to a new base station without performing location update, the serving RNC of the mobile phone cannot detect a change of the base station where the mobile phone is located, and thus cannot acquire the base station identifier of the base station where the mobile phone newly enters under such a condition, to avoid such a problem, a browser may be embedded in the IM software of the first mobile phone, and the browser may periodically and automatically access the server a (e.g., download or upload data), so that the first mobile phone will enter the RRC connection mode, and thus the serving RNC of the first mobile phone can send the base station identifier of the base station where the first mobile phone is currently located to the server a, where the automatically acquired time interval may be smaller than a cell radius (e.g., a coverage radius of a cell where the first mobile phone is located when the first mobile phone is in the RRC connection mode last time) and a predicted highest user movement rate (e.g., an identifier of a cell where the first mobile phone is located when the first mobile A downtown cell deployment knows that the first user is in the downtown area, the expected user maximum mobile speed is set to be 120 km/h).
Step 202, judging whether a first user corresponding to the first mobile phone is currently located in a first service area served by the server A according to the base station identifier, and acquiring a first judgment result;
specifically, a table of correspondence between the base station identifier and each service area serviced by the server a may be preconfigured in the server a, and the service area where the first user is currently located is found by looking up the table of correspondence. Here, the process of searching the corresponding relation table is a judgment process, and when it is determined that the first user is currently located in the first service area by searching the corresponding relation table, the first judgment result is yes; and when the first user is determined not to be located in the first service area currently by searching the corresponding relation table, the first judgment result is no.
Step 203, when the first judgment result indicates that the first user is currently located in the first service area, acquiring original user information of the first user;
specifically, when it is determined that the first user is currently located in the first service area by looking up the correspondence table, the server a obtains the original user information of the first user.
The method for server a to obtain the original user information includes:
checking whether the original user information of the first user is stored in the main server or the data center of the headquarter computer room or not, if not, requesting the original user information from the main server or the data center of the headquarter computer room, and if the basic information of the first user is stored in the main server or the data center, sending the basic information to the server A; if the basic information is not stored, the basic information is acquired from the operator billing system. Meanwhile, if the primary server or the data center stores other original user information (such as personal presentation information and application usage dynamics) besides the basic information of the first user, the primary server or the data center sends the other original user information to the server a. In addition, the server a obtains other original user information newly generated at the first mobile phone from the first mobile phone.
Further, after the server a obtains the newly generated other original user information from the first mobile phone, the newly generated other original user information may also be sent to a main server or a data center, and the main server or the data center stores the information for the server placed in each city to obtain when needed.
In the above steps 201 to 203, it should be noted that: for the case one, RNC-X is an RNC, and base station X is a base station; for the case two, the RNC-X may be one or more than two RNCs, the base station X may be more than two base stations controlled by the same or different RNCs in the RNC-X, the serving RNCs of different handsets in the first handset may be the same or different RNCs in the RNC-X, and different handsets in the first handset may access the 3G communication system at the same or different base stations in the base station X or move from other base stations to the same or different base stations in the base station X. In case two, the steps 201 to 203 may be respectively executed for each of the first mobile phones, and for each of the first mobile phones, the base station X is a base station where the mobile phone is currently located, and the RNC-X is a current serving RNC of the mobile phone, in step 203, "the server a obtains the original user information of the first user" is "the server a obtains the sub-original user information of the user", where the sub-original user information of each of the first users jointly constitutes the original user information of the first user.
And 204, sending part or all of the original user information as target user information to a second mobile phone, so that a second user corresponding to the second mobile phone can interact with the first user through the second mobile phone and the target user information.
The second mobile phone can be located in the first service area currently; alternatively, the second handset may currently be located in a second service area, where the second service area may be served by server a, or may be served by another server located in another city (e.g., server B located in city B).
For the case that the second service area is served by the server a, the server a may send all information in the original user information to the second mobile phone, or may determine an information filtering condition of the second user and send information satisfying the information filtering condition to the second mobile phone.
For the case that the second service area is served by the server B, the server a may send all the information in the original user information to the second mobile phone through the server B, or may determine the information filtering condition of the second user and send the information satisfying the information filtering condition to the second mobile phone through the server B.
The method for determining the information screening condition by the server a may be: receiving information screening conditions input into the second mobile phone by the second user from the second mobile phone;
or receiving a result selected by the second user from a plurality of preset options of information screening conditions from the second mobile phone;
or, in the case that the second service area is served by the server a, the server a may perform intelligent processing according to the network access habit, comment record, and the like of the second user to obtain the information filtering condition;
alternatively, in the case where the second service area is served by the server B, the server B may perform intelligent processing according to the network access habit, comment record, and the like of the second user to obtain the information filtering condition, and send the information filtering condition to the server a;
or, the main server or the data center performs intelligent processing according to the network access habit, comment record and the like of the second user to obtain the information screening condition or obtains the information screening condition from the operator accounting system, and for the condition that the second service area is served by the server a, the server a obtains the information screening condition from the main server or the data center; for the case where the second service area is served by the server B, the server B obtains the information screening condition by itself or obtains the information screening condition from the main server or the data center, and then the server sends the information screening condition to the server a.
In addition, the server A can present the original user information to an administrator through a human-computer interface, the administrator selects information which is relatively large in association with the first service area or relatively rich in content, and the server A sends the selected information to the second mobile phone as target user information; or,
the administrator may also select information from the original user information that is not outdated over time and store it as refined information by server a so that it can be sent to the second handset as additional information independent of the target user information. This means that the server a can store and currently co-transmit to other handsets selected information of users who were located in the first service area.
In addition, users may be grouped by country, race, occupation, age, gender, etc. The server A can send part or all of the information in the original user information of the first user to the second mobile phone as target user information when the first user and the second user belong to the same user group; or, the server a may acquire the user group for which the second user desires to receive information, and thus, when the first user belongs to the user group for which the second user desires to receive information, send part or all of the information in the original user information of the first user to the second mobile phone as the target user information.
Further, when it is determined that the first user and the second user belong to the same user group or that the first user belongs to a user group for which the second user desires to receive information, the server a may further obtain information filtering conditions of the second user, and send information satisfying the information filtering conditions in the original user information of the first user as target user information to the second mobile phone.
Further, the first service area comprises a geographical area or a collection of at least two geographical areas that are not adjacent but have a large degree of user correlation (e.g. teachers and students at a college and a branch, customers of individual stores of a chain of stores).
The original user information may be, in addition to the basic information, the personal presentation information, and the application usage dynamics of the first user, first description information corresponding to a first object related to the first service area, which is sent to the server a by the first user through the first mobile phone.
In this case, the identifiers of the objects (e.g., fixed locations and movable locations) in the first service area and the corresponding characters or pictures that can be recognized by the first user may be pre-stored in the IM software of the first mobile phone, so that the first user may search for a certain object through the characters or pictures, and input the description information corresponding to the object in the first mobile phone, so that the first mobile phone may send the description information and the identifier of the object to the server a;
or, when the first determination result indicates that the first user is currently located in the first service area, the server a may send an identifier of an object in the first service area and corresponding text or picture that can be recognized by the user to the first mobile phone, the first mobile phone presents the text or picture to the first user, the first user may input description information corresponding to the object in the first mobile phone, and then the first mobile phone sends the description information and the identifier of the object to the server a.
Further, when the server a sends the target user information to the second mobile phone, the server a may also send the user identifier corresponding to each piece of information to the second mobile phone, thereby providing another way for the second user to know other users.
Here, the original user information may also be a response to some query message made by the second user, and accordingly, the method for the server a to obtain the original user information may be: receiving a query message aiming at the first service area, which is sent by a second user through a second mobile phone; sending the query message to the first handset; and receiving a response message to the inquiry message, which is sent by the first user through the first mobile phone, as the original user information.
Step 205, the server a receives a first request message including an identifier of a second object related to the first service area, which is sent by the first mobile phone, acquires second description information corresponding to the second object from the database, and sends the second description information to the first mobile phone;
the second description information is part or all of third description information of the second object, which is sent to the server by other users through other electronic equipment.
Further, when sending the second description information to the first mobile phone, the server a may also send the user identifier corresponding to each piece of information to the first mobile phone, thereby providing another way for the first user to know other users.
This step can be implemented by providing a search function to the first user via the first mobile phone.
Step 205 may occur simultaneously with step 204, or may occur before or after step 204.
Step 206, after sending part or all of the original user information as target user information to the second mobile phone, the server a obtains a base station identifier of the base station where the first mobile phone is located; judging whether the first user is currently located in the first service area according to the base station identification code, and acquiring a second judgment result; and when the second judgment result indicates that the first user leaves the first service area currently, sending a deleting instruction to the second mobile phone, so that the second mobile phone can delete the target user information according to the deleting instruction.
In the case of sending the additional information to the second mobile phone, the deleting instruction does not relate to the additional information, that is, the second mobile phone can still retain the information corresponding to the first mobile phone in the additional information.
Alternatively, step 206 may be: after sending part or all of the original user information as target user information to the second mobile phone, the server A periodically acquires the base station identification code of the base station where the first mobile phone is located; judging whether the first user is currently located in the first service area according to each obtained base station identification code, and acquiring a third judgment result; and judging whether a third judgment result of a continuous preset number indicates that the first user leaves the first service area currently or not, and if so, sending a deleting instruction to the second mobile phone so that the second mobile phone can delete the target user information according to the deleting instruction.
In the case of sending the additional information to the second mobile phone, the deleting instruction does not relate to the additional information, that is, the second mobile phone can still retain the information corresponding to the first mobile phone in the additional information.
The periodicity here means not only one acquisition, but also does not limit the value of the time interval between each acquisition.
In addition, the first user may also log in to the website through a PC.
Furthermore, the second handset may have the same functionality as the first handset with respect to the service area based service (e.g. having the operator IM software installed and providing the second user with an interface to obtain the service area based service on that basis). The second user may also log into the website via a PC.
Applying the above example, a mobile community project may be implemented. The mobile community is based on the service area, and one service area is equivalent to one community for the operation of projects and users.
Fig. 4 is an architecture diagram of a mobile community project operation platform, as shown in the diagram, a limited responsibility company and a telecom operator cooperate to provide core data support for each other, for example, the operator provides the company with support in terms of mobile phone IM software, base station identification code, user data and billing platform, marketing and sales, the project needs to surround the whole development planning and development of the operator, the mobile phone IM software of the operator needs to be changed necessarily around the development of the project, and the project integrates with the mobile phone IM software of the operator, and also integrates other product resources of the operator, such as a mobile phone mailbox, and the like. The limited responsibility company manages the research and development department, the website department, and the market/sales/customer service. The research and development department carries out research and development of a mobile community basic platform, the website department carries out operation of the mobile community basic platform, and the market/sales/customer service carries out market sales for merchant/enterprise customers and carries out market sales, organizes offline activities and provides customer service for users. The merchant/business customer's advertisements may be placed on the mobile community base platform. By means of communication between the mobile phone or the computer and the mobile community basic platform, a user can receive services of the mobile community basic platform by using the mobile phone or the computer.
The mobile community basic platform is a foundation for realizing projects, is embodied in a website form, and can provide services for embodying the value of users such as blogs (characters, videos, music, pictures and the like), contacts, forums, exchanges, Digg, Twitter and the like. The platform also comprises a community peripheral place searching function, and can be used for searching various information of the community where the mobile phone is located, such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, taxis, community service organizations, life basic information and other information. The place information is dynamically maintained in real time by users in the community, so that the method has high effectiveness and accuracy. The basic functions on the platform are free, but some extended services such as more advanced blog functions and the like are provided in due time.
Free friend-making products and services can be provided on the basis of the mobile community basic platform. In particular, the method can be developed on the basis of mobile phone IM software. The friends making is carried out in the same community, more friends making in leisure are taken as the main friends making, and on the premise of high privacy protection, friends in the same real community are identified so as to widen the social circle of individuals and improve the neighborhood relationship. The base station is mainly used as a community to automatically group users, the users are automatically placed in a unique area to communicate with other users nearby, the communication time and space are very timely and accurate, the users are more attractive to the users, and meanwhile, the users in the area can be grouped again according to different requirements, and the users outside the area can be added, so that the method is flexible and variable.
Further, free peer (i.e., co-campaigns between users) products and services may be provided. The peer is an extension of friend-making, and only becomes a friend, the peer will jointly associate to carry out some activities, which may include going out, shopping, traveling, eating, sports, and the like. The method mainly uses the base station as a community to automatically match the areas of the users and automatically place the users in the unique areas, so that the users can find people with common love at their sides and can find people with common love in the same city, and the information effectiveness is very high. Meanwhile, the method can provide the mass-sending function (such as mass-sending information and mass-sending advertisements) in the region, thereby ensuring that more users participate and avoiding the result of junk messages.
Fig. 5 is a service relationship diagram based on a mobile community basic information platform, and as shown in the diagram, a friend making service, a fellow (guest sharing) service, and a trading and exchanging (guest changing) service can be provided around the mobile community basic information platform. The user can better interact while sharing information, and the user can better enjoy the convenience of life and work brought by informatization.
The project can also port more and wider applications to the mobile community base platform.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the location of the mobile community in the information platform of the operator, and referring to the diagram, the mobile community is located at the community portal and is an extension on the basis of the personal information platform of the operator.
The user accesses the website through IM software or browser in the mobile phone or PC, browses various information and portals provided on the website (such as information portal like weather, reading book, information, news, etc., entertainment portal like games, television, movies, music, etc., community portal like campus, interaction, peer, friend, chat, forum, blog, etc., business portal like industry application, mailbox, securities, bank, etc., LBS, PIM, MMS, SMS, etc.), submits, updates or manages the basic information, personal display information or application usage dynamics of the user, selects or updates the user group which the user desires to receive or the user group in which the user is located, searches the information of a certain object related to the first service area or other service areas, checks the content of inquiry messages issued by other users and submits the content of response messages (such as answering the questions of other users or responding to the activities of other user groups), enjoying products and services such as friends making and peer walking provided by the website, and setting services or functions which the website wishes to obtain (such as whether to agree to display advertisements which can earn points).
Member services can also be provided for users, and higher-level functions or services can be provided for member users, such as larger space, more styles, lifelong information storage, and the like; the system can also provide a point function for member users, and give a certain amount of points, credit value, virtual currency, or given telephone charge duration or mobile phone network access flow to the users according to the quality of original user information of the users, the activity degree on websites, the advertisement watching condition and the like.
Considering that the service may encourage the need for conversation between users currently located in the same service area or in different service areas (especially in service areas with relatively short distances), the conversation between users in the same or different (e.g. adjacent) service areas may be performed through IM-based software provided by the program, which is an application on the communication platform of the operator, and the conversation may be performed in different proportions according to the distance between users currently located in the service areas. For example, a user may be free to talk (i.e., at a rate of 0%) when currently located in the same service area, charged at 30% of the local standard (i.e., at a rate of 30%) when currently located in an adjacent service area, charged at 50% of the local standard (i.e., at a rate of 50%) when currently located in a service area separated by one other service area, and charged at the local standard (i.e., at a rate of 100%) when currently located in a service area separated by two or more other service areas.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of the location relationship of the calling subscriber, referring to fig. 7 (each circle in the diagram indicates a service area), the subscriber is currently located in the service area a (as indicated by the circle marked by a in the diagram), the server serving the service area a determines that another subscriber calling with the subscriber is currently located in the service area X, and sends the call duration between the two subscribers and the location relationship or the charge rate corresponding to the location relationship between the service area a and the service area X to the operator billing system or to the operator billing system through the main server or the data center. When the service area X is the service area marked by A in the figure, the position relation is the same, and correspondingly, the rate is 0 percent; when the service area X is the service area of a certain mark B in the graph, the position relation is adjacent, and correspondingly, the rate is 30 percent; when the service area X is the service area of a certain label C in the figure, the position relation is separated, and correspondingly, the charge rate is 50 percent; when the service area X is a service area of a certain label D in the figure or a more peripheral service area, the position relationship is farther, and accordingly, the rate is 100%. If the position relationship between the service areas where the two users are currently located is unchanged in the conversation process of the two users, the server sends the conversation duration and the position relationship or the charge rate to an operator accounting system or sends the conversation duration and the position relationship or the charge rate to the operator accounting system through a main server or a data center after the conversation is finished; if the position relationship between the service areas where the two users are currently located changes due to the movement of at least one of the two users during the communication, the server calculates the time length according to the difference of the position relationship during the communication, and sends each position relationship or the corresponding rate and the time length corresponding to the position relationship to the operator accounting system or sends the time length to the operator accounting system through the main server or the data center. The operator billing system charges for the call after receiving the call. For example, for each location relationship in the call process, the operator billing system may determine a rate corresponding to the location relationship and calculate a ratio of the duration corresponding to the location relationship to the total duration of the call process (i.e., a ratio corresponding to the rate). And the operator billing system carries out weighted summation on the determined rates, wherein the weighting factor of each rate is the ratio corresponding to the rate. The product of the weighted sum and the local standard charge is then used as the actual charge for the call.
Alternatively, when a user enters or leaves a service area, the server serving the service area may record the time when the user enters or leaves the service area and send it to the main server or the data center for storage. The operator billing system may send the start-stop time of the call of the user and the identifier of the user to the main server or the data center, and the main server or the data center may determine the position relationship or the rate between the call users and the duration corresponding to each position relationship or each rate in the call time period according to the stored information after receiving the information, and send each position relationship or each rate and the duration corresponding to each position relationship or each rate to the operator billing system. The operator billing system charges for the call after receiving the call. Examples of the charging method may be as described above, and are not described herein again.
Therefore, the method and the system can stimulate the traffic outside the user address list, and the community can use the method and the system more conveniently. Further, different rates may be set for different membership levels for the same positional relationship.
In addition, in order to effectively manage the community users, the mobile community base platform can have the function authority of identifying the illegal users and deleting the information of the illegal users. Therefore, when the number of users complaining about the false information issued by a certain user is larger than a certain threshold or a community manager judges that the user is an illegal user through various channels, the community manager has the authority to delete the false information issued by the user and even all the information of the user.
Further, in order to prevent the user from continuing to be in the harmful community, the community manager can also set the mobile community basic platform to prohibit the user from logging in; or, a condition for prohibiting the user from logging in may be set on the mobile community base platform, for example, the number of times the user information is deleted is greater than a certain threshold.
