Description

一种全球面的高清LCOS投影机镜头
技术领域
本发明涉及单片LCOS(Liquid Crystal on Silicon的缩写)前投式投影机用投影物镜(以下简称镜头),LCOS是一种采用有源点阵反射式液晶显示技术。本发明制作简单、传函大于50% 60lp/mm 、畸变小于0.2%,适合于高清(1920*1080分辨力)单片LCOS投影机之用。 
背景技术
按图像显示器件分类,目前在前投式投影机的图像显示技术方面,主要分为3LCD、DLP、LCOS三大技术领域。单片LCOS投影机目前采用的投影镜头,其传函往往小于50% 60lp/mm,分辨力达不到高清(1920*1080)。而想要达到高清分辨力要求,往往需要采用非球面技术,其加工难度大大提高。本发明采用八片不同的球面透镜组合而成,特点是制作简单(球面透镜便于研磨加工),传函大于50% 60lp/mm,分辨力达到1920*1080。 
发明内容
为了克服目前单片LCOS投影机所使用镜头的不足(要不很难加工,要不传函小于50% 60lp/mm,分辨力达不到1920*1080),本发明提供一种由八片不同球面透镜组合而成的全球面高清镜头,其焦距19.24mm,F/#为1.7,投射比1.8。 
本发明镜头由八片球面透镜组成,按图1所示L1-L8,每个球面透镜有两个球面半径,共有16个面,其球面半径从左向右依次分别为:401.21,19.08;57.51,52.98;21.04,15.27;15.27,15.51;10.21,128.73;66.32,14.57;81.69,39.32;34.30,127.13mm;L1-L8口径依次分别为:27,25,13.6,15.2,19.6,19.6,23,25mm;其中心厚度依次分别为:1.12,5.05,4.0,0.8,0.8,4.0,5.2,5.38mm;八片球面透镜之间的间隔依次为:13.14,11.72,0,3.83,1.08,0.77,0.15mm。组成的八片球面透镜组合,其总长度为57.04mm。 
八片球面透镜由铝质紧固件固定,组成一个整体,即本发明。按图1所示1-4为固定透镜的铝质紧固件,将L1-L8从左向右依次按照它们之间的间隔距离要求固定。 
 本发明镜头在使用时,需用一片LCOS液晶,其分辨率为1920*1080,作为投影镜头的物面,经过镜头(本发明镜头)成像,投射比1.8,能满足1920*1080分辨率的要求,全视场横向色差<0.8像素。 
本发明镜头在使用时,还需用一只16*16*14mm的PBS棱镜(偏振分束棱镜),按图2所示,将其安放在LCOS液晶和本发明的八片球面透镜组合之间,棱镜与八片球面透镜组合间隔7.74mm,棱镜与LCOS液晶间隔0.2mm。 
本发明镜头的球面透镜研磨加工方便、适合批量生产。

图1是本发明镜头的结构图。八片球面透镜由铝质紧固件固定,L1-L8为八片球面透镜(从左向右依次为:L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6,L7,L8),1-4为固定球面透镜的铝质紧固件。 
图2表示本发明镜头的光线走向及具体使用时与LCOS液晶、棱镜的位置关系。从左向右依次为:本发明的八片球面透镜组合、棱镜及LCOS液晶。棱镜与本发明镜头间隔7.74mm,棱镜与LCOS液晶间隔0.2mm。 
具体实施方式
本发明镜头由八片球面透镜(图1中依次为L1,L2,L3,L4,L5,L6,L7,L8)组成,采用铝质紧固件(图1中1-4),按照L1-L8的间隔距离要求,将L1-L8从左向右依次固定。本发明镜头使用时,安放在LCOS液晶左边,在本发明镜头和LCOS液晶之间安放一只PBS棱镜,棱镜规格为16*16*14mm,棱镜与本发明镜头间隔7.74mm,棱镜与LCOS液晶间隔0.2mm。

1.一种全球面的高清LCOS投影机镜头,其特征在于使用八片球面透镜组合,每个球面透镜有两个球面半径,其球面半径依次分别为:401.21,19.08;57.51,52.98;21.04,15.27;15.27,15.51;10.21,128.73;66.32,14.57;81.69,39.32;34.30,127.13mm;八片球面透镜口径依次分别为:27,25,13.6,15.2,19.6,19.6,23,25mm;其中心厚度依次分别为:1.12,5.05,4.0,0.8,0.8,4.0,5.2,5.38mm;八片球面透镜之间的间隔依次为:13.14,11.72,0,3.83,1.08,0.77,0.15mm。
