本发明涉及一种自调心轴承,属于轴承技术领域。本发明包括内圈、弹簧锁圈、外圈、滚动体本发明包括内圈、弹簧锁圈、外圈、滚动体,内圈的外壁面与外圈内壁面之间安装有滚动体,靠近内圈的外壁面与相对应的靠近外圈内壁面之间安装有弹簧锁圈。本发明的有益效果:本发明为长腰鼓型自调心轴承,其经过使用证明不仅很好的满足了钢厂连铸扇形段高载荷、高温、环境恶略等工况要求而且还很好地解决了轴承内部的润滑、磨损等问题,减少轴承因高温、高载、润滑不良等引起的异常损坏;同时轴承具备了自动调心,轴向位移大、耐磨、抗冲击等特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自调心轴承,属于轴承技术领域。
背景技术
长期以来具有长腰鼓型滚针滚动体且能产生大轴向位移的自调心轴承一直依赖于进口,此种轴承主要应用于钢铁行业连铸扇形段轧辊之上。而国外此类轴承的高价格和长供货期严重制约着我国轧机的改进和钢铁事业的发展,具有长腰鼓型滚针滚动体且能产生大轴向位移的自调心轴承成为轧机国产化进程的技术瓶颈。该轴承是钢厂连铸扇形段最关键的部件之一,其要求具有较小的安装空间、能产生大的轴向位移、具备自调心功能、具备有高的接触密合度、能耐高温、耐磨损、具备大承载能力、以及具备先进的生产工艺和合理的安装方法及完善的检测手段方能生产。此前,该类轴承生产制造技术一直被国外轴承公司实行战略垄断,国内轴承厂商虽有尝试,但仍无一家能成功研制出该类系列产品,该类轴承的国产化是轴承行业亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容       为了实现上述的目的,本发明的目的在于提供一种自调心轴承,其能够代替国外具有长腰鼓型滚针滚动体且能产生大轴向位移的自调心轴承。
 本发明采取的技术方案:
为了能实现高承载、大轴向位移和自调心等功能,在结构设计方面,本发明采用了一种新型的长腰鼓型球面滚针滚动体结构,通过Romax、Ansys等软件的辅助分析,精确计算出轴承内外滚道和滚动体表面的曲率半径,合理匹配了滚动体与滚道之间的密合度,大大的提高了轴承的承载能力和轴向位移能力及自调心功能。另外采用无保持架满滚子结构,增加了滚动体个数,提高了承载能力。在热处理工艺方面,对滚动体和滚道实行表面改性处理,增强了轴承的抗咬合、耐磨损及自润滑性能,极大的提升了轴承的综合性能。
本发明包括内圈、弹簧锁圈、外圈、滚动体,内圈的外壁面与外圈内壁面之间安装有滚动体,靠近内圈的外壁面与相对应的靠近外圈内壁面之间安装有弹簧锁圈。
 本发明的有益效果:本发明为长腰鼓型自调心轴承,滚动体采用长腰鼓型,其经过使用证明不仅很好的满足了钢厂连铸扇形段高载荷、高温、环境恶略等工况要求而且还很好地解决了轴承内部的润滑、磨损等问题,减少轴承因高温、高载、润滑不良等引起的异常损坏;同时轴承具备了自动调心,轴向位移大、耐磨、抗冲击等特性。

1.一种自调心轴承,包括内圈(1)、弹簧锁圈(2)、外圈(3)、滚动体(4),其特征在于:内圈(1)的外壁面与外圈(3)内壁面之间安装有滚动体(4),靠近内圈(1)的外壁面与相对应的靠近外圈(3)内壁面之间安装有弹簧锁圈(2)。
