Abstract

本发明公开了一种热交换装置,包括回收室,在回收室内设有水槽,在水槽上方设有半导体制冷器,半导体制冷器的制冷端与散热端分别安装于回收室的内部和外部,半导体制冷器的制冷端正对着回收室的水蒸气入口。半导体制冷器制冷工作,回收室内侧半导体制冷器的制冷端急速降温,使回收室内温度急速降低;回收室外侧半导体制冷器散热端急速升温进行快速散热;水蒸气进入后遇冷失去热量变成水滴流入水槽中进行收集,达到了回收的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及清水回收装置,特别涉及一种用于清水回收装置的热交换装置。
背景技术
电能是生产生活使用量较大的能源。燃煤发电、核能发电、太阳能发电、风能潮汐能发电,地热能发电都可以发电,但是燃煤发电导致环境污染,产生烟尘、酸雨、温室气体等各种有害气体;核能发电有放射性污染的危险,核废料处理的问题也有环境污染风险;太阳能,风能潮汐能,地热能发电量少。
目前的发电装置普遍存在污染环境、发电量小等诸多问题。
初步设想设计一种冲击发电装置,冲击发电装置的原理是采用深水高压水体冲击涡轮旋转进而带动发电机进行发电,深水一般为海底的深水,在深水压强下产生高压水体,利用喷射装置将高压水体喷射成高压水雾,高压水雾冲击涡轮,涡轮旋转并带动发电机发电。由于高压水雾自身带有盐分及其它各种杂质,需要采用清水回收装置进行回收,高压水雾冲击完涡轮后再通过电热蒸发器进行加热使其变为水蒸气和颗粒,颗粒可以排出,现需考虑对水蒸气进行液化回收。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种具有高热交换效率、可以快速对水蒸气进行液化回收的热交换装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种热交换装置,包括回收室,在回收室内设有水槽,在水槽上方设有半导体制冷器,半导体制冷器的制冷端与散热端分别安装于回收室的内部和外部,半导体制冷器的制冷端正对着回收室的水蒸气入口。
为加快热传导效率,作为优选,在半导体制冷器的制冷端与散热端上分别装有导热翅片。
为加快半导体制冷器的散热速度,作为优选,在半导体制冷器的散热端旁装有风机。
本发明工作原理及效果如下:半导体制冷器制冷工作,回收室内侧半导体制冷器的制冷端急速降温,使回收室内温度急速降低;回收室外侧半导体制冷器散热端急速升温进行快速散热;水蒸气进入后遇冷失去热量变成水滴流入水槽中进行收集,达到了回收的目的。

本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:本发明的一种热交换装置,如图1所示,包括回收室1,在回收室1内设有水槽22,在水槽22上方设有半导体制冷器33,半导体制冷器33的制冷端55与散热端66分别安装于回收室1的内部和外部,半导体制冷器33的制冷端55正对着回收室1的水蒸气入口44。
为加快热传导效率,在半导体制冷器的制冷端55与散热端66上分别装有导热翅片77,在半导体制冷器的散热端66旁装有风机88。

1.一种热交换装置,其特征是:包括回收室,在回收室内设有水槽,在水槽上方设有半导体制冷器,半导体制冷器的制冷端与散热端分别安装于回收室的内部和外部,半导体制冷器的制冷端正对着回收室的水蒸气入口;在半导体制冷器的制冷端与散热端上分别装有导热翅片;在半导体制冷器的散热端旁装有风机。
