Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板,其特征在于:包括由硬质易折叠材料折叠而成的引导板结构及纸袋支承板结构,引导板结构铰接在纸袋支承板结构的端部,收纳时,引导板结构与纸袋支承板结构紧密贴合后折叠成平板状,使用时,纸袋支承板结构及引导板结构均折叠成槽状,纸袋支承板结构插入纸袋内,由槽状的纸袋支承板结构与纸袋共同形成垃圾容纳空间,引导板结构向远离纸袋支承板结构的方向翻转到位后,垃圾沿着引导板结构进入垃圾容纳空间内,卧放时可以当簸箕,用扫帚把碎物扫入纸袋内。本发明可以重复使用,整个结构紧凑,使用方便,比常用的垃圾箱重量轻,携带方便,不用时可折叠,占用空间少,制造成本低,易被大众采用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于环保纸袋循环使用收纳板。
背景技术
当前世界,人们生活在因自身制造的塑料垃圾环境中,而这些塑料垃圾又是难以在自然环境中分解的,要消除这种环境污染,人类就需使用可降解的材料,来代替人们使用最广的塑料袋,纸质袋是最为理想的替代品,但是,纸袋也存在使用不便,如袋口容易撕破,纸袋不易摆放,不易充分撑开利用纸袋容积,遇到有棱角的物质投入容易戳破纸袋等,使纸袋的使用受到了限制。
专利号为US D513352S的美国外观专利公开了一种硬质槽体,将该硬质槽体插入纸袋内后对纸袋形成支撑,从而可以部分地解决上述问题。当时该槽体存在以下问题:1、硬质槽体在不使用时,因为引导板不是翻转,会占用一定空间,不便收纳;2、收纳板的切口大于是2/3,因此收纳板容易腰折,不便携带或存放;3、成形后整体不稳,插入纸袋时操作不方便,4、它卧放充当簸箕时,由于是折纸,引导板不能转动,使扫帚不能容易地把东西扫入低箱内。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种收纳方便,成本较低且使得纸袋能够得到充分利用的装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板,其特征在于:包括由硬质易折叠材料折叠而成的引导板结构及纸袋支承板结构,引导板结构铰接在纸袋支承板结构的端部,收纳时,引导板结构与纸袋支承板结构紧密贴合后折叠成平板状,使用时,纸袋支承板结构及引导板结构均折叠成槽状,纸袋支承板结构插入纸袋内,由槽状的纸袋支承板结构与纸袋共同形成垃圾容纳空间,垃圾沿着引导板结构进入垃圾容纳空间内。
优选地,所述引导板结构包括引导板,在引导板的中部形成有平行的第一折痕线及第二折痕线,收纳时,引导板的左、右两部分分别沿第一折痕线及第二折痕线向内翻折使得引导板呈平板状,使用时,引导板的左、右两部分分别沿第一折痕线及第二折痕线向外翻折使得引导板呈槽状。
优选地,所述纸袋支承板结构包括纸袋支承板,在纸袋支承板的中部形成有平行的第三折痕线及第四折痕线,第三折痕线与第四折痕线之间的距离比第一折痕线与第二折痕线之间的距离窄,收纳时,纸袋支承板的左、右两部分分别沿第三折痕线及第四折痕线向内翻折使得纸袋支承板呈平板状,使用时,纸袋支承板的左、右两部分分别沿第三折痕线及第四折痕线向外翻折使得纸袋支承板呈槽状。
优选地,在所述引导板的左、右两部分的端部分别设有一个第一销孔,在所述纸袋支承板的左、右两部分上设有第二销孔,销轴穿过第一销孔及第二销孔后将引导板结构与纸袋支承板结构铰接,销轴通过销盖固定。
优选地,所述引导板的一侧边缘位于所述第一折痕线与所述第二折痕线之间的部分向外延伸形成延伸部,该延伸部通过第五折痕线翻折,所述引导板结构翻转时通过翻折的延伸部让开纸袋支承板结构,使引导板结构顺利转到位,纸袋支承板结构的两侧槽壁分别卡入同侧的由延伸部侧边缘及引导板左部分边缘或右部分边缘共同形成的角部内,延伸部向外翻折对经由引导板结构自动滑落的垃圾形成缓冲。
优选地,在所述引导板的左、右两部分上分别设有至少两个手指插入孔。
优选地,所述硬质材料为硬纸板或瓦楞纸。
本发明包括引导板结构及纸袋支承板结构,两者之间通过轴销、轴盖联接,然后旋转,形成一个矩形,然后插入纸袋,站立放就可形成收纳箱或垃圾箱,横卧放,就形成了一个簸箕,当纸袋被装满了,就可以用手指穿入纸袋支承板上的四个小孔,把收纳板从纸袋中抽出,收纳板可以重复使用,整个结构紧凑,使用方便,比常用的垃圾箱重量轻,携带方便,不用时可折叠,占用空间少,制造成本低,易被大众采用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
如图1所述,本发明提供的一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板,包括由硬质易折叠材料折叠而成的引导板结构1及纸袋支承板结构2。硬质材料可以选用硬纸板或瓦楞纸。引导板结构1及纸袋支承板结构2分别包括引导板及纸袋支承板,在引导板的中部形成有平行的第一折痕线9及第二折痕线10,在纸袋支承板的对应位置处也形成有略窄的第三折痕线11及第四折痕线12。引导板的一侧边缘位于所述第一折痕线9与所述第二折痕线10之间的部分向外延伸形成延伸部,该延伸部可以通过第五折痕线8进行翻折。在引导板的左、右两部分的端部分别设有一个第一销孔5,在纸袋支承板的左、右两部分的相应位置处分别设有一个第二销孔6。在纸袋支承板的左、右两部分位于第二销孔6下方的部分上分别设有两个手指插入孔7。
结合图2至图4,使用时,引导板的左、右两部分分别沿第一折痕线9及第二折痕线10向外翻折使得引导板呈槽状,而纸袋支承板的左、右两部分分别沿第三折痕线11及第四折痕线12向外翻折使得纸袋支承板呈槽状。销轴3穿过第一销孔5及第二销孔6后将引导板结构1与纸袋支承板结构2铰接,销轴3通过销盖4固定。引导板结构1向远离纸袋支承板结构2的方向翻转,引导板结构1翻转时通过翻折的延伸部让开纸袋支承板结构2,使引导板结构1顺利转到位,翻转到位后,使得纸袋支承板结构2处于稳定状态,纸袋支承板结构2的两侧槽壁分别卡入同侧的由延伸部侧边缘及引导板左部分边缘或右部分边缘共同形成的角部内,延伸部向外翻折对经由引导板结构1自动滑落的垃圾形成缓冲。
如图5所示,本发明提供的一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板可以竖直插入纸袋13内,从而形成一个立式的收纳箱,还可以如图6所示水平插入纸袋13内从而形成一个卧式的收纳箱,方便扫帚把碎物扫入收纳箱。
结合图7A至图7C,收纳时,先将引导板结构1向内翻转,使得引导板结构1与纸袋支承板结构2紧密贴合,然后再将纸袋支承板及引导板沿着相应的折痕线向内折叠,最终呈平板状,放便携带、收藏、运输。

Claims (4)

1.一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板,其特征在于:包括由硬质易折叠材料折叠而成的引导板结构(1)及纸袋支承板结构(2),引导板结构(1)铰接在纸袋支承板结构(2)的端部,收纳时,引导板结构(1)与纸袋支承板结构(2)紧密贴合后折叠成平板状,使用时,纸袋支承板结构(2)及引导板结构(1)均折叠成槽状,纸袋支承板结构(2)插入纸袋(13)内,由槽状的纸袋支承板结构(2)与纸袋(13)共同形成垃圾容纳空间,垃圾沿着引导板结构(1)进入垃圾容纳空间内;所述引导板结构(1)包括引导板,在引导板的中部形成有平行的第一折痕线(9)及第二折痕线(10),收纳时,引导板的左、右两部分分别沿第一折痕线(9)及第二折痕线(10)向内翻折使得引导板呈平板状,使用时,引导板的左、右两部分分别沿第一折痕线(9)及第二折痕线(10)向外翻折使得引导板呈槽状;所述纸袋支承板结构(2)包括纸袋支承板,在纸袋支承板的中部形成有平行的第三折痕线(11)及第四折痕线(12),第三折痕线(11)与第四折痕线(12)之间的距离比第一折痕线(9)与第二折痕线(10)之间的距离窄,收纳时,纸袋支承板的左、右两部分分别沿第三折痕线(11)及第四折痕线(12)向内翻折使得纸袋支承板呈平板状,使用时,纸袋支承板的左、右两部分分别沿第三折痕线(11)及第四折痕线(12)向外翻折使得纸袋支承板呈槽状。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板,其特征在于:在所述引导板的左、右两部分的端部分别设有一个第一销孔(5),在所述纸袋支承板的左、右两部分上设有第二销孔(6),销轴(3)穿过第一销孔(5)及第二销孔(6)后将引导板结构(1)与纸袋支承板结构(2)铰接,销轴(3)通过销盖(4)固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板,其特征在于:所述引导板的一侧边缘位于所述第一折痕线(9)与所述第二折痕线(10)之间的部分向外延伸形成延伸部,该延伸部通过第五折痕线(8)翻折,所述引导板结构(1)翻转时通过翻折的延伸部让开纸袋支承板结构(2),使引导板结构(1)顺利转到位,纸袋支承板结构(2)的两侧槽壁分别卡入同侧的由延伸部侧边缘及引导板左部分边缘或右部分边缘共同形成的角部内,延伸部向外翻折对经由引导板结构(1)自动滑落的垃圾形成缓冲。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保纸袋循环使用收纳板,其特征在于:在所述引导板的左、右两部分上分别设有至少两个手指插入孔(7)。
