人们经过拉腿等活动，能够使筋腱、肌肉得到锻炼，对身体健康大有益处。
发明内容
本发明的目的，是要提供一种拉腿器，结构由支架、滑轮、拉绳、卡绳板、脚环和扶手组成。支架为一f型的圆柱体，支架的底端和地平相连成一体。在支架的上端下面设有滑轮，滑轮通过转轴和支架相连成一体，滑轮能够在转轴上灵活转动，在滑轮上穿有拉绳，拉绳的一端和脚环相连成一体，脚环的形状为椭圆形。在拉绳上打有若干个绳结，绳结能够通过滑轮的绳槽而正常活动。在支架上设有卡绳板，卡绳板和支架相连成一体。在卡绳板上设有凹槽，凹槽内放入拉绳后绳结能够卡在凹槽上，从而固定拉绳。在支架的两侧设有扶手，扶手用圆管做成，扶手和支架相连成一体。扶手供人们抓握使用，以便于定位肢体。
使用时，将一脚套在脚环上，用手牵引拉绳使脚环上升，从而抬高人的腿部。达到所需高度后用卡绳板固定拉绳，通过上身的扭转、侧身活动对腿部的筋腱进行牵拉，从而使人的腿部逐渐抬高。

如图1所示，一种拉腿器，结构由支架1、滑轮2、拉绳3、卡绳板4、脚环5和扶手6组成。支架1为一f型的圆柱体，支架1的底端和地平相连成一体。在支架1的上端下面设有滑轮2，滑轮2通过转轴7和支架1相连成一体，滑轮2能够在转轴7上灵活转动，在滑轮2上穿有拉绳3，拉绳3的一端和脚环5相连成一体，脚环5的形状为椭圆形。在拉绳3上打有若干个绳结8，绳结8能够通过滑轮2的绳槽而正常活动。在支架1上设有卡绳板4，卡绳板4和支架1相连成一体。在卡绳板4上设有凹槽9，凹槽9内放入拉绳3后绳结8能够卡在凹槽9上，从而固定拉绳3。在支架1的两侧设有扶手6，扶手6用圆管做成，扶手6和支架1相连成一体。扶手6供人们抓握使用，以便于定位肢体。
