本发明涉及一种复合燃料,属于燃料类,特别适于与复合燃料专用炉具配套使用。
罐装液化石油气的出现虽然给居民生活带来极大的方便,摆脱了劈柴、打煤坯等繁重的家务劳动,比烧煤有很大优越性,但是由于罐装并且有一定压力,不仅给运输、储存带来不便、同时居民用完后不能自己充气需到煤气站去换罐;另外燃烧不净有残液,尤其冬季气温低,罐内剩余残液更多,又不能随意倒掉污染环境,有的用热水烫罐,更有甚者用火烤罐造成罐爆破现象时有发生,威胁着人民的生命财产安全。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在常温常压下为液态,用普通容器盛装与专用炉具配套使用,并可随时添加、原材料广泛、制备工艺简单、燃烧热值高、火焰稳定、燃烧充分、无残液、安全可靠的复合燃料。
本发明的复合燃料的组分和含量(重量%)如下:
甲醇                    70%
轻质油                  15%
抽余油                  10%
无水乙醇                 2%
高锰酸钾                 1%
异丁醇                   1%
过氧化锌                 1%。
本发明与现有技术相比,由于合理选用了助溶、降凝、氧化、助燃等助剂,所以有制备工艺简单、溶液稳定不分层、点燃容易燃烧热值达8000—8500大卡/kg、火焰稳定、燃料利用率高、无残液、用普通容器盛装利于运输储存、燃料随时添加无需换罐、安全可靠等优点,同时实施容易,利于推广应用。
通过实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:按配方中的各组分、比例,称取主料甲醇70公斤注入反应釜中,然后顺次加入助溶剂无水乙醇2公斤、异丁醇1公斤、氧化剂高锰酸钾1公斤、助燃剂轻质油15公斤、抽余油10公斤、过氧化锌1公斤、搅拌均匀、过滤过除杂质、即为成品。
