Abstract
本发明提供一种便携式空气净化器,以解决现有呼吸器功能单一、不实用的问题,涉及空气净化技术领域,包括净化主机和呼吸鼻罩,所述净化主机与呼吸鼻罩之间通过柔性管道连接,所述净化主机内部分为增压过滤腔、一级储气腔和二级储气腔三个部分,所述增压过滤腔内设置有过滤器和增压泵,所述一级储气腔内设置有负离子发生器,所述二级储气腔内设置有制冷制热装置、压力传感器和温度传感器。本发明结构简单,体积小,具有便携的优点,该净化器内设置有射流泵来实现正压供气,供气量大,能满足运动中的人使用,净化器内设置的负离子发生器和制冷制热装置可进一步改善空气质量,显示屏可显示流量、气压、温度和剩余电量等关键参数,并具有警示功能,确保使用者能够正确操作,安全使用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种便携式空气净化器。
背景技术:
医疗呼吸器(例如CPAP或BIPAP呼吸器)使用环境有医院与居家场所,而目前无中央气体供应的常用医疗呼吸器,其主要于一壳体中设置一滤网以及一高速压缩供气装置,并于该高速供气装置后方连结一呼吸管及呼吸面罩,其中高速供气装置是由送风机或涡轮增压机等设备所构成,因此环境中的空气会经由负压吸入呼吸器内,使患者可通过呼吸管路将空气吸入到患者的口、鼻、肺部内,以达到呼吸的目的。此结构的呼吸器正压压强难以控制。
而无中央气体供应的常用医疗呼吸器是以滤网来过滤环境空气中的悬浮粒子,于使用一段时间后,呼吸器中滤网损坏的可能性增高,导致并无法确保过滤后的空气清净质量。也无法警示使用者及时清洗和更换滤网,因此持续使用常用的医疗呼吸器将会使污浊空气进入人体的可能性提高,如此一来,长期使用该医疗呼吸器的人,将因医疗呼吸器持续正压的提供污浊空气而反受其害。
另外现有医疗呼吸器功能单一,只能对空气进行过滤处理,不能进一步改善空气质量,也不能对极端环境下过冷或过热的空气进行变温处理。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种多功能的便携式空气净化器,以用来应对日趋严重的PM2.5颗粒物所造成的污染,降低在污染严重的工作环境中吸入有害物质的危害。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:包括净化主机和呼吸鼻罩,所述净化主机与呼吸鼻罩之间通过柔性管道连接,所述净化主机内部分为增压过滤腔、一级储气腔和二级储气腔三个部分,所述增压过滤腔内设置有过滤器和增压泵,所述一级储气腔内设置有负离子发生器,所述二级储气腔内设置有制冷制热装置、压力传感器和温度传感器,所述增压过滤腔与一级储气腔通过射流口连通,所述一级储气腔与二级储气腔通过可控开合阀连通,通过压力传感器测得二级储气腔中的气压,从而控制开合阀的状态。
所述增压泵为医用射流泵,医用射流泵的射流管设置在射流口内,医用射流泵工作效率高,省电,供气量大,能够满足运动中的人群使用。
所述过滤器设置有三级过滤片,分别为初级过滤片、中级过滤片和高级过滤片,所述初级过滤片、中级过滤片和高级过滤片可拆卸的安装在增压过滤腔的进气口处,能够快速拆装,便于清洗和更换,所述初级过滤片、中级过滤片和高级过滤片的滤孔直径逐渐减小,其中高级过滤片的虑孔直径小于2.5微米,能充分过滤掉PM2.5颗粒物。
所述柔性管道内设置有流量计时传感器,可以记录净化主机的工作时间和计量净化空气的流量,并通过显示屏显示出来,当工作时间和流量达到设定的上限值时,净化主机会发出警示,便于使用者及时清洗和更换过滤片。
所述柔性管道与呼吸鼻罩连接处设置有截止阀,呼吸鼻罩仿鼻形设计,可以解决传统呼吸罩将嘴巴一同罩住,不便于进食和说话的问题,截止阀可保证气流单向通过,使呼出的废气不进入柔性管道内。
所述净化主机内还设置有单片机系统和可充电电源,具有智能节电控制机制和充电功能。
所述净化主机的外壳体上设置有操控开关和LED显示屏,能够显示过滤控制的流量、气压、温度和电池剩余电量。
所述净化主机的外壳体上设置有触控显示屏,操作简便。
本发明提供的一种便携式空气净化器,该净化器结构简单,体积小,具有便携的优点,该净化器内设置有射流泵来实现正压供气,供气量大,能满足运动中的人使用,净化器内设置的负离子发生器和制冷制热装置可进一步改善空气质量,显示屏可显示流量、气压、温度和剩余电量等关键参数,并具有警示功能,确保使用者能够正确操作,安全使用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种便携式空气净化器,包括净化主机18和呼吸鼻罩2,净化主机18与呼吸鼻罩2之间通过柔性管道19连接,净化主机18内部分为增压过滤腔13、一级储气腔15和二级储气腔16三个部分,增压过滤腔13内设置有过滤器11和增压泵9,一级储气腔15内设置有负离子发生器7,二级储气腔16内设置有制冷制热装置17、压力传感器4和温度传感器6,增压过滤腔13与一级储气腔15通过射流口14连通,增压泵9为医用射流泵,医用射流泵的射流管8设置在射流口14内,医用射流泵工作效率高,省电,供气量大,能够满足运动中的人群使用,一级储气腔15与二级储气腔16通过开合阀5连通,通过压力传感器4测得二级储气腔16中的气压,从而控制开合阀5的状态,柔性管道19内设置有流量计时传感器3,可以记录净化主机18的工作时间和计量净化空气的流量,并通过显示屏显示出来,当工作时间和流量达到设定的上限值时,净化主机18会发出警示,便于使用者及时清洗和更换过滤片,柔性管道19与呼吸鼻罩2连接处设置有截止阀1,呼吸鼻罩2仿鼻形设计,可以解决传统呼吸罩将嘴巴一同罩住,不便于进食和说话的问题,截止阀1可保证气流单向通过,使呼出的废气不进入柔性管道19内,净化主机18的外壳体上设置有触控显示屏,能够显示过滤控制的流量、气压、温度和电池剩余电量。

1.一种便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:包括净化主机和呼吸鼻罩,所述净化主机与呼吸鼻罩之间通过柔性管道连接,所述净化主机内部分为增压过滤腔、一级储气腔和二级储气腔三个部分,所述增压过滤腔内设置有过滤器和增压泵,所述一级储气腔内设置有负离子发生器,所述二级储气腔内设置有制冷制热装置、压力传感器和温度传感器,所述增压过滤腔与一级储气腔通过射流口连通,所述一级储气腔与二级储气腔通过可控开合阀连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述增压泵为医用射流泵,医用射流泵的射流管设置在射流口内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤器设置有三级过滤片,分别为初级过滤片、中级过滤片和高级过滤片,所述初级过滤片、中级过滤片和高级过滤片可拆卸的安装在增压过滤腔的进气口处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述柔性管道内设置有流量计时传感器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述柔性管道与呼吸鼻罩连接处设置有截止阀。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述净化主机内还设置有单片机系统和可充电电源。
7.根据权利要求6所述的便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述净化主机的外壳体上设置有操控开关和LED显示屏。
8.根据权利要求6所述的便携式空气净化器,其特征在于:所述净化主机的外壳体上设置有触控显示屏。
