本发明涉及一种集中物料供应的生产线，包括多个生产设备底座以及盛放有物料的储料箱体，在所述生产设备底座上安装有物料漏斗，在所述物料漏斗的顶端设有进料口，在所述进料口和储料箱体之间设有连接管道，所述生产线具有多个竖直立架，且每一个生产设备底座均对应一个竖直立架，且所述进料口和储料箱体之间的连接管道均铺设在竖直立架的顶端。本发明结构简单，设计原理并不复杂，采用多个竖直立架的方式将多个用于进料的连接管道并排设置，能够顺利汇集至同一储料箱体，避免了每条进料的路线都安排人员值守，降低了人力成本，提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种物料输送设备，尤其涉及一种集中物料供应的生产线。
背景技术
在公知的技术领域，一般大型生产流水线均分为生产制造设备、进料装置、储料装置，每台生产制造设备均需要配置专门的进料装置从而作为整个生产流水线的一条支线，每条支线一般均需要安排专职人员进行管理，以控制进料的状况，生产制造设备的环节可以全自动无人值守，有时也需要安排工人进行监管。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：克服现有的大型生产流水线在进料环节每条支线均需要专人管理的缺陷，提供一种集中物料供应的生产线。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种集中物料供应的生产线，包括多个生产设备底座以及盛放有物料的储料箱体，在所述生产设备底座上安装有物料漏斗，在所述物料漏斗的顶端设有进料口，在所述进料口和储料箱体之间设有连接管道，所述生产线具有多个竖直立架，且每一个生产设备底座均对应一个竖直立架，且所述进料口和储料箱体之间的连接管道均铺设在在竖直立架的顶端。
进一步的，作为一种具体的结构形式，本发明所述生产线具有四个并排设置的竖直立架和四个生产设备底座。
进一步的，为了顺利供料，本发明在所述进料口和储料箱体之间的连接管道与储料箱体之间设有增压泵，所述连接管道均汇集至增压泵的出口处并通过增压泵的进口向物料漏斗送料。
进一步的，考虑到每条支路的不同状况，本发明在所述进料口和储料箱体之间的连接管道上均设有截止阀。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单，设计原理并不复杂，采用多个竖直立架的方式将多个用于进料的连接管道并排设置，能够顺利汇集至同一储料箱体，避免了每条进料的路线都安排人员值守，降低了人力成本，提高了生产效率。

如图1所示的本发明一种集中物料供应的生产线的优选实施例，包括多个生产设备底座1以及盛放有物料的储料箱体5，在所述生产设备底座1上安装有物料漏斗2，在所述物料漏斗2的顶端设有进料口3，在所述进料口3和储料箱体5之间设有连接管道4，在所述进料口3和储料箱体5之间的连接管道4上均设有截止阀，所述生产线具有多个竖直立架6，且每一个生产设备底座1均对应一个竖直立架6，且所述进料口3和储料箱体5之间的连接管道4均铺设在在竖直立架6的顶端，在所述进料口3和储料箱体5之间的连接管道4与储料箱体5之间设有增压泵7，所述连接管道4均汇集至增压泵7的出口处并通过增压泵7的进口向物料漏斗2送料。
作为一种具体的形式，所述生产线具有四个并排设置的竖直立架6和四个生产设备底座1，也可以根据实际生产的情况设置更多的生产设备底座1。

1.一种集中物料供应的生产线，包括生产设备底座（1）以及盛放有物料的储料箱体（5），在所述生产设备底座（1）上安装有物料漏斗（2），在所述物料漏斗（2）的顶端设有进料口（3），在所述进料口（3）和储料箱体（5）之间设有连接管道（4），其特征在于：所述生产线具有四个并排设置的竖直立架（6）和四个生产设备底座（1），且每一个生产设备底座（1）均对应一个竖直立架（6），且所述进料口（3）和储料箱体（5）之间的连接管道（4）均铺设在在竖直立架（6）的顶端；在所述进料口（3）和储料箱体（5）之间的连接管道（4）与储料箱体（5）之间设有增压泵（7），所述连接管道（4）均汇集至增压泵（7）的出口处并通过增压泵（7）的进口向物料漏斗（2）送料,在所述进料口（3）和储料箱体（5）之间的连接管道（4）上均设有截止阀。
