技术领域
本发明涉及具有多层安全标记的防伪文件。防伪文件可以是如支票、股票、钞票、印花税票(excise stamp)和联邦特种邮票(special federal stamp)等有价证券和如护照和身份证等身份识别文件。
背景技术
为了使诈骗和伪造更为复杂,受保护文件通常设置有安全标记,如水印、全息图、衍射/折射纳米图案(nanogram)、荧光标志和安全线等。
然而,很多常规标记都具有以下问题,即它们能够进行复制或容易进行仿造,和/或它们很难由非专业人员在没有技术设备的情况下进行鉴别。本发明的目的是提供能够产生不寻常光学效果的安全标记,该安全标记无需任何特殊设备即明显可见。
常规安全单元基于微透镜光栅结构。在使两个以上微光栅结构叠加形成的此类安全单元光学图像中,一个以上微光栅结构包括微透镜栅格,而其他微光栅结构为具有与微透镜栅格相同的空间周期的光栅结构;栅格节点包括由印刷方法或精细冲压方法生成的重复性微图像。在这些情况下,使用了莫阿效应。该效应有几种类型,如“莫阿放大”效应,即所观察到的视差正交或共线(平行)偏移使光学图像放大。这种类型的莫阿效应是在光栅栅格节点处具有球形或拟球形透镜的微光栅结构的常见效果。
2005年8月18日公布的US 2005/0180020A1公开了聚合物薄膜形式的微光系统,当裸眼观察反射或透射光时,该系统投射出一个以上显示不同视觉效果的图像,例如:正交视差移动;看似位于比聚合物膜厚更深的空间平面上;看似位于聚合物膜表面之上的空间平面上;当薄膜发生方位旋转时,在比聚合物膜厚更深的空间平面和膜表面之上的空间平面之间振荡;从一种形式、形状、尺寸、颜色(或这些特性的组合)转换为另一不同形式、形状、尺寸、颜色;看似具有逼真的三维特性。这些安全单元中的薄膜因为其复杂的多层结构和其较高的长径比单元而具有高防伪性。
使用微透镜结构的另一种选择能够产生立体-可变(stereo-vario)效果。这样的效果可使用线性(透镜的)柱体微光栅透镜结构获得。这种情况下,印刷或压花图像以距透镜光栅平面约三倍焦距的距离形成,并且不代表微图像的栅格,不过在前述情况下,印刷或压花图像通过若干特别对齐的印刷或压花图像(常见但不是微光栅栅格图像)形成。各个图像划分成宽度约为透镜光栅周期的条带,且使这些图像对齐(按照条带的预定对称变化的规则与每一其他条带对齐)以形成整体图像。当通过柱状透镜光栅在不同角度下观察如此复杂的印刷图像时,可见不同的图像;可由此产生可变或立体效果,包括所见图像移动的效果。该系统将不显示光学莫阿放大。
微透镜结构的一个主要缺陷是它们放置在安全单元的外表面上(它们不能被保护层覆盖,否则将失去所需光学效果)。这一事实首先造成光栅快速且不可控地磨损(磨耗),并且其次可能在光栅表面上出现液体、油脂等的透明层。因此,观察到的变化图像的品质可能明显受损,或者可能根本不呈现图像。
现有通过在安全单元表面上或本体中形成衍射/折射浮凸结构的系统来产生浮动图像的方法(RU 2111550C1,1998年5月20日)。在安全单元表面上的透明层或安全单元本体中形成处于切口(槽)系统形式且构造和形状通过特殊程序计算出的浮凸结构。这些系统形成平面菲涅尔透镜的复杂组合体,其可形成“浮动”在安全单元表面上方或下方的可变图像。图像在透射和反射光中均可观察到。然而这些结构在小尺寸安全单元中存在所见图的亮度和对比度较低的不足。
现有使用全息方法产生随安全单元的观察方向和发光变化而可见变化图像的安全单元(RU 2345900C2,2009年2月10日)。在这些单元中使用不同的光基准频率(栅格)在安全单元的表面上或本体内形成若干全息图像。然而,在使用小尺寸的安全单元(其是常见的特殊印刷产品,例如证券、钞票的安全线,印花税票和特种邮票等)时,所见图的对比度和亮度劣化,且图像的移动变得模糊不清楚。由于图像因栅格的高空间频率和其上入射的非单色光衍射所致的“彩虹”性质,使得观察图像变得麻烦。需要特殊的测量法来增加所见图的对比度、亮度和锐度,从而能够更可靠地感知图像变化(移动)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过提供新的光学效果加强产品的安全性,所述光学效果使得防伪(受保护)产品更容易鉴别,并基于随视角变化来观察图像的相对移动。
本发明的目的通过下述一组发明实现,具体而言是一种多层安全单元,所述安全单元包含具有光变(optically variable)结构的柔性载体层,所述光变结构包含两组以上随视角变化而移动和/或变化的重复图像,其中,将所述光变结构形成为在视角变化时,不同组图像相对于彼此移动。
另外,在多层安全单元中,属于不同组的图像平行于视角变化的平面移动,以使得图像变得靠近或远离观察者;属于不同组的图像垂直于视角变化的平面移动,以使得图像移动到观察者的左侧或右侧;属于不同组的图像相对于视角变化的平面在不同轴线方向上移动,或属于不同组的图像的移动与图像几何参数的平滑变化结合,所述几何参数例如相对安全单元纵轴的倾斜角或其线性尺寸。
可以将多层安全单元制为条带、局部薄膜单元、安全线或薄层涂覆结构的形式。
光变性可通过将微透镜光栅结构、衍射/折射结构或全息结构嵌入光学单元中提供。

实施例2
