本发明公开了一种太阳能环保智能屋,其包括房屋本体及太阳能发电系统,房屋本体包括地基、墙体和屋顶部分,太阳能发电系统包括风能发电模组、太阳能发电模组、控制器、蓄电池和逆变器。本发明结构设计巧妙、合理,合理充分利用能源,将太阳发电、风能发电、储能、逆变供电等功能集为一体,满足人们日常所需的电量,不仅达到节能目的,还可节省下需购置其它设备的费用,降低使用成本,利于节能环保,给人们生活带来便利,而且科学优化房屋本体的地基、墙体和屋顶部分的结构及材料布置,总体受力强度大,能满足建筑结构规范设计要求,具有隔热、保温、隔音、防水、防潮、防腐、抗震和抗风等优点,正常使用年限可达至35年以下,利于广泛推广。

[0001] 本发明涉及房屋技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能环保智能屋。
背景技术
[0002] 随着社会的发展,能源消耗越来越多,作为不能再生的煤和石油等能源越来越少,价格越来越高,电力也更趋紧张。
[0003]目前人们居住和办公用的楼房,由于结构上的原因,夏天炎热的阳光照在墙体和楼顶上,将热量传导到室内,为了降温,在其内部必须开空调,冬天外界的温度较低,导致室内温度低,在其内部要暖气取暖来维持。这样不但增加了生活成本,燃烧煤、石油等物质又会对空气造成污染。
[0004] 后来人们建成太阳能节能楼房,就是在屋顶上加装太阳能、风能互补离网发电系统,可以不通过电网直接利用太阳能或风能进行发电、提供室内用电的房屋。同时,房子里加装红外供暖、供热水设备,减少能耗,并采用片化粪池,可将废物利用。是一个非常环保、低碳、节能的房屋。可适合偏远山区和离岛居民改善住房的一大创举。但在阴天下雨无太阳时,只能应用风能发电,电力可能供应不足,只能提供照明等一些小功率的电器使用,而大功率电器就很难保证,给人们生活上带来不便。
发明内容
[0005] 针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于,提供一种结构设计巧妙、合理,能合理充分利用能源,满足人们日常所需的电量,且利于节能环保,给人们生活带来便利的太阳能环保智能屋。
[0006] 为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:一种太阳能环保智能屋,其包括房屋本体及设置在该房屋本体上的太阳能发电系统,所述房屋本体包括按由下至上的顺序依次设置的地基部分、墙体部分和屋顶部分,所述太阳能发电系统包括风能发电模组、太阳能发电模组、控制器、蓄电池和逆变器,所述控制器分别与所述风能发电模组和太阳能发电模组相连接,所述蓄电池分别与所述控制器和逆变器相连接。
[0007] 作为本发明的一种改进,所述地基部分包括按由下至上的顺序依次设置的地基层、混凝土层、砂子层和地砖层。
[0008] 作为本发明的一种改进,所述屋顶部分包括琉璃瓦、彩钢夹芯板、玻璃棉、大波瓦、屋面檀条、人字梁和吊顶层,该吊顶层设置在所述人字梁的底部,所述屋面檀条设置在所述人字梁的顶部,所述大波瓦、玻璃棉、彩钢夹芯板和琉璃瓦按从下至上的顺序依次设置所述人字梁上。
[0009] 作为本发明的一种改进,所述墙体部分内垂直设有若干立柱,该立柱的下端与所述地基层相连接,上端与所述人字梁相连接。

[0023] 实施例,参见图1至图6,本实施例提供的一种太阳能环保智能屋,其包括房屋本体及设置在该房屋本体上的太阳能发电系统,所述房屋本体包括按由下至上的顺序依次设置的地基部分1、墙体部分2和屋顶部分3,所述太阳能发电系统包括风能发电模组、太阳能发电模组、控制器、蓄电池和逆变器,所述控制器分别与所述风能发电模组和太阳能发电模组相连接,所述蓄电池分别与所述控制器和逆变器相连接。

[0032] 在使用时,能通过蓄电池将风能发电模组和太阳能发电模组产生的多余电能储存起来备用,减少不必要的浪费,节能效果明显;同时还可以克服在阴天下雨或突然断电或高峰用电时的困扰,在阴天下雨或断电时或高峰使用电时段,可通过逆变器将蓄电池所储存的电量释放出来,保证正常生活所需,以满足应急所需及避开高峰高电价用电时段,不仅达到节能目的,还可节省下需购置其它设备的费用,降低使用成本,利于节能环保,给人们生活带来便利。

Claims (9)
1.一种太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于,其包括房屋本体及设置在该房屋本体上的太阳能发电系统,所述房屋本体包括按由下至上的顺序依次设置的地基部分、墙体部分和屋顶部分,所述太阳能发电系统包括风能发电模组、太阳能发电模组、控制器、蓄电池和逆变器,所述控制器分别与所述风能发电模组和太阳能发电模组相连接,所述蓄电池分别与所述控制器和逆变器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述地基部分包括按由下至上的顺序依次设置的地基层、混凝土层、砂子层和地砖层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述屋顶部分包括琉璃瓦、彩钢夹芯板、玻璃棉、大波瓦、屋面檀条、人字梁和吊顶层,该吊顶层设置在所述人字梁的底部,所述屋面檀条设置在所述人字梁的顶部,所述大波瓦、玻璃棉、彩钢夹芯板和琉璃瓦按从下至上的顺序依次设置所述人字梁上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述墙体部分内垂直设有若干立柱,该立柱的下端与所述地基层相连接,上端与所述人字梁相连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述墙体部分内水平设有若干与所述立柱相连接的连架。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述墙体部分包括按由外至内的顺序依次设置的挂板层、彩钢夹芯板、玻璃板、彩钢夹芯板和墙纸。
7.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述墙体部分上至少设有一用于将房屋本体分层的承重墙。
8.根据权利要求7所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述承重墙包括由一字梁焊接而成的框架、屋面檀条、楼层板、混凝土层和地板层,所述屋面檀条的一端连接在所述框架一侧,另一端连接在该框架相对的另一侧,所述楼层板、混凝土层和地板层按从下至上的顺序依次设置所述框架上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能环保智能屋,其特征在于:所述地板层采用木材制成。
