技术领域
本发明涉及一种打印机用防伪碳粉,属于颜料领域。
背景技术
打印机用防伪颜料包括紫外荧光变色、日光激发变色、红外防伪、光致变色、热敏防伪、压敏防伪碳粉等,其中,利用紫外线激发防伪碳粉打印的文字,在紫外线照射下显有鲜艳的荧光,是针对产品防伪、重要文件防伪等需要,对隐形防伪标记、文字、图像等内容进行喷墨打印用的颜料。用隐形防伪墨盒所打印的防伪图文内容,在普通光线下显示为不可见;只有在特定的紫外光环境下,所打印的防伪内容才清晰可见。
打印机用防伪碳粉紫外荧光碳粉,分为有色荧光油墨与无色荧光油墨两种,有色荧光油墨印刷的图文肉眼可见,无色荧光油墨则不可见,但二者均需在紫外线照射下方能显出荧光。一般紫外荧光油墨荧光粉、通常由溶剂、着色剂、表面活性剂,pH调节剂、催干剂及其它必要添加剂等成分组成。然而,目前所使用的荧光防伪碳粉多为有机颜料,其固色时间较短,不利于需长期存放的加密文件的使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种打印机用防伪碳粉,该防伪碳粉采用无机物为荧光物质,在紫外光线下发出荧光,且性质稳定,长期存放仍能稳定发挥功效。
一种打印机用防伪碳粉,含有荧光化合物Y2O3:Eu,Er。
本发明所述打印机用防伪碳粉优选所述荧光化合物Y2O3:Eu,Er为EuxEr0.14-xY1.86O3,x=0~0.14。
本发明所述打印机用防伪碳粉进一步优选所述荧光化合物Y2O3:Eu,Er为EuxEr0.4-xY1.86O3,x=0.06~0.14。
本发明所述打印机用防伪碳粉更进一步优选所述荧光化合物Y2O3:Eu,Er为EuxEr0.4-xY1.86O3,x=0.06~0.1。
本发明所述打印机用防伪碳粉优选所述荧光化合物的含量占碳粉总质量的0.5%~5%。
本发明所述打印机用防伪碳粉进一步优选所述荧光化合物的含量占碳粉总质量的2%~5%。
本发明所述打印机用防伪碳粉优选所述碳粉,按质量百分比,由下述组分组成:

本发明所述荧光化合物Y2O3:Eu,Er优选按下述方法制备:
①将Y2O3、Eu2O3、Er2O3按目标产物混合,溶于浓硝酸,并加入硫酸铵,加入量为Y2O3、Eu2O3、Er2O3总量的1%~2%,按摩尔计;
②将步骤①所得溶液置于冰浴中,搅拌下加入氨水,直至pH为7.5~8.5,并继续搅拌2h~12h后过滤,得凝胶;
③将步骤②所得凝胶干燥后,过筛得粉体;
④将步骤③所得粉体于1600℃~1750℃保温24h~36h。
本发明所述打印机用防伪碳粉优选按下述方法制备:
I.将除二氧化硅的原料于混炼装置中混合均匀后转移至挤塑装置中,于120℃~180℃下进行挤塑;
II.将步骤I所得碎块粗粉碎至平均粒径50μm以下,随后进一步粉碎为平均粒径5μm以下;
III.将步骤II所得颗粒与二氧化硅混合,使其流动性至少为20%后,粉碎过200目筛。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种打印机用防伪碳粉,一种打印机用防伪碳粉,含有荧光化合物Y2O3:Eu,Er。该防伪碳粉采用无机物为荧光物质,在紫外光线下发出荧光,且性质稳定,长期存放仍能稳定发挥功效。

实施例1
I.将除二氧化硅的原料于混炼装置中混合均匀后转移至挤塑装置中,于140℃下进行挤塑;
所述碳粉,按质量百分比,由下述组分组成:
II.将步骤I所得碎块粗粉碎至平均粒径20μm,随后进一步粉碎为平均粒径2μm;
III.将步骤II所得颗粒与二氧化硅混合,使其流动性为20%后,粉碎过200目筛。
本发明所述荧光化合物Y2O3:Eu,Er优选按下述方法制备:
①将Y2O3、Eu2O3、Er2O3按Eu0.1Er0.04Y1.86O3混合,溶于浓硝酸,并加入硫酸铵,加入量为Y2O3、Eu2O3、Er2O3总量的1%,按摩尔计;
②将步骤①所得溶液置于冰浴中,搅拌下加入氨水,直至pH为8.3,并继续搅拌4h后过滤,得凝胶;
③将步骤②所得凝胶干燥后,过200目筛得粉体;
④将步骤③所得粉体于1650℃保温30h。
