技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗鱼病的药物,具体的是一种治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂。
背景技术
鲫鱼竖鳞病为水型点状极毛杆菌所引起。患竖鳞病的鱼体表粗糙、部分鳞片向外张开像松球,鳞的基部水肿,其内部积聚半透明式血样渗出液,以致鳞片竖起,用力稍压鳞片,有水状液从鳞片基部喷射出来,随之鳞片脱落。病鱼常伴有鳍基皮肤轻微出血、眼球突出、腹部膨胀等病。随病情发展、病鱼出现呼吸困难、身体失去平衡、游动迟缓、无力,持续2天~3天死亡。
鲫鱼竖鳞病一般发生在20℃以下低水温季节,以早春、晚冬最为流行。全国各地均有发生。是鲫鱼养殖中的常见病,密养的越冬池,春季塘水清瘦或处于饥饿状的鲫鱼最易患竖鳞病。
鲫鱼竖鳞病一般用呋喃西林或呋喃唑酮,红霉素,链霉素或卡那霉素,这些药物使用后或多或少会在鱼体内产生残留,对于高标准鱼类的养殖不适用使用。因此,急需一种无毒无害无残留的药物替代品来治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂,包括如下成分:大黄3-5份、百部4-8份、飞龙掌血1-3份、石蒜2-3份、射干3-5份、苏木5-9份、淡竹叶1-6份。
进一步的,所述的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂,采用如下方式制作:取上述重量份的药材,洗净粉碎,加水1000份,微火煮沸1小时,过滤后取滤液。
本发明的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂无毒无害残留,在治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病方面效果好,治愈后复发率低。
具体实施方式
本发明的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂包括如下成分:大黄、百部、飞龙掌血、石蒜、射干、苏木、淡竹叶。
实施例一
本发明的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂用如下方式制备:
取大黄5份、百部7份、飞龙掌血2份、石蒜3份、射干3份、苏木7份、淡竹叶6份,洗净粉碎,加水1000份,微火煮沸1小时,过滤后取滤液。
使用时取滤液50mL,加水50L,将病鱼放入上述水中水浴1小时,每天一次,持续三天。
实施例二
本发明的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂用如下方式制备:
取大黄4份、百部8份、飞龙掌血1份、石蒜2份、射干5份、苏木9份、淡竹叶3份,洗净粉碎,加水1000份,微火煮沸1小时,过滤后取滤液。
使用时取滤液50mL,加水50L,将病鱼放入上述水中水浴1小时,每天一次,持续三天。
实施例三
本发明的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂用如下方式制备:
取大黄3份、百部4份、飞龙掌血3份、石蒜2份、射干5份、苏木5份、淡竹叶1份,洗净粉碎,加水1000份,微火煮沸1小时,过滤后取滤液。
使用时取滤液50mL,加水50L,将病鱼放入上述水中水浴1小时,每天一次,持续三天。
试验表明,采用上述三种实施例的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病有效率分别可达98.2%、97.3%和98.4%。

大黄3-5份、百部4-8份、飞龙掌血1-3份、石蒜2-3份、射干3-5份、苏木5-9份、淡竹叶1-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗鲫鱼竖鳞病的中草药复合制剂,其特征在于:采用如下方式制作:取上述重量份的药材,洗净粉碎,加水1000份,微火煮沸1小时,过滤后取滤液。
