技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业机械，特别是一种小麦播种机的改进。
背景技术
小麦播种机的后部设有多个压辊用于平整、压实播种后的土层。当播种机作业的田地湿度比较大或泥土粘性比较大时，压辊的表面常常沾满泥土，不仅影响压土的质量，有时还需要人工清除压辊上面的泥土，影响作业效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，本发明提供了一种可及时除掉压辊表面泥土的小麦播种机压辊除泥装置，利用其不仅能提高压土质量，而且节省人工，能大大提高作业效率。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的：一种小麦播种机压辊除泥装置，包括机架和设在机架后部的多个压辊，其特殊之处是，在所述压辊的上方设有与所述机架固定连接的支架，在所述支架上对应于所述压辊分别设有刮板，所述刮板与所述压辊的外表面接触。
播种机作业时，随着压辊的转动，设在压辊上方的刮板随即将粘附在压辊表面的泥土刮下来，使压辊表面始终保持比较干净。
为了能将压辊表面的泥土尽可能刮除干净，所述刮板与压辊表面接触的一端呈月牙儿形状。
本发明结构简单、实用，不仅能提高压辊的压土质量，而且可以节省人工，能大大提高播种机的作业效率。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图对本发明进一步的说明：
如附图所示，一种小麦播种机压辊除泥装置，包括机架4和设在机架4后部的多个压辊3。在所述压辊3的上方设有支架1，支架1通过连接支板5与所述机架4固定连接，在所述支架1上对应于所述压辊3分别设有刮板2，所述刮板2与所述压辊3的外表面接触。
为了能将压辊表面的泥土尽可能刮除干净，所述刮板2与压辊3表面接触的一端呈月牙儿形状。
播种机作业时，随着压辊3的转动，设在压辊3上方的刮板2随即将粘附在压辊表面的泥土刮下来，使压辊表面始终保持比较干净。
本发明结构简单、实用，能大大提高压辊的压土质量和播种机的作业效率。

1.一种小麦播种机压辊除泥装置，包括机架(4)和设在机架(4)后部的多个压辊(3)，其特征是：在所述压辊(3)的上方设有与所述机架(4)固定连接的支架(1)，在所述支架(1)上对应于所述压辊(3)分别设有刮板(2)，所述刮板(2)与所述压辊(3)的外表面接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小麦播种机压辊除泥装置，其特征是：所述刮板(2)与压辊(3)表面接触的一端呈月牙儿形状。
