Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医学设备系统,通过所述医学设备系统根据连续采集的生理学测量信号来调整患者的药物治疗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提出一种解决方法,借助该解决方法可以实现以高精度对患者进行药物治疗。
按照本发明,上述技术问题通过一种医学设备系统来解决,所述医学设备系统具有:
-分光仪装置,用于采集来自于患者的活组织的测量信号,特别是用于对体液的物质成分以及也对必要时仅临时在相应的组织区域中存在的血管相关的物质的物质成分进行连续地确定,
-信号处理装置,用于对在分光仪装置一侧所提供的测量信号进行处理并且用于生成药物治疗信号;以及
-药物治疗设备,用于依据药物治疗信号来给予药物,
-其中,所述信号处理装置具有用于连接分光仪装置的第一接口、用于连接药物治疗设备的第二接口装置、以及第三接口装置,其中通过第三接口装置能够对在分光仪一侧所提供的测量信号的分析以及药物治疗信号的确定过程进行配置。
由此可以以优选的方式提供一种适合于日常治疗的药物治疗系统,其中可以根据连续进行的光谱学测量对与患者调谐的药物治疗进行调整。可以在系统与患者连接之后以优选的方式对信号处理装置进行控制和配置。经由第三接口装置也可以优选地对在分光仪装置一侧所生成的原始数据进行读取。
优选这样构造分光仪装置和信号处理装置,使得通过该媒介以这样高的采样率对光谱进行采集,使得以此能够对细胞动力学过程、例如血管舒缩效应进行识别。由此可以在考虑通过紧密联系的细胞动力学现象可以识别的状况的情况下调整药物治疗。
按照本发明的特别方面,可以优选地经由第三接口装置分别将信号处理程序读入到信号处理装置中,所述信号处理程序然后在操作计算机系统中例如作为所谓的工具被提供。优选通过应用界面对信号处理装置进行配置,所述应用界面可以通过拖放程序以及通过图形支持的区域和参数选择来确定信号处理装置的功能。
通过拖放功能例如可以对控制技术相关的物质和现象进行选择。于是,通过区域选择可以对这些所选择的物质和现象的意义进行调整。优选地针对典型的药物治疗需求来选择特别的控制方案,所述控制方案然后可以由治疗医生必要时以更窄的限制进行改变。
优选地,系统的组件分别具有特定的编码,从而例如针对药物剂量所设置的过程仅仅允许控制相应的药物治疗设备。
信号处理装置可以这样构造,使得以0-99范围内的量发送药物治疗信号。

Claims (6)
1.一种医学设备系统,其具有:
-分光仪装置,用于采集来自于患者的活组织的测量信号,特别是用于对体液的物质成分以及也对必要时仅临时在相应的组织区域中存在的血管相关的物质的物质成分进行连续地确定,
-信号处理装置,用于对在分光仪装置一侧所提供的测量信号进行处理并且用于生成药物治疗信号;以及
-药物治疗设备,用于依据药物治疗信号来给予药物,
-其中,所述信号处理装置具有用于连接所述分光仪装置的第一接口、用于连接所述药物治疗设备的第二接口装置、以及第三接口装置,其中,通过第三接口装置能够对在分光仪一侧所提供的测量信号的分析以及药物治疗信号的确定过程进行配置。
2.按照权利要求1所述的设备系统,其特征在于,所述分光仪装置和所述信号处理装置被这样构造,使得通过该媒介以这样高的采样率对光谱进行采集,使得以此能够对细胞动力学过程、例如血管舒缩效应进行识别。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的设备系统,其特征在于,经由所述第三接口装置的各个信号处理程序能够在信号处理装置中运行,所述信号处理程序在计算机系统作为工具箱的部分被提供。
4.按照权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的设备系统,其特征在于,以0-99范围内的量输出所述药物治疗信号。
5.按照权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的设备系统,其特征在于,所述分光仪装置包含测量头,所述测量头能够被放置在患者的选择的组织区域上,并且该测量头够经由光导体装置与分析模块相耦合,其中信号处理装置被接入到该分析模块中。
6.按照权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的设备系统,其特征在于,所述分光仪装置包含测量头,所述测量头能够被放置在患者的选择的组织区域上,并且该测量头以及信号处理装置均被在能够应用在患者上的分析模块中接入。
