Description

Method, device and system for negotiating virtual desktop service parameters
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method, a device and a system for negotiating virtual desktop service parameters.
Background
With the development of information technology, virtual desktops, which are virtual technologies centered on a desktop running on a physical server, have appeared. The user performs remote desktop access on the terminal equipment through a desktop virtualization transmission protocol and a virtual desktop running on the server, and the effect similar to local desktop access is achieved. According to the disclosed virtual desktop technology, a virtual desktop system generally includes a physical server on which a plurality of virtual machines are run, and a virtual machine manager, and the thin client allocates an appropriate virtual machine to a user by the virtual machine manager by transmitting terminal capability information to the virtual machine manager. The thin client interacts with the virtual machine through a desktop virtualization transfer protocol.
The desktop virtualization protocol is one of keys for realizing a virtual desktop, and has the basic functions of redirecting the output of the display content of the server to the client for showing and redirecting the keyboard and mouse of the client to the server for inputting the keyboard and mouse. Currently, 4 vendors (Vmware, citrix, redhat, Microsoft) that offer desktop virtualization solutions have developed 4 different protocols: SPICE (redherein), ICA (citrix), PCoIP (Vmware), RDP (Microsoft). Different protocols require different bandwidths, software and hardware support of a terminal thin client and software and hardware support of a remote server, and different user experiences are brought to users respectively. When a user accesses a remote desktop through terminal equipment, one of the protocols needs to be adopted to support remote interaction between the user terminal and a remote server.
Under the current situation, the four mainstream virtual desktop transmission protocols are all applied, and with the scale expansion of the virtual desktop application, in order to reduce the equipment investment cost, especially the hardware cost, the number of virtual desktop user terminals and virtual desktop systems supporting multiple transmission protocols is gradually increased. In a traditional implementation mode, after a transmission protocol used by a virtual desktop user terminal is set, user terminal equipment is accessed to a remote virtual desktop server according to the set virtual desktop transmission protocol to use virtual desktop services. The user terminal device and the far-end virtual desktop server cannot acquire service parameters (such as a transmission protocol type and a coding and decoding format of service content) supported by the opposite end, so that when a virtual desktop user changes an application environment each time, a set virtual desktop transmission protocol and other service information may not be matched with the requested service support, and connection between the virtual desktop client device and the virtual desktop server device cannot be established.

in the first mode, the virtual desktop server determines the virtual desktop service parameters of the service content according to the service content requested by the service request, and returns all the virtual desktop service parameters of the service content to the virtual desktop client device, and the virtual desktop client device obtains the virtual desktop service parameters identical to the virtual desktop service parameters of the virtual desktop client device according to the returned response message.
And the virtual desktop client device selects one of the determined virtual desktop service parameters as the virtual desktop service parameter of the requested service.
The following describes the negotiation apparatus for virtual desktop service parameters in the above two preferred modes, respectively.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a configuration of a negotiation apparatus for virtual desktop service parameters according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where in the apparatus shown in fig. 4, an obtaining module 106 is configured to obtain a transmission protocol type identifier and/or a codec format identifier that are carried in a response message and are the same as a transmission protocol type identifier and/or a codec format identifier supported by a virtual desktop client device, and the response message carries all transmission protocol type identifiers and/or codec format identifiers supported by a requested service. step S602, the virtual desktop client device sends a service request to the virtual desktop server device, where the information carried in the service request includes: and the virtual desktop client equipment supports transmission protocol type identification and/or coding and decoding format identification.
Step S604, the virtual desktop client device receives a response message returned by the virtual desktop server device, where the information carried in the response message includes: the service requested by the virtual desktop client device supports a transport protocol type identifier and/or a codec format identifier.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the virtual desktop client equipment sends the service request to the virtual desktop server equipment, and the virtual desktop server equipment returns the transmission protocol type and/or the coding and decoding format identifier of the service content requested by the service request to the virtual desktop client according to the service request, so that the virtual client equipment can effectively establish connection with the virtual desktop server equipment according to the returned information, the problem that the virtual desktop service parameters need to be reconfigured when the application environment changes is avoided, and the user experience of the virtual desktop service is improved.
In a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, before the virtual desktop client device receives the response message returned by the virtual desktop server device, the virtual desktop server device receives the service request sent by the virtual desktop client device, determines the service content requested by the service request, obtains the transport protocol type identifier and/or the codec format identifier supported by the service requested by the service request, and sends the response message carrying the transport protocol type identifier and/or the codec format identifier supported by the service requested by the service request to the virtual desktop client device.
Further, after the virtual desktop client device receives the response message sent by the virtual desktop server device, the virtual desktop client device may obtain the information carried in the response message, and establish a connection with the virtual desktop server device according to the information carried in the response message.
According to the embodiment of the invention, two preferable negotiation modes are provided: in the first mode, the virtual desktop server determines virtual desktop service parameters supported by the service according to the service requested by the service request, and returns all the virtual desktop service parameters supported by the service to the virtual desktop client device, and the virtual desktop client device acquires the virtual desktop service parameters which are the same as the virtual desktop service parameters of the virtual desktop client device according to the returned response message; and the virtual desktop client device selects one of the determined virtual desktop service parameters as the virtual desktop service parameter of the requested service.
The two preferred negotiation methods are described below.
In a first mode
In the first mode, the information carried in the response message returned by the virtual desktop server includes: all transport protocol type identifications and/or codec format identifications supported by the requested service, i.e. only transport protocol type identifications and/or codec format identifications supported by the service content are returned. The virtual desktop client device needs to select the transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier supported by the virtual desktop client device from the returned transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier.
Therefore, the establishing, by the virtual desktop client device, a connection with the virtual desktop server device according to the information carried in the response message may include: the virtual desktop client device obtains a transmission protocol type identifier and/or a coding and decoding format identifier which are carried in the response message and are the same as the transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier supported by the virtual desktop client device, and establishes connection with the virtual desktop server device by adopting the transmission protocol type and/or the coding and decoding format indicated by the obtained same transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier.
Meanwhile, if the transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier carried in the response message do not contain the transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier supported by the virtual desktop client device, the virtual desktop client device determines that the connection with the virtual desktop server device cannot be established.
Mode two
In the second mode, the virtual desktop server determines, according to the service request, a transport protocol type identifier and/or a coding and decoding format identifier that are supported by the requested service and the virtual desktop client device at the same time. At this time, the virtual desktop may select any one of the transmission protocol types and/or the codec formats indicated by the determined transmission protocol type identifier and/or the codec format identifier, and establish a connection with the virtual desktop server device.
Specifically, after receiving the service request, the virtual desktop server device determines, according to the information carried in the service request and the obtained transport protocol type identifier and/or codec format identifier supported by the service, a transport protocol type identifier and/or codec format identifier carried in the service request, which is the same as the transport protocol type identifier and/or codec format identifier supported by the service, and carries the determined transport protocol type identifier and/or codec format identifier in the response message to send.
Correspondingly, after receiving the response message, the virtual desktop client device establishes a connection with the virtual desktop server device according to the information carried in the response message, which may include: and the virtual desktop client equipment judges whether the transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier carried in the response message are empty, if so, the virtual desktop client equipment determines that the connection with the virtual desktop server equipment cannot be established, otherwise, the virtual desktop client equipment establishes the connection with the virtual desktop server equipment by adopting the transmission protocol type and/or the coding and decoding format indicated by one of the transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier carried in the response message.
In practical application, when the response message carries a plurality of transport protocol type identifiers and/or codec format identifiers, the virtual desktop client device may adopt a predetermined algorithm or randomly select one transport protocol type and/or codec format to establish a connection with the virtual desktop server device; the virtual desktop client device may also prompt the user of the multiple transmission protocol type identifiers and/or codec format identifiers carried in the response message, and the user selects the transmission protocol type and/or codec format indicated by one of the transmission protocol type identifiers and/or codec format identifiers carried in the response message. And the virtual desktop client equipment responds to the selection of the user and establishes connection with the virtual desktop server equipment by adopting the transmission protocol type and/or the coding and decoding format selected by the user.
In another preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the user experience of the virtual desktop service, so that the user can set a preferred transmission protocol type and/or codec format of the user, the virtual desktop client device may carry a transmission protocol type identifier and/or codec format identifier preferred by the user in the service request, and if the service content requested by the service request supports the transmission protocol type and/or codec format preferred by the user, the transmission protocol type and/or codec format preferred by the user is selected to establish a connection with the virtual desktop server device.
In view of the above description, the virtual desktop server device may further determine whether the transport protocol type identifier and/or the codec format identifier supported by the service requested by the service request includes a transport protocol type identifier and/or a codec format identifier preferred by the user, and if so, the virtual desktop server device carries and transmits the transport protocol type identifier and/or the codec format identifier preferred by the user in the response message. And in the process of establishing connection between the virtual desktop client equipment and the virtual desktop server equipment according to the information carried in the response message, the virtual desktop client equipment judges whether the response message carries a transmission protocol type identifier and/or a coding and decoding format identifier preferred by the user, if so, the virtual desktop client equipment establishes connection with the virtual desktop server equipment by adopting the transmission protocol type identifier and/or the coding and decoding format identifier preferred by the user, otherwise, the virtual desktop client equipment establishes connection with the virtual desktop server equipment according to other transmission protocol type identifiers and/or coding and decoding format identifiers carried in the response message.
In practical application, the virtual desktop server device may negotiate with the virtual desktop client device through its virtual management module, so that when the virtual desktop client device sends a service request to the virtual desktop server device, the virtual desktop client device may send the service request to the virtual management module of the virtual desktop server device. Correspondingly, when the virtual desktop client device receives the response message returned by the virtual desktop server device, the virtual desktop client device may receive the response message returned by the virtual management module of the virtual desktop server device.
Example two
According to the embodiment of the invention, the negotiation method and the negotiation system of the virtual desktop service parameters are provided, so that the virtual desktop client equipment and the virtual desktop server equipment can negotiate with each other to select a proper virtual desktop transmission protocol, and a user can also designate the virtual desktop transmission protocol used for accessing the virtual desktop server equipment, thereby ensuring the satisfaction of user service experience.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a virtual desktop service system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the system may include: a virtual desktop client device 30 and a virtual desktop server device 40.

Figure BDA0000144796950000111
Figure BDA0000144796950000121
step S804, after receiving the service request, the virtual machine management module searches for attribute information of the service content marked by the virtual desktop service content mark, where the attribute information includes: the IP address of the virtual machine where the service content is located, a virtual desktop transmission protocol, a service content coding and decoding format, a virtual desktop resolution and the like. The virtual machine management module compares the capability information supported by the virtual desktop client with the attribute information of the service content, and the comparison method comprises the following steps: if the virtual desktop client exists in the same category as the virtual desktop transport protocol supported by the service content. The same protocol category as the option; also, if the codec format supported by the virtual desktop client and the codec format of the service content exist in the same category, the same codec category is used as a selection item. Other parameters were also aligned. And after the comparison is finished, screening out the service content information meeting the capacity requirement of the virtual desktop client as a selection item, if a user preference user-preference field set by the virtual desktop client contains a virtual desktop transmission protocol mark, comparing the service content information with the virtual desktop transmission protocol in the screened service content attribute information, if the service content information is the same as the virtual desktop transmission protocol mark, taking the service content information corresponding to the virtual desktop transmission protocol as the selection item, and otherwise, generating an error code to indicate that the virtual desktop transmission protocol preferred by the user is unavailable.
Wherein, the field definition of the service content attribute information is as shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0000144796950000122
the fields in the above table constitute a set of service content attribute information, and there may be multiple sets of service content attribute information. After the comparison between the information submitted by the virtual desktop terminal and the virtual desktop service content attribute information is completed, if valid service content attribute information exists, the information in one or more groups of upper forms is carried in the response message.
In step S806, if no suitable service content information option is obtained, the virtual machine management module generates an error code indicating that the service is not available. And returning a message containing an error code to the virtual desktop client device, otherwise, including an error code indicating that a transport protocol preferred by the user is unavailable or a correct response status code in the return message. And the virtual machine management module includes the service content information selection item in a response message and sends the response message to the virtual desktop client device.

Figure BDA0000144796950000131
step S808, after the virtual desktop client receives the response message, if the response message includes an error code that the service cannot provide, the virtual desktop client prompts the user that the service cannot be provided, and if the response message includes an error code that the virtual desktop transport protocol preferred by the user is unavailable. The user is prompted that the preferred transport protocol is not available and lists the alternative transport protocols and corresponding service content information options for selection by the user. If the response message is a successful response and the service content can be accessed by adopting a plurality of virtual desktop transmission protocols, the virtual desktop client equipment prompts the user to select a mode of accessing and using the service content, and the user selects one of the virtual desktop transmission protocols and the corresponding service content information option.
Step S810, if the service content in the response message only supports one virtual desktop transport protocol, or the user selects one virtual desktop transport protocol to access the service content, the virtual desktop client device sends a service request to the corresponding virtual machine according to the service content attribute information, and the transport protocol adopts a virtual desktop transport protocol indicated by the service content attribute, for example: the ICA protocol. For the case where the status code is 510, if the user does not select a virtual desktop transport protocol, the virtual desktop client device prompts the user that the virtual desktop service is finished.
Step S912, the virtual machine management module returns a service request response message to the virtual desktop client, and the virtual desktop server starts providing virtual desktop service for the virtual desktop client.
From the above description, it can be seen that the present invention achieves the following technical effects: the virtual desktop client equipment sends a service request to the virtual desktop server equipment, and the virtual desktop server equipment returns the transmission protocol type and/or the coding and decoding format identification of the service content requested by the service request to the virtual desktop client according to the service request, so that the virtual client equipment can effectively establish connection with the virtual desktop server equipment according to the returned information, the problem that virtual desktop service parameters need to be reconfigured when the application environment changes is solved, and the user experience of the virtual desktop service is improved.
