技术领域
本发明涉及一种维修工装,尤其涉及一种用于油压调节器的维修工装。
背景技术
油压调节器又称回油阀,是燃油系统内部的燃油压力调节部分,用于控制油路中的油压,使喷油器得到恒定的油压,保持发动机在各种工况下油压都在规定的范围内,同时保持油压和进气真空度之间的压力差为恒定值,并将发动机不需要的多余的油送回油箱。
但是油压调节器长时间使用后,会出现以下几种状况:1、燃油压力达不到规定值;2、燃油压力过高;3、燃油压力过低。因此需要检查油压调节器工作是否正常、油路是否堵塞并进行维修,但是油压调压器若直接放置在工作台上,维修时容易移动,不方便工作人员的操作,影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单的用于油压调节器的维修工装。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种用于油压调节器的维修工装,包括支撑座、设在所述支撑座上的限位板,所述支撑座上设有支撑柱,所述限位板上设有至少一个限位柱。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,用于油压调节器的维修工装进一步包括所述支撑座呈矩形且垂直设置,所述限位板水平设置,包括L形板、与L形板一体连接的支板,所述支板固定在所述支撑座上。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,用于油压调节器的维修工装进一步包括所述L形板上设有两个所述限位柱。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,用于油压调节器的维修工装进一步包括所述限位柱的两端均设有倒圆角。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,用于油压调节器的维修工装进一步包括所述支撑座沿垂直向设有通孔,所述支撑柱沿水平向穿过所述通孔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,用于油压调节器的维修工装进一步包括所述支撑柱包括第一支撑柱、与第一支撑柱连接的第二支撑柱,所述通孔呈腰形。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,用于油压调节器的维修工装进一步包括所述第一支撑柱的一端设有支杆,所述支杆上设有外螺纹,所述第二支撑柱设有内螺纹。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,用于油压调节器的维修工装进一步包括所述第二支撑柱的自由端设有圆盘,所述圆盘与所述第二支撑柱的连接处形成台阶。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明有效的保护了油压调节器,避免油压调节器的损坏,结构简单,放置稳固,维修使用灵活,省时省力,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1、图2所示,一种用于油压调节器的维修工装,包括支撑座1、设在支撑座1上的限位板2,支撑座1上设有支撑柱3,限位板2上设有至少一个限位柱4。
本发明优选支撑座1呈矩形且垂直设置,限位板2水平设置,包括L形板5、与L形板5一体连接的支板6,支板6固定在支撑座1上。
L形板5上设有两个限位柱4,该两个限位柱4位于同一直线上,限位柱4的两端均设有倒圆角7。
本发明优选支撑座1沿垂直向设有通孔8,支撑柱3沿水平向穿过通孔8。
为了避免受力不平衡,支撑柱3包括第一支撑柱9、与第一支撑柱9连接的第二支撑柱10,第一支撑柱9起配重作用,调节支撑座1两侧的受力,通孔8呈腰形,便于适用不同高度的油压调节器。
为了实现第一支撑柱9与第二支撑柱10之间的连接,第一支撑柱9的一端设有支杆11,支杆11的直径小于通孔8的直径,第二支撑柱10的直径大于通孔8的直径,支杆11上设有外螺纹12,第二支撑柱10设有内螺纹(图中未示出),支杆11与第二支撑柱10之间螺纹连接,便于拆卸和安装。
本发明优选第二支撑柱10的自由端设有圆盘13,该圆盘13的直径大于第二支撑柱10的直径,圆盘13与第二支撑柱10的连接处形成台阶14,避免油压调节器的滑出,起限位作用。
本发明在使用时,将油压调节器放置在第二支撑柱10上,油压调节器的上端被两个限位柱4定位住,油压调节器的下端抵接在第二支撑柱10上,且外端被台阶14限位住,避免滑出,此时油压调节器被限位柱4、支撑座1、第二支撑柱10、台阶14固定住,不会产生滑动,可进行维修操作。

1.一种用于油压调节器的维修工装,其特征在于:包括支撑座、设在所述支撑座上的限位板,所述支撑座上设有支撑柱,所述支撑座沿垂直向设有通孔,所述支撑柱沿水平向穿过所述通孔,所述支撑柱包括第一支撑柱、与第一支撑柱连接的第二支撑柱,所述通孔呈腰形,所述限位板上设有至少一个限位柱,所述支撑座呈矩形且垂直设置,所述限位板水平设置,包括L形板、与L形板一体连接的支板,所述支板固定在所述支撑座上,所述第一支撑柱的一端设有支杆,所述支杆的直径小于所述通孔的直径,所述第二支撑柱的直径大于所述通孔的直径,所述支杆上设有外螺纹,所述第二支撑柱设有内螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于油压调节器的维修工装,其特征在于:所述L形板上设有两个所述限位柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于油压调节器的维修工装,其特征在于:所述限位柱的两端均设有倒圆角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于油压调节器的维修工装,其特征在于:所述第二支撑柱的自由端设有圆盘,所述圆盘与所述第二支撑柱的连接处形成台阶。
