一种包皮环切器,由外环和内环组成,内环为一闭环,外环由两个半圆环组成;两个半圆环的一端可转动地相互连接在一起,其中一个半圆环的另一端的内缘设有内缘齿结构,另一个半圆环的另一端的外缘设有外缘齿结构,内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构之间可以相互咬合和打开;内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构咬合后将内环固定在形成的圆环内;外缘齿结构的外侧边上设有一探出结构,在内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构咬合后该探出结构包埋内缘齿结构,防止外环白行打开;探出结构包埋住内缘齿结构后留有一个可供医用手术钳插入的缝隙。本发明在公知的“商环”的结构基础上进行改进,采用止血钳等常规医用钳即可打开,而患者难以打开。

包皮环切器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,更具体地涉及一种切割男性包皮用的包皮环切器。
背景技术
包皮过长或包茎是男性泌尿系统感染或性疾病的原因之一。
治疗包皮过长的常规手术方式为采用手术器械切除多余包皮人工缝合,但这种方式费时费力。
为了提高手术效率,韩国发明了一种包皮自动环切器,称为“韩式包皮环切器”,由外环和内环组成,外环通过螺栓紧固。
商建忠于2005年对“韩式包皮自动环切器”进行改进,商品名“商环”(又叫“圣环”)采用左右咬合的方式紧固。该环切器的优点在于去掉了螺栓,杜绝了患者在术后自行打开环切器的风险,缺点在于,打开环切器需要特制的器具,该器具非常规手术器械,医生易遗忘。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包皮环切器,以改进公知技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的包皮环切器,由外环和内环组成,内环为一闭环,外环由两个半圆环组成;
两个半圆环的一端可转动地相互连接在一起,其中一个半圆环的另一端的内缘设有内缘齿结构,另一个半圆环的另一端的外缘设有外缘齿结构,内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构之间可以相互咬合和打开;
内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构咬合后将内环固定在形成的圆环内;
外缘齿结构的外侧边上设有一探出结构,在内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构咬合后该探出结构包埋内缘齿结构,防止外环自行打开;
探出结构包埋住内缘齿结构后留有一个可供医用手术钳插入的缝隙。
本发明在公知的“商环”的结构基础上进行改进,采用止血钳等常规医用钳即可打开,而患者难以打开。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的包皮环切器,由外环1和内环2组成,内环2为一闭环,外环1由两个半圆环组成。两个半圆环的一端可转动地相互连接在一起,其中一个半圆环的另一端11的内缘设有内缘齿结构111,另一个半圆环的另一端12的外缘设有外缘齿结构121,内缘齿结构111与外缘齿结构121可以相互咬合和打开。内缘齿结构111与外缘齿结构121咬合后将内环2固定在形成的圆环内。
外缘齿结构121的外侧边上设有一探出结构122,在内缘齿结构111与外缘齿结构121咬合后该探出结构122包埋内缘齿结构111,防止外环1自行打开,同时探出结构122包埋住内缘齿结构111后留有一个可供医用手术钳的两钳头4插入的缝隙3,张开手术钳的两钳头4即可将外环1打开。

1.一种包皮环切器,由外环和内环组成,内环为一闭环,外环由两个半圆环组成;
两个半圆环的一端可转动地相互连接在一起,其中一个半圆环的另一端的内缘设有内缘齿结构,另一个半圆环的另一端的外缘设有外缘齿结构,内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构之间可以上下相互咬合和打开;
内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构咬合后将内环固定在形成的圆环内;
外缘齿结构的外侧边上设有一探出结构,在内缘齿结构与外缘齿结构咬合后该探出结构包埋内缘齿结构,防止外环自行打开;
探出结构包埋住内缘齿结构后留有一个供医用手术钳的两钳头插入的缝隙,以便能够通过张开手术钳的两钳头将外环打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包皮环切器,其中,外环和内环由医用塑料、硅胶或金属材料制成。
