本发明公开了一种测定三聚氰胺的方法。于10mL比色管中依次加入0.05~5.0mL0.1~0.5g/L的三聚氰胺溶液、1.0~2.5mL4.0×10-6mol/L的曙红Y溶液、0.5~1.0mL2.0×10-4mol/L的中性红溶液和0.3~1.0mLpH3.5的伯瑞坦-罗比森缓冲溶液,以不加三聚氰胺的溶液为试剂空白,用超纯水定容至刻度,在30℃水浴反应30min后,于荧光光度计上,用1cm石英比色皿,以520nm为激发波长,在538nm处分别测定含三聚氰胺溶液的荧光值F538nm和试剂空白的荧光值F0,计算差值ΔF538nm=F538nm–F0值。取牛奶30mL,加入20.0mL1%的三氯乙酸溶液和8.0mL2%的乙酸铅溶液,超声20min;取部分溶液离心10min,取上清液1mL,依上述方法测定荧光值,计算牛奶中三聚氰胺的含量。本发明方法简便、快捷。
