实施本发明的方式
本发明的植物病害防治组合物(后文中称为本发明的组合物)包含由式(1)表示的化合物:
(后文中称为本发明的酰胺化合物)和一种或多种选自组(A)的化合物(后文中称为本发明的杀真菌化合物),
组(A): 由苯菌灵和多菌灵组成的组。
本发明的酰胺化合物记载于例如WO 95/27693刊物和WO 02/10101刊物中,因此能够根据其中所记载的方法制备。
本发明的酰胺化合物具有一个不对称碳。在本文中,其中富集了具有R-绝对构型的对映异构体的由式(1)表示的化合物称为具有R-绝对构型的酰胺化合物。
本发明的酰胺化合物包括以下化合物:

本发明中使用的苯菌灵和多菌灵是已知化合物,其例如被分别记载于''The PESTICIDE MANUAL – 第15版 (BCPC公开) ISBN 1901396188''的第85和158页中。这些化合物或者为可商购的,或者能够通过已知方法制备。
本发明组合物中的本发明的酰胺化合物与一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的重量比通常为0.0125/1-500/1(本发明的酰胺化合物/一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物),优选0.025/1-100/1,并更优选0.1/1-10/1。
尽管本发明组合物可以是本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的混合物本身,但本发明组合物通常通过将本发明的酰胺化合物、一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物和惰性载体混合来制备,并且如果需要的话,加入表面活性剂或其他药物添加剂,然后配制成油溶液、可乳化的浓缩物、可流动的制剂、可润湿的粉末、粒状可润湿粉末、粉剂、颗粒等形式。这样的制剂本身可以用作防治植物病害的试剂或加入了其他惰性组分后用作防治植物病害的试剂。
通常,本发明的组合物可以含有0.1-99重量%,优选0.2-90重量%,并更优选1-80重量%的本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物总体。
在制剂中所使用的固体载体的实例包括下列的细粒粉末或颗粒:由矿物质组成的粘土(例如,高岭土粘土、凹凸棒石粘土、膨润土、蒙脱土、酸性粘土、叶腊石、滑石、硅藻土或方解石)、天然有机物质(例如,玉米穗轴粉或胡桃壳粉)、合成的有机物质(例如,尿素)、盐(例如,碳酸钙或硫酸铵)、合成的无机物质(例如,合成的水合二氧化硅)等。液体载体的实例包括芳香族烃(例如,二甲苯、烷基苯或甲基萘)、醇(例如,2-丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇或乙二醇单乙醚)、酮(例如,丙酮、环己酮或异佛尔酮)、植物油(例如,大豆油或棉油)、石油衍生的脂肪族烃、酯、二甲亚砜、乙腈和水。
表面活性剂的实例包括阴离子表面活性剂(例如,烷基硫酸盐、烷基芳基硫酸盐、琥珀酸二烷基酯磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸盐、木质素磺酸盐或萘磺酸盐甲醛缩聚物)、非离子表面活性剂(例如,聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、或脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯)和阳离子表面活性剂(例如,烷基三甲基铵盐)。
其他药物添加剂的实例包括水溶性聚合物(例如,聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)、多糖(例如,阿拉伯胶、藻酸及其盐、CMC(羧甲基纤维素)或黄原胶)、无机物质(例如,硅酸镁铝或氧化铝溶胶)、防腐剂、着色剂和PAP(异丙酸磷酸盐(isopropyl acid phosphate))和稳定剂(例如BHT)。
本发明的组合物还可以如下制备:按照上述方案单独地将本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物配制成不同的制剂,如果需要的话,进一步将其每种用水稀释,然后将单独制成的不同制剂或稀释溶液混合。
本发明的组合物还可以进一步含有一种或多种其他杀真菌剂和/或一种或多种杀虫剂。
通过将本发明组合物施用于植物或用于培育植物的土壤来将其用于防治植物病害。

本发明组合物的示例性实施方案如下:
包含本发明的酰胺化合物和苯菌灵的组合物,其中本发明的酰胺化合物与苯菌灵的重量比为0.0125/1-500/1;
包含本发明的酰胺化合物和苯菌灵的组合物,其中本发明的酰胺化合物与苯菌灵的重量比为0.025/1-100/1;
包含本发明的酰胺化合物和苯菌灵的组合物,其中本发明的酰胺化合物与苯菌灵的重量比为0.1/1-10/1;
包含本发明的酰胺化合物和多菌灵的组合物,其中本发明的酰胺化合物与多菌灵的重量比为0.0125/1-500/1;
包含本发明的酰胺化合物和多菌灵的组合物,其中本发明的酰胺化合物与多菌灵的重量比为0.025/1-100/1;和
包含本发明的酰胺化合物和多菌灵的组合物,其中本发明的酰胺化合物与多菌灵的重量比为0.1/1-10/1。
本发明的用于防治植物病害的方法(后文中称为本发明的防治方法)包括将总体有效量的本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物施用于植物或用于培育植物的土壤。这样的植物包括植物的叶子、植物的种子或植物的球根(bulbs)。本文中的球根意指鳞茎、球茎、根茎、块茎、块根和根托。
在本发明的防治方法中,可以将本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物大致在同一时间单独地施用于植物或用于培育植物的土壤,但由于施用方便而通常以本发明的组合物的形式施用。
在本发明的防治方法中,施用本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的方法的实例包括叶子处理、土壤处理、根部处理和种子处理。
这样的叶子处理包括例如,通过叶子施用或茎部施用将本发明组合物施用于待培育的植物表面的方法。
这样的根部处理包括将植物整体或根部浸泡在包含本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的药用溶液中的方法,和将包含本发明的酰胺化合物、一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物和固体载体的固体制剂附于植物根部的方法。
这样的土壤处理包括土壤撒播、土壤掺入和将药用溶液灌溉到土壤中。
这样的种子处理包括将本发明组合物施用于待预防植物病害的植物的种子或球根,尤其是通过以薄雾形式将本发明组合物的悬浮液喷雾到种子表面或球根表面的喷雾处理,通过将添加了少量水的本发明组合物或本发明组合物本身的可润湿粉末、可乳化浓缩物或可流动制剂涂抹于种子或球根的涂抹处理,将种子浸入本发明组合物的溶液中达给定的时间的浸没处理,涂膜处理和丸粒涂覆处理。
在本发明的防治方法中,本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的每个剂量可以根据待处理的植物类型、作为防治主体的植物病害的种类或发生频率、剂型、处理周期、处理方法、处理部位、气候条件等而变化。在施用于植物叶子或用于培育植物的土壤的情况下,本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的总量通常为1-500 g/1000 m2、优选2-200 g/1000 m2、并更优选10-100 g/1000 m2。在种子的处理中,本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的每个剂量通常为0.001-10 g/1kg种子,并优选0.01-1 g/1kg种子,作为本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的总量。
通常通过用水稀释然后将其铺开来施用可乳化浓缩物、可润湿粉末或可流动制剂等。在这种情况下,通常,本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物的每种浓度包括0.0005-2重量%,并优选0.005-1重量%的本发明的酰胺化合物和一种或多种本发明的杀真菌化合物总体。通常粉剂或颗粒剂等以其本身施用而不稀释它们。
实施例
接下来,在下文中通过包括制剂实施例和测试实施例的以下实施例来更具体描述本发明,但不应该将本发明理解为受其限定。
下文中给出了制剂实施例。应该指出,在制剂实施例中,术语“份”是指“重量份”。
制剂1
将5份本发明的酰胺化合物、5份苯菌灵、35份白炭墨和聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸铵盐的混合物(重量比1:1)和55份水混合,然后根据湿磨法对所得的溶液进行细磨,从而获得可流动制剂。使用多菌灵代替苯菌灵进行相同的上述操作,从而获得可流动制剂。
制剂2
将10份本发明的酰胺化合物、5份苯菌灵和1.5份脱水山梨醇三油酸酯混合进入28份含有2份聚乙烯醇的水溶液中,然后根据湿磨法使所混合的溶液进行细磨。随后,将45.50份含有0.05份黄原胶和0.1份硅酸镁铝的水溶液加入所得物中,再将10份丙二醇加入其中。通过搅拌将所得的混合物混合,从而获得可流动制剂。使用多菌灵代替苯菌灵进行相同的上述操作,从而获得可流动制剂。
制剂3
将10份本发明的酰胺化合物、40份苯菌灵、3份木质素磺酸钙、2份月桂基硫酸钠和45份合成的水合二氧化硅充分压碎并混合,从而获得可润湿粉末。使用多菌灵代替苯菌灵进行相同的上述操作,从而获得可润湿粉末。
下文中给出测试实施例。
测试实施例1-4
采用软木钻孔器将黄瓜真叶穿孔成直径13mm制成叶圆片(leaf disk)。在分配有1ml的0.8%的水琼脂的24孔微孔板中,放置叶圆片从而使叶子的上侧处于向上的方向。向其中加入20μl测试溶液以处理叶圆片,所述测试溶液通过将本发明的酰胺化合物的二甲亚砜溶液和苯菌灵或多菌灵的二甲亚砜溶液混合至预定浓度来制备。
在确定测试药用溶液干燥之后,以约105分生孢子/mL的密度将灰霉病真菌(灰葡萄孢)的分生孢子悬浮于马铃薯葡萄糖肉汤(DIFCO)中,然后进行喷雾接种。在将叶圆片在设置为15℃的生长室中静置4天之后,测量每片叶子的发病面积,然后计算发病面积比率(后文中称为属于处理组的发病面积比率)。
采用20μl水代替20μl测试药用溶液进行同样操作,以计算发病面积比率(后文中称为属于未处理组的发病面积比率)。
通过以下等式从上文的属于处理组的发病面积比率和属于未处理组的发病面积比率计算防护值:
防护值(%) = 100 × (A-B)/A
其中
A: 属于未处理组的发病面积比率
B: 属于处理组的发病面积比率
发病面积比率=(叶圆片的发病面积)/(叶圆片的总面积)

4. 用于防治植物病害的方法,其中该方法包括将总体有效量的式(1)化合物:
和一种或多种选自组(A)的杀真菌化合物施用于植物或用于培育植物的土壤,
组(A): 由苯菌灵和多菌灵组成的组。
5. 根据权利要求4的方法,其中将式(1)化合物和一种或多种杀真菌化合物施用于种子。
6. 根据权利要求4或5的方法,其中由式(1)表示的化合物与一种或多种杀真菌化合物的重量比为0.0125/1-500/1。
7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项的方法,其中由式(1)表示的化合物具有R-绝对构型。
