Abstract
The invention discloses a plastic product as well as a preparation method and a piece of refrigeration equipment thereof. The preparation method for the plastic product comprises the following steps that a plastic base stock and a surface layer base stock are molded in a co-extrusion way, so that the plastic base stock forms a body, and the surface layer base stock forms a surface layer, wherein the surfer layer is formed in at least a part of surface of the body. The plastic product is prepared by the method for preparing the plastic product, common formation of the body and the surface layer can be effectively realized, so that the technical problems of inconsistent product appearance, large color difference, low product percent of pass, low surface strength and easiness in scratches in the current preparation technology are solved successfully; and in addition, the preparation process is simple, the production cycle is short and the environment cannot be polluted.

Background
Currently, plastic articles have been widely used in almost every field. In the prior art, plastic products and preparation methods thereof have many defects, such as different spraying defects, pits and miscellaneous spots on the appearance of the products, thin coatings, the highest surface hardness of only 1HB, easy scratching, dent hitting and paint dropping, low qualification rate during product preparation, long extrusion and paint spraying production line, low speed, low efficiency, easy abrasion of the surface layer, influence on the appearance and the like. In addition, a large amount of organic solvent is volatilized in the spraying process, so that the environment is seriously polluted, the physical health of workers is harmed, and the like.
Therefore, the current plastic products and the preparation methods thereof still need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art.
To this end, one object of the present invention is to propose a plastic article and a method for the preparation thereof, and another object of the present invention is to propose a refrigeration device comprising the above plastic article.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides, in one aspect, a plastic article. According to an embodiment of the invention, the plastic article comprises: the plastic film comprises a body and a surface layer, wherein the body is formed by plastic, the surface layer is formed on at least one part of the surface of the body, and the body and the surface layer are formed by co-extrusion. Therefore, the plastic product provided by the embodiment of the invention can be widely applied to multiple fields, such as refrigeration equipment, and has the advantages of consistent appearance, uniform color, high surface strength, wear resistance, scratch resistance, low cost, environmental friendliness and the like. In addition, different appearances and effects can be selected according to product positioning.

Therefore, when the plastic product is prepared by the method for preparing the plastic product according to the embodiment of the invention, the body and the surface layer can be effectively formed together, thereby successfully solving the technical problems of inconsistent product appearance, large color difference, low product percent of pass, low surface strength and easy scratching in the prior preparation technology. In addition, the preparation process is simple, the production period is short, and spraying is not needed, so that the environment is not polluted, and the health of workers is not harmed.

In addition, a large amount of organic solvent is volatilized in the spraying process, so that the environment is seriously polluted, the physical health of workers is harmed, and the like. Therefore, there is no plastic product and its preparation method, which can effectively solve the above technical problems. The inventors of the present invention have surprisingly found that the technical problems described above, for example, can be effectively solved by the technical solution of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the spraying-free composite co-extrusion process is adopted to co-extrude the plastic base material and the surface layer base material so as to enable the plastic base material to form the body and the surface layer base material to form the surface layer, wherein the surface layer is formed on at least one part of the surface of the body. Claims (11)
1. A plastic article, comprising:
a body formed of plastic;
a surface layer formed on a surface of at least a portion of the body,
wherein,
the body and the surface layer are formed by co-extrusion.
2. A plastic article according to claim 1, wherein the plastic is formed of PVC.
3. A plastic article according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the body is 1.0-3.0 mm.
4. A plastic article according to claim 1, wherein the surface layer has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2 mm.
5. A plastic article according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface layer is formed of PMMA, ASA, PMMA/ABS, PMMA/ASA or ABS.
6. The plastic product of claim 1, wherein the plastic product is a pillar, a device strip, a spacer strip, a plastic-steel door window.
7. A method of making a plastic article, comprising:
co-extruding a plastic base material and a surface layer base material so that a body is formed from the plastic base material and a surface layer is formed from the surface layer base material,
wherein,
the surface layer is formed on a surface of at least a portion of the body.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the plastic base is PVC.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the surface layer binder is PMMA, ASA, PMMA/ABS, PMMA/ASA, or ABS.
10. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the body has a thickness of 1.0 to 3.0mm and the surface layer has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.2 mm.
11. A refrigeration device comprising the door pillar according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
