本发明涉及一种电子装置的声控系统以及相关控制方法。该方法包括下列步骤:于开始接收一声音信号时,开启一预设声音接收周期并调降该电子装置的一输出音量;接收该声音信号;以及,于该预设声音接收周期结束时,恢复该电子装置的输出音量;其中,该声音信号用以控制该电子装置。

技术领域
本发明是有关于一种控制系统与控制方法,且特别是有关于一种电子装置的语音控制系统以及相关控制方法。
背景技术
众所周知,现在的电子装置,例如手机或者智能型电视,已经具备声控功能。也就是说,该电子装置可将使用者的声音信号转换为一相对应的指令,而电子装置即可根据该指令来动作。
不可避免的,具声控功能的电子装置还是会出现无法辨识声音的情况发生。归咎其原因,电子装置周边环境的噪音是造成电子装置无法成功进行辨识的一大因素。因此,如何有效地增加声音辨识的成功率即为本发明所欲解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种电子装置的语音控制系统以及相关控制方法。
本发明有关于一种电子装置的声控方法,包括下列步骤:于决定接收供控制该电子装置的一声音信号时,开启一预设声音接收周期并调降该电子装置的一输出音量;接收该声音信号并据以执行对应的一指令;以及,于该预设声音接收周期结束时,恢复该电子装置的该输出音量。
本发明有关于一种电子装置的声控系统,包括:一录音模块,接收并储存一声音信号;一处理模块,信号连接至该录音模块,于决定接收一控制信号而开始一预设声音接收周期时,控制该录音模块接收并储存该声音信号;以及,一声音播放模块,信号连接至该处理模块,于开始该预设声音接收周期时,调降该电子装置的一输出音量。其中,于接收该声音信号后,该电子装置执行该声音信号对应的一指令。
为了对本发明的上述及其他方面有更佳的了解,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
本发明的实施方式以具声控功能的智能型电视为例来作说明,但是并不限于智能型电视。本发明的技术可以运用于所有具声控功能的电子装置。
请参照图1A,其所绘示为具声控功能的智能型电视示意图。智能型电视100可根据智能型电视100上的麦克风110或者遥控器120上的麦克风122来接收使用者发出的声音,并产生声音信号。再者,智能型电视100内部具有一声控系统(未绘示),可将声音信号转换为声音指令,而智能型电视100即可执行声控指令来进行频道调整、音量调整…等功能。
请参照图1B,其所绘示为智能型电视中的声控系统示意图。声控系统130至少包括一处理模块(processing module)150、录音模块160、声音播放模块170。其中,当使用者欲进行声控功能时,使用者利用一控制信号Svc,来通知声控系统130使用者欲开始进行声控并产生声音信号Sa。处理模块160解析所接收的信号是否为控制信号,据以决定是否开始接收声音讯号Sa。当麦克风110、122产生声音信号Sa后,录音模块160即将声音信号Sa储存于录音模块160中。
接着,处理模块160中的辨识单元155分析录音模块160内储存的声音信号Sa,并且对声音信号Sa进行语音辨识以产生对应的指令。接着,处理模块150执行该指令,例如进行智能型电视100的频道调整、音量调整…等功能。
在一实施例中,假设指令调整智能型电视100的输出音量,处理模块150即输出音量控制信号Sm1至声音播放模块170。而声音播放模块170即可据以调高或者降低智能型电视100喇叭的音量,以完成指令所对应的动作。
一般来说,使用者可以任何方式来启动声控系统130,以图1A与图1B的智能型电视100为例,使用者可以按压遥控器120上的声控按钮(VC)产生控制信号Svc,藉以启动声控系统130开始接收声音信号Sa。
于一实施例中,当使用者按压一次声控按钮(VC)并产生控制信号Svc后的一声音接收周期(例如3秒钟),声控系统130即开始接收声音信号Sa;于另一实施例中,当使用者持续按压声控按钮(VC)并持续产生控制信号Svc既定长度的一段时间的情况成立,声控系统130即开始接收声音信号Sa。而于该声音接收周期之后,声控系统130停止接收声音信号Sa。
于另一实施例中,使用者也可以自行设定启动声控系统130的方式,例如使用者产生特定的手势(gesture),当智能型电视100的感测器(例如一影像感测器)检测出使用者的特定手势后即产生控制信号Svc来启动声控系统130开始接收声音信号Sa。或者,使用者发出特定的声音,当智能型电视100的感测器(例如一声音感测器)检测出使用者特定的声音后即产生控制信号Svc来启动声控系统130开始接收声音信号Sa。
为了要提高声音信号的辨识成功率,习知智能型电视所配备的麦克风110、122为指向性麦克风(directional microphone)。其可在特定的方向上具备高灵敏度以及抗噪音的功能,并可将使用者的声音转换成为高品质的声音信号。而在辨识单元155中搭配复杂的演算法,即可提高声音信号的辨识度。
请参照图2,其所绘示为本发明的声控方法流程图。声控系统130开始接收声音信号时(步骤S202),处理模块150调降智能型电视系统100中声音播放模块170的输出音量(步骤S204)。接着,智能型电视系统100中声控系统130的录音模块160接收声音信号(步骤S206)。当声音接收周期结束时,处理模块150恢复智能型电视系统100中声音播放模块170的输出音量(步骤S210)并结束此声音接收流程;反之,当声音接收周期尚未结束时,录音模块160持续接收声音信号(步骤S206)。
由图2的说明可知,本发明最主要的目的是在声控系统130的声音接收周期,调降智能型电视的输出音量。于最佳的情况下,可直接控制声音播放模块170的输出音量为静音状态(mute state),此时声音信号具影最高品质。利用本发明的技术,智能型电视的麦克风可以使用价格较低的一般型麦克风,也能够接收高品质的声音信号。
根据本发明的实施例,当使用者利用控制信号来启动声控系统而开始声音接收周期。于声音接收周期内,直接降低(或者完全关闭)电子装置的输出音量,使得电子装置接收最佳的声音信号后能够据以产生并执行相对应的一指令。当然,于声音接收周期后,除了执行调整输出音量的指令之外,电子装置会恢复声音接收周期之前的输出音量。
于本发明一实施例中,除了控制智能型电视本身输出音量之外,本发明的声音控制模块更可以控制智能型电视之外其他装置的输出音量。请参照图3,其所绘示为智能型电视中的另一声控系统示意图。与图1的差异在于声控系统330中新增一外部通信模块380,而外部通信模块380信号连接于其他装置,例如音响系统、收音机、电话、手机...等。于声音接收周期内,处理模块150还可以产生另一音量控制信号Sm2至外部通信模块380,而外部通信模块380即据以控制其他装置处于静音状态(或者降低输出音量)。也就是说,使用者在声音接收周期内所产生的声音信号Sa具有最低的噪音干扰。当然,于声音接收周期后,外部通信模块380也会控制其他装置恢复声音接收周期之前的输出音量。
因此,本发明的优点提出一种电子装置的语音控制系统以及相关控制方法。于声音接收周期内,直接降低(或者完全关闭)电子装置的输出音量,使得电子装置接收最佳的声音信号后能够据以产生并执行相对应的指令。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰。因此,本发明的保护范围由权利要求书界定为准。
Claims (12)
1.一种电子装置的声控方法,包括下列步骤:
于决定接收供控制该电子装置的一声音信号时,开始一预设声音接收周期并调降一输出音量;
接收该声音信号并据以执行对应的一指令;以及
于该预设声音接收周期结束时,恢复该电子装置的该输出音量。
2.如权利要求1所述的声控方法,其特征在于,还包括于该电子装置接收到一使用者所产生的一控制信号时,开始接收该声音信号。
3.如权利要求1所述的声控方法,其特征在于,于开始该预设声音接收周期时,调降该电子装置的该输出音量至一静音状态。
4.如权利要求1所述的声控方法,其特征在于,一附属电子装置信号连接于该电子装置,该方法还包括于开始接收该声音信号时,调降该附属电子装置的一输出音量。
5.如权利要求1所述的声控方法,其特征在于,该电子装置为一智能型电视。
6.一种电子装置的声控系统,包括:
一录音模块,接收并储存一声音信号;
一处理模块,信号连接至该录音模块,于决定接收一声音信号而开始一预设声音接收周期时,控制该录音模块接收并储存该声音信号;以及
一声音播放模块,信号连接至该处理模块,于开始该预设声音接收周期时,调降该电子装置的一输出音量;
其中,于接收该声音信号后,该电子装置执行该声音信号对应的一指令。
7.如权利要求6所述的声控系统,其特征在于,该声音播放模块于该预设声音接收周期结束时,恢复该电子装置的该输出音量。
8.如权利要求6所述的声控系统,其特征在于,还包括一外部通信模块,信号连接于该处理模块以及一附属电子装置,于开始该预设声音接收周期时,调降该附属电子装置的一输出音量。
9.如权利要求6所述的声控系统,其特征在于,
该电子装置包括一遥控器,该控制信号由按压该遥控器上的一声控按钮产生。
10.如权利要求6所述的声控系统,其特征在于,该电子装置还包括一麦克风,用以产生该声音信号。
11.如权利要求10所述的声控系统,其特征在于,该麦克风设置于一遥控器上。
12.如权利要求6所述的声控系统,其特征在于,该电子装置为一智能型电视。
