本发明涉及一种工业锅炉使用的燃料,具体来说是一种具有脱硝功能的水煤浆,脱硝水煤浆,包括煤、分散剂、尿素和水,其中各组分占总量的重量百分比分别是,煤65‑70%、分散剂0.5‑1%、尿素1‑6%,余量为水,水煤浆中加入尿素,可以使得水煤浆在燃烧过程中,直接实现脱硝效果,无需增加专门的脱硝工序,将尿素占水煤浆的重量百分比控制在1‑6%的范围内,可以实现理想的脱硝效果,脱硝率高达60%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业锅炉使用的燃料,具体来说是一种具有脱硝功能的水煤浆。
背景技术
氮氧化物(NOx)是煤炭燃烧后产生的主要污染物之一,是形成酸雨和产生光化学烟雾的主要物质,对环境和人体危害性很强。选择性非催化还原(SNCR)属燃烧后控制技术,是国外已经投入商业运行的比较成熟的烟气脱硝方法。其原理是使带有氨基的物质在没有催化剂的情况下与NOx 反应生成无毒无害的氮气(N2)和水(H2O)。尽管该技术的脱硝效率可以达到40~80 %,但对反应温度控制要求较高,即只有在900~1100 ℃范围内时,才会达到高效和无二次污染的目的。由于烟气在排放过程中降温速度快,使SNCR技术实际脱硝率仅为30~50 %。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是,提供一种脱硝水煤浆,使得水煤浆具有脱硝功能,无需在燃烧过程中增加脱硝步骤,而且提高了脱硝效果。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,脱硝水煤浆,包括煤、分散剂、尿素和水,其中各组分占总量的重量百分比分别是,煤65-70%、分散剂0.5-1%、尿素1-6%,余量为水;
作为优选方案,所述各组分占总量的重量百分比分别是,煤65%、分散剂0.8%、尿素2.1%,水32.1%。
本发明产生的技术效果是,水煤浆中加入尿素,可以使得水煤浆在燃烧过程中,直接实现脱硝效果,无需增加专门的脱硝工序。将尿素占水煤浆的重量百分比控制在1-6%的范围内,可以实现理想的脱硝效果,脱硝率高达60%以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做详细说明。
实施例一:
取煤65份、分散剂0.8份、尿素2.1份、水32.1份,将上述组分进行混合,通过搅拌机械进行搅拌,使各组分混合均匀,形成的各组分的重量百分比为煤65%、分散剂0.8%、尿素2.1%、水32.1%。
所述分散剂主要是以萘系或木质素为主的混合物,比如:萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐等。
上述脱硝水煤浆主要是在工业锅炉中使用,实现对燃烧废气进行脱硝的作用。例如,在悬浮流化锅炉中,通过向燃烧室中喷洒脱硝水煤浆,使得水煤浆在燃烧的过程中,尿素和燃烧过程中产生的NOx进行化学反应,化学反应原理如下:
因为,水煤浆在燃烧时,其燃烧温度控制在900-1000℃,为尿素和NOx进行化学反应提供了良好的温度条件,使得脱硝率明显提高。
通过对燃烧排放的烟气进行分析,结果显示:排放后的烟气中脱硝率高达64.3%。现有水煤浆并不具有脱硝功能,即使在水煤浆燃烧过程中进行脱硝,脱硝率也极不理想。
使用该脱硝水煤浆,不仅优化了脱硝效果,而且使脱硝工艺简单,易于操作;同时也降低了脱硝成本,提高了环境和社会效益。 实施例二:
和实施例一相比,本实施例的不同之处在于,脱硝水煤浆的各组成部分的重量百分比分别是,煤70%、分散剂1%、尿素6%、水23%。
经检测,上述组分的脱硝水煤浆在燃烧后,产生的烟气脱硝率高达60.7%,仍然能够实现较好的脱硝效果。
实施例三:
和上述两个实施例相比,本实施例的不同之处在于,脱硝水煤浆的各组成部分的重量百分比分别是,煤65%、分散剂0.5%、尿素1%和水33.5%。
经检测,上述组分的脱硝水煤浆在燃烧后,产生的烟气脱硝率高达61.2 %,实现了良好的脱硝效果。

1.脱硝水煤浆,包括煤、分散剂、尿素和水,其中各组分占总量的重量百分比分别是,煤65-70%、分散剂0.5-1%、尿素1-6%,余量为水;所述分散剂的主要成分为萘磺酸盐或木质素磺酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述脱硝水煤浆,其特征在于,所述各组分占总量的重量百分比分别是,煤65%,分散剂0.8%,尿素2.1%,水32.1%。
