本发明涉及滑轮的技术领域，尤其是一种滑轮套件。
背景技术
滑轮套件具有滑轮轴和滑动套设在滑轮轴上的滑轮，滑轮相对于滑轮轴转动会产生很大的摩擦，长期使用会缩短一种滑轮套件的使用寿命。滑轮套件的自润性较差，为了减小滑轮与滑轮轴之间的摩擦，常常需要加润滑油；同时滑轮套件的耐腐性能也较差，这也会影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为了解决上述背景中提出的缺点和不足，本发明提供一种滑轮套件，由于滑轮轴与滑轮相接触处的滑轮内表面和滑轮轴外表面上均喷涂有陶瓷层，故使得滑轮套件的耐磨性、耐腐性和自润性提高，使用寿命也大大延长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种滑轮套件，具有滑轮轴和滑动套设在滑轮轴上的滑轮，滑轮轴与滑轮相接触处的滑轮内表面和滑轮轴外表面上均喷涂有陶瓷层。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的一种滑轮套件的滑轮轴与滑轮相接触处的滑轮内表面和滑轮轴外表面上均喷涂有陶瓷层，使得滑轮套件具备较强的耐磨性、耐腐性和自润性，使用寿命大大延长。

其中整个滑轮轴1的外表面也可以都喷涂有陶瓷层3。
