Abstract
一种环保节能石灰窑炉的余热发电装置,包括高温烟筒,高温烟筒内腔中设有环形盘管,环形盘管通过热气管道与设在水箱中的蛇形管相连通,水箱上部通过管道连通有蒸汽包,蒸汽包通过管道与汽轮机的动力输入端相通,汽轮机的动力输出端与发电机相连,汽轮机排气端通过冷凝器与水箱相通,从高温烟筒排出的高温烟气与热气管道中的介质进行热交换,将水箱中的水加热,蒸汽包汽化后的蒸汽通过管道推动汽轮机做功,从汽轮机排气端排出的低温气体经过冷凝器后变成冷却水进入水箱中再次加热,具有节能环保的特点。

[0001] 本发明属于石灰窑炉技术领域,具体涉及一种环保节能石灰窑炉的余热发电装置。
背景技术
[0002] 现有技术的石灰窑炉,包括冷风机、炉体、炉膛和出灰斗,炉膛的周边设有保温层,保温层外面包覆钢板,炉膛的下部设有炉条,冷风机的进风管口置于炉条的下方,炉体的顶部设有烟筒,烟筒与炉膛连通。这种结构的石灰窑炉,从高温烟筒中排出的烟气温度很高,具有很高的热能,目前这部分能量还没用被有效利用,而是从高温烟筒排除,造成了能源的
严重浪费。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种环保节能石灰窑炉的余热发电装置,解决现有技术存在能源浪费严重、污染环境的技术问题,具有节能环保的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种环保节能石灰窑炉的余热发电装置,包括高温烟筒,高温烟筒内腔中设有环形盘管,环形盘管通过热气管道与设在水箱中的蛇形管相连通,水箱上部通过管道连通有蒸汽包,蒸汽包通过管道与汽轮机的动力输入端相通,汽轮机的动力输出端与发电机相连,汽轮机排气端通过冷凝器与水箱相通。
[0004] 本发明结构设计合理,达到了废气的综合利用,其高温余热利用率高和节能效果好,本发明解决了现有技术存在高温烟气直接排出而造成的能源浪费严重、污染环境的技术问题。

[0007] 参见附图,本发明包括鼓风机I1、炉体、炉膛3和出灰斗16,炉膛3的周边设有保温层1,保温层I外面包覆钢板7,炉膛3的下部设有炉条15,鼓风机11的进风管口置于炉条15的下方,炉体的顶部设有烟筒6,炉体的上部周圈设有环形烟道2,炉膛壁上设有与环形烟道2连通的出烟口,烟筒6与环形烟道2连通,高温烟筒6内腔中设有环形盘管20,环形盘管20通过热气管道17与设在水箱18中的蛇形管相连;炉膛3的中部设有带喷火孔的发火室5,发火室5的上面设有防护罩4,炉体的两侧分别设有高温风机9、12,高温风机9、12的出风管10、I 3与发火室5连通,高温风机9、12的吸风管8、14与炉膛3的上部连通。
[0008] 所述的水箱18上部通过管道连通有蒸汽包25,蒸汽包25通过管道21与汽轮机22的动力输入端相通,汽轮机22的动力输出端与发电机23相连,汽轮机22排气端通过冷凝器24与水箱相通。

炉膛3上部的没有完全燃烧的高温烟气,被高温风机的吸风管吸出,经高温风机的出风管进入发火室5,剧烈燃烧的烈火经发火室5的喷火孔喷出,返回炉膛再次燃烧,使燃烧不完全的烟气充分燃烧,同时从高温烟筒6排出的高温烟气与热气管道17中的介质进行热交换,将水箱中的水加热,蒸汽包25汽化后的蒸汽通过管道21推动汽轮机22做功,从汽轮机22排气端排出的低温气体经过冷凝器24后变成冷却水进入水箱中再次加热。

1.一种环保节能石灰窑炉的余热发电装置,包括高温烟筒(6),其特征在于,高温烟筒(6)内腔中设有环形盘管(20),环形盘管(20)通过热气管道(17)与设在水箱(18)中的蛇形管(19)相连通,水箱(18)上部通过管道连通有蒸汽包(25),蒸汽包(25)通过管道(21)与汽轮机(22)的动力输入端相通,汽轮机(22)的动力输出端与发电机(23)相连,汽轮机(22)排气端通过冷凝器(24)与水箱相通。
