本发明公开了一种牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置。为了克服现有缺乏适宜中小加工厂使用的廉价加工处理装置，血污水满地，场地污染重，清洗保洁费用高，牛体翻转、升降、移动不易，处理费工费时，劳动强度大，效率低等不足，本发明支座具有排液通道，所述牛体托持机构具有与该排液通道连通的排液口，所述牛体托持机构包括中间定板及其两边的可升降边板，中间定板与可升降边板为活动连接，所述支座具有升降机构，在所述牛体托持机构的上方安装了牛体滑行移动机构。本发明用于牛、羊、猪等的屠宰、清洗、分割、除毛等加工，造价低，可以平放翻转移动，也可以悬吊转动移动，自动化程度高，实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种主要用于牛屠宰、分割、除毛等加工的装置，具体为一种牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置。
背景技术
牛肉加工者在牛被宰杀后，要对牛体进行喷火除毛，清洗和牛体分割等处理。现有处理设施由于缺乏适宜中小加工厂使用的廉价的初处理平台或者装置，多用不科学的物架或者直接在地面进行，不仅血污水满地，场地污染重，清洗保洁费用高，血污水利用效益低；而且由于牛体较大较重，翻转、升降、移动不易，使进行各种处理艰难，费工费时，影响处理质量，劳动强度大，效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述不足，提供一种牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置，它造价低，自动化程度高，实用性强，不仅能够自动归集血污水，便于集中处理，防止加工污染，有利于场地保洁，节约加工场地保洁费开支，提高血污水等的利用效益，而且可以自动翻转、升降、移动牛体，能够使牛体翻转、升降、移动非常容易，有利于牛体清洗、分割、喷火除毛等，效率高，劳动强度小，处理成本减少。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是，该牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置，包括支座、安装于支座上的牛体托持机构，所述支座具有排液通道，所述牛体托持机构具有与该排液通道连通的排液口，所述牛体托持机构包括中间定板及其两边的可升降边板，中间定板与可升降边板为活动连接。
所述支座具有使所述可升降边板升降的升降机构。
在所述牛体托持机构的上方安装了牛体滑行移动机构，该牛体滑行移动机构包括滑行吊钩组件，该滑行吊钩组件通过滑轮安装在滑槽上。
所述中间定板2可以与动力机构连接，实现中间定板托持牛体自动移动，进行不同程序的加工处理。
本发明支座具有排液通道，所述牛体托持机构具有与该排液通道连通的排液口，能够自动归集血污水不外排外溅，便于集中处理，防止加工污染，有利于场地保洁，节约加工场地保洁费开支，提高血污水等的利用效益；所述牛体托持机构包括中间定板及其两边的可升降边板，可升降边板可以通过升降机构与中间定板形成可升降活动连接，在所述牛体托持机构的上方安装了可以使牛体自动滑行移位的牛体滑行移动机构，也可以使中间定板与动力机构连接，实现中间定板运动，使托于其上的牛体移动，实现自动翻转、升降、移动牛体，有利于牛体清洗、分割、喷火除毛等，效率高，劳动强度小，处理成本减少。本发明用于牛、羊、猪等的屠宰、清洗、分割、除毛等加工，造价低，可以平放翻转移动，也可以悬吊转动移动，自动化程度高，实用性强。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置，包括支座1、安装于支座1上的牛体托持机构，所述支座1具有排液通道3，所述牛体托持机构具有与该排液通道连通的排液口，所述牛体托持机构包括中间定板2及其两边的可升降边板4，中间定板2与可升降边板4为活动连接，所述支座1具有使所述可升降边板4升降的升降机构5，该升降机构5可以是具有动力机构的液压装置，在所述牛体托持机构的上方安装了牛体滑行移动机构，该牛体滑行移动机构包括滑行吊钩组件6，该滑行吊钩组件6通过安装在滑槽7里的滑轮吊钩牛体移动。
本发明可以使中间定板2与动力机构连接，实现中间定板托持牛体自动移动，进行不同程序的加工处理。

Claims (3)

1.一种牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置，包括支座(1)、安装于支座(1)上的牛体托持机构，其特征是，所述支座(1)具有排液通道(3)，所述牛体托持机构具有与该排液通道连通的排液口，所述牛体托持机构包括中间定板(2)及其两边的可升降边板(4)，中间定板(2)与可升降边板(4)为活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置，其特征是，所述支座(1)具有使所述可升降边板(4)升降的升降机构(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的牛体高效屠宰分割除毛装置，其特征是，在所述牛体托持机构的上方安装了牛体滑行移动机构，该牛体滑行移动机构包括滑行吊钩组件(6)，该滑行吊钩组件(6)通过滑轮安装在滑槽(7)上。
