技术领域
 本发明涉及一种机动车照明用HID安定器的电源输入控制装置,具体的讲是一种借助继电器实现安定器的交直流混用。
背景技术
交流照明摩托车因其照明装置必须在车辆启动后,大灯照明才得以工作,因照明灯泡的亮度受制于发动机转速的影响,给司机造成安全隐患,而要把交流照明改成直流照明,又要匹配整流器和磁电机的线圈,给维修工作带来繁琐及增加费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种借助继电器实现安定器的交直流混用,使得无需改变原车的发电系统,即可实现直流照明的功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本借助继电器实现安定器的交直流混用,其构造由继电器、二极管、直流电源线、交流电源进线、信号线、变压器、控制模块、交流电源出线组成。其特征是,直流电源线与变压器的初级正极连接,继电器的常闭端与交流电源出线连接,继电器的公共端与交流电源进线连接,二极管的阳极与信号线连接,二极管的阴极与控制模块的电源输入端及继电器的线圈一端并联,继电器的线圈的另一端接负极。先把磁电机与整流器的照明线断开,把交流电源进线与磁电机的照明线连接,交流电源输出线与整流器连接,直流电源线与开关的12V蓄电池正极连接,信号线与大灯开关的输出线连接。
关灯时,磁电机的电能经继电器的常闭端回路,原车整流器在正常的工作状态,12V蓄电池的直流电源线虽已到达变压器的初级,但信号线没有电能到达控制模块,安定器处于待机状态;
打开大灯开关,此时,若发动机无启动,信号线没有电能到达控制模块,安定器还是处于待机状态;
开灯状态下,并在发动机启动后,磁电机的电能经信号线由二极管整流后向控制模块提供电能,安定器工作,同时,继电器吸合,磁电机的照明线被切断,整流器的充电线的电能被提高。
有益效果是:即:当,关灯状态下,磁电机和整流器的匹配不变,而,当发动机启动后并开启照明灯的时候,切断照明线在整流器的内部损耗,从而提高整流器的充电效率,实现了交流照明系统的交直流电源混用的功能。

1.一种借助继电器实现安定器的交直流混用,其构造由继电器、二极管、直流电源线、交流电源进线、信号线、变压器、控制模块、交流电源出线组成,其特征是,直流电源线与变压器的初级正极连接,继电器的常闭端与交流电源出线连接,继电器的公共端与交流电源进线连接,二极管的阳极与信号线连接,二极管的阴极与控制模块的电源输入端及继电器的线圈一端并联,继电器的线圈的另一端接负极,先把磁电机与整流器的照明线断开,把交流电源进线与磁电机的照明线连接,交流电源输出线与整流器连接,直流电源线与开关的12V蓄电池正极连接,信号线与大灯开关的输出线连接,
关灯时,磁电机的电能经继电器的常闭端回路,原车整流器在正常的工作状态,12V蓄电池的直流电源线虽已到达变压器的初级,但信号线没有电能到达控制模块,安定器处于待机状态;
打开大灯开关,此时,若发动机无启动,信号线没有电能到达控制模块,安定器还是处于待机状态;
开灯状态下,并在发动机启动后,磁电机的电能经信号线由二极管整流后向控制模块提供电能,安定器工作,同时,继电器吸合,磁电机的照明线被切断,整流器的充电线的电能被提高,
即:当,关灯状态下,磁电机和整流器的匹配不变,而,当发动机启动后并开启照明灯的时候,切断照明线在整流器的内部损耗,从而提高整流器的充电效率,实现了交流照明系统的交直流电源混用的功能。
