Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于压制混有粘合剂的材料块,尤其用于生产材料板,优选用于生产木质材料板的润湿剂,以及涉及一种用于压制材料块的方法。
背景技术
在用于生产材料板的压制方法中,已知的是:在压制期间或在压制前即刻,使材料块润湿,从而通过蒸汽喷发来使材料渗透,并且因此将热量传送至材料块,以加快材料块内的粘合剂的凝固。
例如,从EP1508414A2中已知的是:在压制机中,对材料块的一侧施加蒸汽,其中尝试引入尽可能少量的蒸汽以防止粘合剂被冲掉,并且能够尽可能缩短压制过程。
从DE102006058612A1中已知的是:在压制前,通过蒸汽使材料块润湿。
这种润湿方法具有的不足是:由于在蒸汽条件下应用润湿剂,润湿剂的量可能是非常不精确的。
此外,蒸汽的应用总是伴随有相对高的润湿剂的损失。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种避免现有技术中不足的润湿剂。
通过包括多元醇、酰基甘油酯或其衍生物、表面活性剂和水的润湿剂来实现该目的。
所述多元醇具有至少两个OH基团,其中所述OH基团可为伯OH基团、仲OH基团或叔OH基团。优选地,所述多元醇具有至少两个伯OH基团。这种化合物也被称作二醇。所述多元醇也可采用高级链状多元醇。
所述酰基甘油酯可采用各种天然物质或非天然物质。在优选的实施方式中,润湿剂包括含有不饱和脂肪酸的酰基甘油酯。例如这些可从油菜籽油得到。
所述酰基甘油酯也可采用单酰基甘油酯,二酰基甘油酯或三酰基甘油酯。如果采用三酰基甘油酯,它们优选为在室温下(25℃)为液体的物质。优选使用基于蔬菜油的材料。三酰基甘油酯可为单种三酰基甘油酯(simpletriacylglyceride),在该三酰基甘油酯中侧链相同,但是也可存在混合的侧链。
具体地,衍生物包括硫酸酯化衍生物和磷酸酯化衍生物。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,可仅酯化一个或两个羟基,其它两个未被改性。
在根据本发明的润湿剂中,优选地含有:5至20重量份的多元醇;2至10重量份的酰基甘油酯或酰基甘油酯衍生物;以及10至30重量份的表面活性剂。
可调节为机械需要的函数的水的量。通常,基于上述值,产品含有相对高量的水。润湿剂能够以浓缩物存储,在这种情况下,基于上述值,水的量为约60份的水。然而,在这种情况下,在临近涂覆至材料块之前,产品能够以2至10倍因子稀释。
离子型表面活性剂,例如,阴离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂被证实适用于所述表面活性剂。然而,在某些实施方式中,也可采用非离子型表面活性剂。优选地,采用表面活性剂的混合物。
根据本发明的润湿剂可进一步包括助剂,例如着色剂或香料。此外,可采用增稠剂以控制粘度。也可含有对压料板(pressed material board)的表面具有平滑效果的填充物或粘合促进剂。原则上,根据本发明的润湿剂可喷涂在材料块上。优选地,然而,可通过辊涂覆润湿剂。
通过涂覆辊和能够与涂覆辊进行接触的定量辊可将精确量的润湿剂转移至材料块。因此,对快速压制和高表面质量必需的含水量可被转移至材料块。由于润湿剂被涂覆至材料块,润湿剂首先保留在材料块的表面上,或在邻近材料块表面的区域中。
当材料块进入压制机时,在表面上的高水分含量以及压制片(press plate)的高温将引起瞬间汽化,从而产生穿过材料块的蒸汽喷发。因此,能实现材料块的特别彻底的热渗透。此外,由于蒸汽的喷发导致的材料块的彻底热渗透加快了粘合剂的凝固,尤其是材料块内部的粘合剂的凝固。表面的润湿剂进一步引起预压制板的提高的表面平滑度,从而在进一步加工中使磨削深度降低。此外,提高的表面平滑度产生在板的表面处的较小孔隙的效果。因此,稍后涂覆的涂料或粘合剂将不会太深入地渗入该板,从而显著降低涂料消耗。
上述润湿剂使得材料块的纤维更有弹性且更易于压实。在压制后,薄层(“压制外层”)部分保持在表面上且必须轻轻磨掉。
通过涂覆辊使材料块润湿能有利地确保能够易于定量润湿剂,并且同时使润湿剂的损失保持非常低。此外,由于材料块从下方润湿,能够以非常有利的方式进行在材料块的压制期间产生蒸汽喷发,该蒸汽被认为会渗入材料块的内部,因为蒸汽的喷发从上方和下方渗入材料块。同时,由于从下方润湿材料块,能够抵抗在润湿过程中材料块变形的影响。
具体实施方式
实施例
使润湿剂以1∶3用水进行稀释,该润湿剂包括:
10wt%的主要含有油酸和亚油酸的甘油酯的纯化的大豆油;
8wt%的1,2-丙二醇;
12wt%的表面活性剂(离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂的混合物);
70wt%的水;
将其喷涂在包括粘合剂三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(MUPF)的木质材料块上,并且压制该木质材料块。
得到平滑且牢固的板。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于使制备压料板的材料润湿的润湿剂,包括:
5至20重量份的多元醇;
2至10重量份的酰基甘油酯或酰基甘油酯衍生物;
10至30重量份的表面活性剂;
和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述多元醇为二醇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述酰基甘油酯选自单酰基甘油酯、二酰基甘油酯和三酰基甘油酯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述酰基甘油酯衍生物为硫酸酯化酰基甘油酯或磷酸酯化酰基甘油酯。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为离子型表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂包括:
5至20重量份的多元醇;
2至10重量份的酰基甘油酯或酰基甘油酯衍生物;
10至30重量份的表面活性剂;
10至100重量份的水。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂包括额外的助剂。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂包括增稠剂。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂包括填充物或粘合促进剂。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述材料为木质材料。
11.根据权利要求7所述的润湿剂,其特征在于,所述额外的助剂为着色剂或香料。
12.一种用于生产压料板的方法,包括以下步骤:
预压制材料以形成材料块;
用根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的润湿剂润湿所述材料块;
压制所述材料块以形成压料板。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述压料板为木质材料板。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,从上方涂覆、从下方涂覆、或从上方和下方涂覆所述润湿剂。
15.一种根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的润湿剂的应用,用于在材料块被压制成压料板之前润湿所述材料块。
