    本发明涉及振动筛，特别是一种适用于振动筛上的振动筛辅助筛分装置。
背景技术：
如何提高振动筛的筛面筛分效率是提高振动筛的整体筛分效率的最重要部分，而现在的筛面都是通过筛孔的排布或者筛板的及时自清理装置，来提高筛面的筛分效率，但是这些结构都较为复杂，不利于振动筛的加工和生产，导致振动筛的生产成本较高。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理、使用效果好且加工成本较低的振动筛辅助筛分装置。
本发明的技术方案是，一种振动筛辅助筛分装置，它包括横杆支撑，挡板，其特征在于：在横杆支撑下部设有波纹状挡板，横杆支撑固定在筛面的上方。
本发明结构合理，可以使筛面的筛分效率有效提升，并且该装置的加工成本较低，利于振动筛的生产成本控制。

结合附图详细描述实施例：一种振动筛辅助筛分装置，它包括横杆支撑1，挡板2，在横杆支撑下部设有多个波纹状挡板，横杆支撑固定在筛面3的上方，波纹状挡板距离筛面的距离可以尽可能的小，优选的距离为1-2厘米。
本发明使用时，由于待筛分的物料需要经过波纹状挡板的整流后，在筛面上前进，在筛面上的行进路线会延长，有利于待筛分的物料充分在筛面上进行筛分，并且利用筛面振动，待筛分的物料与波纹状挡板还会产生碰撞，使待筛分的物料会发生翻滚前进，有利于上层物料向下运动，更有利于筛分，本发明可以使筛面的筛分效率有效提升，并且该装置的加工成本较低，不增加振动筛的加工成本。
