Abstract

一种风扇固定装置,用以固定一设有两相对侧壁的风扇,每一侧壁开设若干固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一固定壁及若干固定件,该固定壁设有一通风部及围绕该通风部设置的若干卡槽,每一固定件包括一套筒及一插接柱,该套筒穿设于该固定壁的卡槽及该风扇的一侧壁的固定孔,该插接柱穿过该风扇的另一侧壁的固定孔并卡固于该套筒,该套筒及插接柱分别设有可卡挡于该固定壁及该风扇的另一侧壁的卡帽。该风扇固定装置的套筒穿设于该固定壁及风扇的一侧壁后卡合于穿设于该风扇的另一侧壁的插接柱且插接柱及套筒分别设有卡挡于风扇的另一侧壁及固定壁的卡帽,可方便地拆装风扇。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
随着电子产业的快速发展,电子组件(如中央处理器、显卡等)的高速、高频及集成化使其发热量剧增,为了在有限的空间内高效地带走电子组件所产生的热量,业界通常在计算机的机壳内设置风扇。
目前,风扇一般藉由螺钉安装于计算机的机壳上,然而,这种安装方式不便拆装风扇。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种方便拆装的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用以固定一设有两相对侧壁的风扇,每一侧壁开设若干固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一固定壁及若干固定件,该固定壁设有一通风部及围绕该通风部设置的若干卡槽,每一固定件包括一套筒及一插接柱,该套筒穿设于该固定壁的卡槽及该风扇的一侧壁的固定孔,该插接柱穿过该风扇的另一侧壁的固定孔并卡固于该套筒,该套筒及插接柱分别设有可卡挡于该固定壁及该风扇的另一侧壁的卡帽。
该风扇固定装置的套筒穿设于该固定壁及风扇的一侧壁后卡合于穿设于该风扇的另一侧壁的插接柱且插接柱及套筒分别设有卡挡于风扇的另一侧壁及固定壁的卡帽,可方便地拆装风扇。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明风扇固定装置的较佳实施方式,用以将风扇20安装于一电子装置30内。风扇20包括相对的两侧壁22,每一侧壁22的四角处各开设一固定孔24。该电子装置30包括一底壁302。该风扇固定装置包括一固定座50及若干固定件60。
该固定座50包括一固定于该电子装置30的底壁302上的底板52及垂直设于该底板52上的一固定壁54。该固定壁54沿该固定壁54的长度方向间隔设有若干组通风口541,每一组通风口541设有若干通风孔。该固定壁54于每一组通风口541的四角处分别设有一垂直于该底板52的卡槽543。位于该通风口541上侧的每一卡槽543包括一贯穿该固定壁54顶面的导入口543a及一自该导入口543a朝垂直于该底板52延伸的一插接槽543b。位于该通风口541下侧的每一卡槽543包括一贯穿通风口541的导入口543a及一自该导入口543a朝垂直于该底板52延伸的一插接槽543b。
请一并参照图2,每一固定件60包括一套筒62及一插接柱64。该套筒62包括一中空的筒体621及一凸设于该筒体621一端的卡帽623。该筒体621于远离该卡帽623的一端相对地开设两卡孔625。该插接柱64包括一连接柱642、一凸设于该连接柱642一端的卡帽644及凸设于该连接柱642相对的另一端的两相对的且具有弹性的卡钩646。每一卡钩646包括一自该连接柱642垂直向外延伸的一弹性的延伸部647及凸设于该延伸部647未端的卡块648。每一卡块648远离另一卡块648的侧面设有一导滑面649。
请参照图1与图3,安装风扇20时,将每一套筒62的筒体621自风扇20的一侧壁22的外侧插入对应的固定孔24内,将每一插接柱64的卡钩646自风扇20的另一侧壁22的外侧插入对应的固定孔24内,每一卡钩646的导滑面649滑动地抵持对应的筒体621的内表面,使每一插接柱64的卡钩646发生弹性形变而相对靠拢,至每一卡钩646的卡块648正对相应的卡孔625,该卡钩646弹性复位使卡块648卡入对应的卡孔625内。此时,该风扇20位于套筒62的卡帽623与插接柱64的卡帽644之间,卡帽623与风扇20对应的侧壁22的外表面之间的间隙与固定壁54的厚度相当。将每一套筒62于邻近对应的卡帽623的一端自对应的卡槽543的导入口543a插入插接槽543b内,该风扇20固定于该固定座50上。
拆卸风扇20时,只需朝远离底板52的方向拉风扇20,使每一套筒62脱离固定壁54对应的卡槽543即可。

1.一种风扇固定装置,用以固定一设有两相对侧壁的风扇,每一侧壁开设若干固定孔,该风扇固定装置包括一固定壁及若干固定件,该固定壁设有一通风部及围绕该通风部设置的若干卡槽,每一固定件包括一套筒及一插接柱,该固定壁包括一底板,该套筒穿设于该固定壁的卡槽及该风扇的一侧壁的固定孔,该插接柱穿过该风扇的另一侧壁的固定孔并卡固于该套筒,该套筒及插接柱分别设有可卡挡于该固定壁及该风扇的另一侧壁的卡帽,每一通风部设有若干通风口,该固定壁于每一通风部的四角处各设有一卡槽,位于上侧的每一卡槽包括一贯穿该固定壁的顶面的导入口及一自该导入口朝垂直于该底板延伸的插接槽,位于该通风口下侧的每一卡槽包括一贯穿通风口的导入口及一自该导入口朝垂直于该底板延伸的插接槽,每一套筒包括一中空的插接于该风扇的固定孔内的筒体,该套筒的卡帽凸设于该筒体的一端,该筒体自对应的导入口卡入插接槽,该卡帽抵持于该固定壁远离风扇的一侧,每一筒体于远离卡帽的另一端开设两卡孔,每一插接柱包括一插接于该风扇另一侧壁的固定孔内的连接柱及一凸设于该连接柱的一端并卡固于对应的卡孔的两具有弹性的卡钩,该插接柱的卡帽凸设于该连接柱的另一端并抵持该风扇的另一侧壁的外侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一卡钩包括一自该连接柱向外延伸的一弹性的延伸部及凸设于该延伸部末端的卡入对应卡孔内的卡块。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该卡块于远离另一卡块的侧面设有一用于导滑的导滑面。
