本发明涉及一种治疗气淋的中药制剂，各中药原料的重量组成为：石韦4份、王不留行2份、泽兰3份、益母草3份、川牛膝3份、蒲公英2份、丹参3份、玄参2份、茯苓3份和郁金2份。具有舒理气机、活血通淋的功效。具有见效快、治愈率高、安全方便、无毒副作用等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗气淋的中药制剂，属中医中药技术领域。
背景技术
气淋是中医学中淋症的一个证型。本病的主要病因是肾虚、气化不利、下焦湿热；膀胱湿热壅盛为继发病因；感受外邪、劳伤过度、内伤七情及过食膏粱厚味内生湿热为诱发病因。临床多表现小便涩滞、淋漓不畅，少腹满胀、甚则腹痛难忍、时作时止，腰膝酸软等。主要病机为：肝失疏泄、膀胱气化不利所致。临床中通过辨证采取舒理气机、活血通淋为治疗大法，取得了较好的治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗气淋的中药制剂，具有见效快、疗程短、治愈率高、安全方便等优点。
本发明所述的治疗气淋的中药制剂，各中药原料的重量组成为：石韦4份、王不留行2份、泽兰3份、益母草3份、川牛膝3份、蒲公英2份、丹参3份、玄参2份、茯苓3份和郁金2份。
制备方法：按上述重量称取原料，加水浸泡1小时后置多功能罐中，加水煎煮二次，第一次加总药材10倍量的水，煎煮2小时，取煎液。第二次加总药材7倍量的水煎煮1小时，取煎液。将两次煎液混合、过滤，热封袋中，每袋200ml，100℃高温灭菌。
本发明中的药物机理如下：
石韦：利水通淋、清肺止咳。本品苦寒入血分，既能凉血止血又能清热利尿而通淋。
王不留行：活血通经、下乳、消痈、利尿通淋。《本草纲目》“利小便，王不留行走血分，乃阴养冲任之药。”
泽兰：活血祛瘀、利尿消肿。
益母草：活血调经、利水消肿、清热解毒。
川牛膝：活血通络、补肝肾、强筋骨、利水通淋、引火下行。
蒲公英：清热解毒、消痈散结、利湿通淋。
丹参：活血调经、凉血消痈、安神。
玄参：清热凉血、滋阴解毒。
茯苓：利水渗湿、健脾安神。
郁金：活血行气止痛、解郁清心、利胆退黄、凉血。
以上诸药的功效及主治均参考于中医学院本科教材第六版《中药学》，上海科技出版社。
以下为临床试验总结：临床试验治疗气淋患者200例。
气淋的症状是：小便涩滞、淋漓不畅、少腹满闷、甚则难忍、时作时止、腰膝酸软等。
治疗方案：服用本发明汤剂，一次一袋，日服二次，40天为一疗程。
治疗标准：
痊愈：症状全部消失，全身无阳性体征可查。
好转：主要症状如：小便涩滞明显好转，劳累后偶感小便涩滞及淋漓不畅。
无效：症状改善不显著。
治疗结果：患者经过一个疗程治疗后，痊愈148例，占74％，好转40例，占20％，无效12例，占6％，总有效率94％。通过治疗所示，对病人无任何副作用，三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。
本发明药物临床使用表明有如下优点：
(1)本发明所选用的中草药均符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定，根据配伍本发明具有舒肝理气、活血通淋的功效。
(2)本发明辨证准确、配伍合理、选药精良、无毒无害，疗程短、治愈率高、安全方便。
具体实施方式：
实施例：石韦4份、王不留行2份、泽兰3份、益母草3份、川牛膝3份、蒲公英2份、丹参3份、玄参2份、茯苓3份、郁金2份。
