Abstract

一种LED路灯,包括壳体,还包括多个设置在壳体内、可调角度、独立供电的LED路灯单元,每个LED路灯单元包括驱动电源、散热片、贴在散热片上的基板、设置在基板上的PCB板、设置在PCB板上的LED灯珠和透明灯罩,LED路灯单元的转轴设置在壳体上并通过连接片与散热片相连。本发明改变了传统LED集中布置的方式,通过设置多个可调角度、独立供电的LED路灯单元,可组合路灯功率满足不同亮度的光照,还可调整光线角度、满足不同光照区域的配光要求;每个LED路灯单元都包括独立的散热片,提高了散热效果,保证了灯长久的正常工作。

本发明涉及一种LED路灯。
背景技术
常见的LED路灯的结构是:在基板的正面设置LED灯、背面设置散热片,前部罩有透明罩,后部设置有壳体。虽然单颗LED工作时产生的热量非常少,但大量的LED集中工作时仍会产生一定的热量。LED的工作温度一般应小于50℃。有资料显示,当LED的工作温度达到55℃时,其寿命就要减少一半。目前的LED路灯的散热体系很不完善,已成为其推广应用过程中的绊脚石,对于中高功率LED路灯此种情况更为严重。由于路灯长期处于室外环境,结构上要求防水、防尘、防昆虫,其灯罩必须是一个封闭的腔体。LED路灯的LED同样要在封闭的环境内工作,这就意味着,其无法通过空气对流直接向外界散热,只能通过灯罩向外散热。传统LED路灯还存在的问题是:配光角度固定,投射在路面的光斑难以达到相关的光斑标准,更无法根据不同的路况作出不同的调整。
发明内容
    本发明解决的技术问题是,提供了一种LED路灯,散热好,可调光线亮度和角度。
    本发明采用的技术方案为:
    一种LED路灯,包括壳体,还包括多个设置在壳体内、可调角度、独立供电的LED路灯单元,每个LED路灯单元包括驱动电源、散热片、贴在散热片上的基板、设置在基板上的PCB板、设置在PCB板上的LED灯珠和透明灯罩,LED路灯单元的转轴设置在壳体上并通过连接片与散热片相连。
    本发明的有益效果为:
    本发明改变了传统LED集中布置的方式,通过设置多个可调角度、独立供电的LED路灯单元,可组合路灯功率满足不同亮度的光照,还可调整光线角度、满足不同光照区域的配光要求;每个LED路灯单元都包括独立的散热片,提高了散热效果,保证了灯长久的正常工作。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例:
如附图所示,一种LED路灯,包括壳体10,还包括多个设置在壳体内、可调角度、独立供电的LED路灯单元30,每个LED路灯单元包括驱动电源、散热片20、贴在散热片上的基板50、设置在基板50上的PCB板41、设置在PCB板41上的LED灯珠40和透明灯罩31,LED路灯单元的转轴61设置在壳体上并通过连接片60与散热片20相连。透明灯罩31可采用塑料制成,每个LED路灯单元可单独引出直接与电网连接的电源线,散热片20如手掌状突出成多片可很好保证散热。
在工作过程中,LED路灯单元可能因热胀冷缩而导致灯罩破裂,在上述的LED路灯单元30上也可设置有使LED路灯单元30的内腔与外界互通的呼吸孔64,如图2所示,呼吸孔64上通过插接的导管63引出灯外,可以排出LED路灯单元30内部的水汽,预防电器及机械故障。

1.一种LED路灯,包括壳体,其特征是,还包括多个设置在壳体内、可调角度、独立供电的LED路灯单元,每个LED路灯单元包括驱动电源、散热片、贴在散热片上的基板、设置在基板上的PCB板、设置在PCB板上的LED灯珠和透明灯罩,LED路灯单元的转轴设置在壳体上并通过连接片与散热片相连。
