从图1和2可以明显看到,电气设备,在此是临时的泛光灯1,以及用于支撑泛光灯的支柱,如下面更详细描述的,容易放在背包中由单人运送,并且只需要简单的人工操作的泵,在此是手摇泵3,用于在地点架设支柱用于电气设备在地面上的临时支撑。可充气的伸长的管4,在图3中充气之前显示,具有图2和5最优显示的连接到泛光灯的第一端5,以及连接到三脚架7的第二端6,第二端6在延长腿之前在图3中显示为具有展开的腿8。在该结构,腿是套管式可伸缩的,包括第一腿部件9,其临近三脚架中心部件11的一端在10旋转,三脚架中心部件11连接到管的第二端6,以及第二腿部件12,其在第一腿部件9内套筒式伸缩滑动并在伸长时可以固定在第一腿部件9上。第一腿部件的末端13通过框架14连接,框架14枢设于末端13和中心部件15。互连的框架可以推过死点以支撑三脚架防止意外折叠。
阀16连接到充气线17,充气线17连接到泵3。一电动操作泵,例如从汽车(自动)中的点烟器的插座驱动,可以用于替换手动操作的泵。优选阀16临近管4的第一端设置,从而支柱在横放在地面上时可以只充气或放气。这避免了在支柱放气时电气设备可能砸到某个人的问题。
可以从图2和5看到,泛光灯组件1安装在支架18上以调整角度,支架18安装在盘19上,盘19封闭管的第一端5。泛光灯组件1的电线20穿过气密扣眼21进入管4的内部并从管4的第二端6出来,如图3中优选显示,穿过一类似扣眼(未图示)。
伸长的易弯曲部件,在此是与第一腿部件的末端相互连接的引导线22的形式,第一腿部件具有在管的第一端5的盘19。当管4充分充气时,引导线22张紧。引导线22可以用单层或多层索线形成。与引导线22配合的附加支撑可以如图4所示提供。管4显示沿其长度安装有多个环23。在此只对于一个这样的环说明,橡皮筋24在引导线22和环23之间连接。可以理解的是类似的橡皮筋可以用于其它的环23。
一替代的与引导线22配合的中间支撑结构在图6中显示。在该实施方式中,环23安装有三个辐条25,每个辐条的末端连接到分别的引导线22。辐条末端同样优选由索线26相互连接。
图7显示电气设备和支撑支柱的一替代的实施方式,使用具有如图6中辐条25的附加支撑结构,但不使用附加的索线26。可以从图8看到,即使如图7的支撑结构可以容易地折叠以收放用于运输。
三脚架7可以装有小脚轮27以便于直立的支柱和设备可以移动到位置。优选小脚轮是可以锁定的。
由于电气设备和支柱可以收放在背包中以易于运输,且可以只通过打开三脚架并给管充气从而架设在原地,运输、架设和放下都可以由单人完成,除了简单的充气泵不需要其它任何工具,且不需要任何组装或拆卸机械。
其它方式是可行的。因此,如图9到11所示,没有必要通过引导线设置管支撑结构。在此分别的易弯曲的网28与腿8上的安装点29相互连接,安装点29在管的第一端5和第二端6都有。当管充气并架设在三脚架7上后,分别的网28在它们的安装点29和第一端之间、第一端和第二端之间张紧。在此显示软线30与安装点29相互连接。已经发现该列举的结构甚至在中级风中保持稳定。为减少网28作为帆的任何趋势,网可以包括孔(未示出)以使得空气穿过网。网可以沿着邻接管4的内边31连接到沿管设置的环23。
尽管图1到11说明的实施方式包括泛光灯形式的电气设备,具有普通技术的人员可以容易地认识到类似地支柱可以用于安装其它形式的需要临时支撑在地面上的设备,例如,不限于以下,公用扩音扬声器,临时交通信号灯,照明路标,保安、安全或超速照相机,或通信设备如卫星天线,或者甚至是非电气设备,例如但不限于,篮球网或无板篮球网,或者不需要照明的标志。图12显示和图9显示结构不同的安装到管的一端的无板篮球球网32。图13显示和图9显示结构不同的使用旋转支架34安装到管的一端的公用扩音扬声器33。图14显示和图9显示结构不同的使用调整支架36连接到管的一端的闭环电视照相机35,例如保安照相机或超速照相机。图15显示和图9显示结构不同的安装到管的一端的静态警告标志37。伸长的管4可以用我们的申请号:0501474.1(公开号GB2422322A)的共同待决的英国专利申请中描述的类似材料形成以用于提供可充气运动目标(sports goals)。GB2422322A中提出的用于形成管状框架的该材料是天然或合成橡胶,或塑料替代品,优选用尼龙线加强。运动目标的商业实施方式已经以我们登记的商标igoal(R)制造并销售,并成型为大约2mm厚度的框架材料,以及3英寸(7.62cm)直径的门柱和横杆,并且在充气到用lBar左右的压力时工作良好。
管状部件在软聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成的内外层之间用尼龙线相对管的轴螺旋形缠绕以形成交叉,典型地铺设为与轴成80度或更大的角。这两个塑料层软化以在尼龙线之间的间隙熔合到一起。已经发现该结构阻止管在使用时膨胀。优选沿管的长度铺设一附加的平行线层以阻止在使用时管纵向拉伸。
以相同方式成型的伸长的管和现在说明的结构一起工作良好。然而,如下面所述,且如我们的申请号:0819761.8的共同待决专利申请(在本申请申请日之前还未公开),已经发现使用替代的管状结构获得改善的结果。
在图16中,管4包括塑料层38,适宜地是相对柔软的塑料如PVC,或橡胶,铺设有加强线39。线39包括纺织材料,优选尼龙。在图16中,线39以相对于管状部件的轴成45度角螺旋形缠绕层38。线可以互相编织,形成编织的纺织增强结构40。
在图17中,类似的加强线41以10度角铺设,同样以相对的形式,相对的线互相编织,从而构成编织的纺织加强结构42。实验显示图17中列举的管4在充气到相同操作压力时比图16所示的结构基本更刚性,这已经是对GB2422322中说明的结构的改进,且显著改善的刚性已经可以从图17的45度减小到大约30度的角检测出。图18和19显示优选的结构,其具有包括编织的纺织加强结构40和42的叠加的加强层。
可以理解的是在图16到19的每个图中,加强结构不完全对应于列举和说明的目的显示,实际上加强结构将沿管4的全长延伸。
如图19中优选示出,第二塑料层43,适宜地是相对柔软的塑料如PVC,或橡胶铺设到加强结构。可以从图中看到,纺织线隔开,从而即使具有两叠加的加强结构,如图18和19中所示,在线之间有间隙。在应用第二层43时,或者随后,这两层38和42充分缠绕(wanned)以穿过加强层的间隙熔合在一起。
图20显示图18和19的结构的变体,其中使用更进一层的加强线44,该县线在该情形,和管部件的轴平行的延长。这些线有助于阻止管4纵向伸长。
对于本发明涉及的大部分目的,我们发现图18和19或20所示的管4,在充气到典型的大约1Bar的充气压力时,具有3英寸(7.62cm)的直径,也就是10和20磅/平方英寸(6.89to13.79*10<4>帕斯卡),可通过脚踏打气泵或不贵的从车辆的点烟器插座操作的压力泵实现,且全部厚度2mm,工作良好。
纺织线优选是细的纺织线。纺织线可以包括传统的尼龙缝纫线。可以理解的是,然而,可以选择不同的直径和厚度。放过气的管4容易弯曲,使得临时结构收放起来且便携。
采用管4,特别如图18和19所示,在充气时具有增强的刚性,提升了如上所述的为在高处安装的设备提供支柱的前景,其中支柱显著高于迄今的支柱,或者其中减少了支撑结构。

Claims (17)

1.一种充气到10-20psi(6.89-13.79×104帕斯卡)压力时用作结构件的管形件,所述管形件在放气时是柔性的且在充气到所述压力时基本上是刚性的,且能重复充气到所述压力随后放气以坍塌所述管形件,所述管形件包括由选自橡胶、其替代物和塑料的材料形成的内层和相同材料形成的外层之间的内部加强线,内部加强线包括与管形件的轴成30°或更小角度的加强的呈螺旋形放置的织物线,且这两层的材料因材料的加热软化形成统一结构以使得这两层的材料穿过加强线之间的空间熔合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管形件,其中所述材料是PVC且加强线由织物材料,尤其尼龙形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管形件,其中加强线包括与管形件的轴相对地螺旋缠绕以形成交叉的加强线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管形件,其中相对缠绕的加强线互相编制成交织的织物加强结构。
5.根据先前任一权利要求所述的管形件,其中加强线以10到15°的角度放置。
6.根据先前任一权利要求所述的管形件,其中加强线包括以30°或更小角度放置的第一加强线以及与所述第一加强线不同角度放置的第二加强线。
7.根据权利要求6所述的管形件,其中第一加强线以10到15°的角度放置而第二加强线以大约45°的角度放置。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的管形件,其中加强线还包括与管形件的轴平行延伸的加强线。
9.一种制造充气到10-20psi(6.89-13.79×104帕斯卡)压力时用作结构件的管形件的方法,所述管形件在放气时是柔性的,在充气到所述压力时基本上是刚性的,且能重复充气到所述压力随后放气以坍塌所述管形件;所述方法包括以下步骤:形成选自橡胶、其替代物和塑料材料的第一层;在所述第一层上形成加强层,所述形成步骤包括在第一层上相对管形件的轴以30°或更小的角度放置加强线;在所述加强层上形成所述材料的第二层;以及加热软化第一和第二层中的至少一个的材料从而使得第一和第二层的材料穿过加强层之间的空间熔合在一起以结合第一和第二层为统一结构。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述材料是PVC且加强线由织物材料,尤其尼龙形成。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其中加强线以与第一层的轴相对螺旋地放置在第一层上从而形成交叉。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中相对地(in opposing senses)放置的加强线互相编制成交织的结构。
13.根据权利要求9到12任一所述的方法,其中加强线以10到15°的角度放置。
14.根据权利要求9到13任一所述的方法,其中形成加强层的步骤包括与所述第一加强线不同角度放置第二加强线的步骤。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中第一加强线以10到15°的角度放置而第二加强线以大约45°的角度放置。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的方法,其中形成加强层的方法还包括放置与第一层的轴平行延伸的加强线。
17.一种运动球门,包括多个互联的形成多个节点的具有可选择地在其上安装网的支柱,所述支柱至少包括:一个或多个界定横木的支柱;两个或多个分别界定球门标杆的支柱;多个适于沿地面放置以限定球门的左侧和右侧以及后部的各自的底部的支柱;以及通过节点与地面支柱互联的支柱撑杆,在节点横木支柱和球门标杆支柱连接形成球门拐角,每个所述的支柱包括根据权利要求1到8任一所述的管形件,所述管形件适于经由设置在管形件中或在节点与分别的支柱连接的装置中的一个或多个阀从气泵充气。
