Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的计量配料器。
背景技术
从现有技术中已知一些计量配料器,在其中两种组分的混合比例可以无级调节。这种计量配料器例如可用作护唇产品配料器,将具有不同色调的两种组分混合,使得颜色可以在很宽的范围内无级调节。用于这些产品的计量配料器的尺寸非常小,因此这些产品要求所有组件,尤其是泵单元具有非常紧凑的结构。这些产品的剂量与现有技术相比也是非常少的。此外,这些产品是高粘性的,因此需要一个泵,其具有较小的死点容积和相对于计量容积较宽开口的阀。为了在这些要求下达到精确的计量,必须另外将阀精确及自动地关闭,以避免产品回流。此外,必须通过使用更少的单个零件实现成本经济的生产和方便的安装。
在WO00/09270中,尤其在图3中,计量配料器具有两个泵单元,为它们分别配设一个可更换的料筒,在料筒中例如分别包含具有强度不同的防晒因子的防晒霜。这也同样适用于WO03/092905所述的技术方案,在该方案中,两个泵单元嵌入式地安装在每个料筒的上侧并通过圆柱形的凹槽固定在外壳中。所述泵单元或其泵活塞因此通过调节件操纵,调节件与泵头或喷嘴头相连,所述泵头或喷嘴头位于计量配料器的外壳中并由用户通过手柄操纵。这种已知的计量配料器已在实践中被证明基本可靠,然而但是它们仍然存在缺点。尤其是泵单元和其位于料筒出口上的支承装置具有相对较复杂的结构。
发明内容
与此相反,本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种计量配料器,其具有至少一个结构更简单和运行更可靠的泵单元。
这一技术问题通过具有权利要求1特征的计量配料器得以解决。从属权利要求的技术方案是优选的设计方案。
本发明所述的解决方案与前言所述的多种计量配料器相比具有特别简单和稳定的结构,因为在料筒或容器上部区域的泵单元在套筒内引导移动。通过使套筒延续料筒可将分别要计量的组分简单地通过泵单元的入口阀和出口阀输导。此外,通过这种设置可对泵活塞或泵缸的支承装置进行非常稳定的引导,并且减少移动的构件的数量。优选地,泵单元在此制造为注塑成型件。
本发明的一项特别有利的设计在于,各个泵单元的泵活塞或泵缸与套筒特别简单地安装在容器上,从而提供具有较低结构高度的稳定的构造。本发明的有利的扩展设计是其他从属权利要求的技术方案。套筒优选地尤其以注塑成型技术一体成型在容器上。此外,套筒在其内部具有用于卡锁泵缸和/或泵活塞的环形凹槽或切口。因此泵缸可靠地锚固到或挤压到套筒内,使得泵缸以其下侧可靠地固定或夹紧尤其薄膜形式的入口阀。
用于出口阀的弹簧的设计尤为重要,所述弹簧设在可翻转的弹簧托架上,其中,所述弹簧托架优选地与泵活塞一体地注塑成型。所述弹簧托架在此可具有膜状铰链和与其相对置的锁销,从而实现简单、成本经济的制造和安装。这里弹簧也可由塑料制成并蛇曲状地一体成型在弹簧托架上,从而实现特别简单的结构。

具体实施方式
在图1的透视图中首先描述了计量配料器的泵的基本方案,其一般由尤其椭圆形或半圆形的料筒形式的容器1和泵单元2组成。在此可在一个计量配料器中设置两个或两个以上这种带有各自配设的泵单元的容器1。有利的是,在这些容器1内可通过旋转未示出的调节件对各个组分的混合进行调节。在许多应用场合中,对混合比例的固定设置是不能满足要求的。如图所示,经由操纵件B,组分通过泵单元2的泵活塞3的压力从各自的容器1中输出。如从图1的截面图中可知并在图3中放大所示的那样,泵活塞3在此与泵缸6配合作用。这种优选设计为所谓的压力-抽吸泵的泵单元2按照本发明的设计插入套筒7中,所述套筒在上部区域延续所述容器1。套筒7与容器1以在制造技术上有利的方式共同注塑成型,以便得到一个稳定的、整体式的结构。此外,用于对泵活塞3进行复位的螺旋弹簧以简单的方式填装在套筒7的内侧与泵缸6的外圆周之间的环形空间。
图1的左侧截面图示出了在非操纵位置的泵活塞3,而在中间视图中泵活塞3被按压到泵缸6中。由此,泵室4a的容积连续打开入口阀4’,从容器1中吸入组分,并打开由弹簧加载的出口阀4。所述出口阀由滚珠构成,其由弹簧5朝在泵活塞3内配设的阀座按压。因此,所述泵活塞3和泵缸6通过环绕的凹槽T固定在套筒7内,所述凹槽将这些构件通过具有相应台阶的卡锁装置(参见图2和图3)锁定在套筒7内的泵缸6和泵活塞3上。因此,优选由弹性塑料构成的泵缸6以密封的方式固定或压入套筒7中,其中,所述泵缸6在其下侧夹紧尤其为薄膜形式的入口阀4‘(参见图3,右侧透视图)。
图2示出了泵活塞3的侧视图,截面图和透视图。在此示出了配属于出口阀4的弹簧5的结构,所述弹簧设在弹簧托架5a上,所述弹簧托架优选地与泵活塞3一体式地注塑成型。为了翻转弹簧托架并将弹簧托架与相对置的锁销5c在泵活塞3的壁内卡锁,膜状铰链5b可构造在所述弹簧托架5a上。如图所示,塑料弹簧5优选以蛇曲形成型或注塑成型在弹簧托架上,使得产生预紧力,并在操纵泵单元2时使所述弹簧5制动。
在图3中通过从上方和从下方观察的透视图示出了泵缸6。如图所示,泵缸具有一个泵室4a并在外圆周上具有以U形密封圈密封装置形式的结构,从而将泵单元2可靠地相对套筒7或容器1密封,尤其当操纵泵活塞3时,所述活塞浸入泵室4a中。显而易见地,在这种情况下,从容器1中输出的组分可被进一步传输到未示出的混合喷嘴。如上所述,在计量配料器中可设置多个这种带有各自泵单元2的容器1,使得泵单元2通过调节件的中心位置在相同的排量或供给量的情况下各供应总输出量的50%。所述混合物包含来自两个容器1的两种(或多种)组分的相等份额。在调节件处于相应的中间位置时也可将供给量之间的相应比例选择为6,使得每个组分在0%至100%之间可无级改变。所述容器1也可设计为瓶状或袋状的形式并具有不同的横截面形状。
在此尤其是紧凑的结构十分重要,因为各个构件,尤其是集成到套筒7中的泵单元2可优选地以注塑成型技术成本经济地制造,并可通过卡锁或卡扣连接实现方便的安装。因此,如图1所示,尤其椭圆形料筒形式的容器1适用于各种各样的材料,例如化妆品。这种泵单元当然也可用作单一泵或不可调节的双组分配料器,用于具有低剂量的高粘度产品,例如剃须凝露,双组分硅胶(粘合凝胶)或胶水。
Claims (8)
1.一种计量配料器,用于借助泵单元(2)计量至少一种容纳在料筒状的容器(1)内的组分,所述泵单元(2)具有入口阀(4’),出口阀(4),泵缸(6)和插入泵缸内的泵活塞(3),所述泵活塞能够由操纵件(B)加载,其特征在于,所述泵单元(2)设在延续所述容器(1)的套筒(7)内,所述套筒(7)一体式地成型在所述容器(1)上,所述出口阀(4)由弹簧(5)加载,所述弹簧(5)设在弹簧托架(5a)上,所述弹簧托架与泵活塞(3)一体式地注塑而成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的计量配料器,其特征在于,所述套筒(7)在内部具有至少一个切口或凹槽(7’)用于与所述泵缸(6)和/或泵活塞(3)卡锁。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的计量配料器,其特征在于,所述泵缸(6)密封地压入所述套筒(7)中。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的计量配料器,其特征在于,所述泵缸(6)以其下侧夹紧薄膜形式的入口阀(4’)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的计量配料器,其特征在于,所述弹簧(5)设在弹簧托架(5a)上并通过膜状铰链(5b)与所述泵活塞(3)一体成型,并且在对面具有锁销(5c)。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的计量配料器,其特征在于,所述出口阀(4)设计为球阀。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的计量配料器,其特征在于,所述入口阀(4’)和出口阀(4)为自动关闭阀,其在压力下打开。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的计量配料器,其特征在于,所述泵活塞(3)除了在泵室内引导移动还在套筒(7)内引导移动。
