技术领域                                                             
本发明涉及一种垃圾处理器配套使用的进料装置,尤其是涉及一种垃圾裂解炉配套使用的裂解炉进料装置。
背景技术
垃圾裂解炉要处理的垃圾品种是多种多样的,有秸梗垃圾、餐厨垃圾、生活垃圾和建筑垃圾,甚至是多种垃圾混合在一起,各种垃圾的密度、体积、重量不一样,进料的时候,往往大块的,重量轻的垃圾悬浮在裂解炉的半空或者上部,阻碍其它垃圾进到炉的底部,造成裂解炉底部燃烧区的垃圾疏松,或者燃烧区烧空等现象,目前的垃圾裂解炉大部分没有配备进料装置,导致炉内的垃圾裂解不完全,不充分,垃圾裂解效率低等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,提供一种能够把多种混合垃圾顺利地输送到裂解炉内的裂解炉进料装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来达到的, 裂解炉进料装置包括传动机构I、传动机构II、排线机构、电磁离合器I、电磁离合器II、折叠式进料管机构,传动机构I是由链轮I、链条I、链轮II、电机I和减速箱I,链轮II装在电机I主轴上,链轮I装在减速箱I的输入轴上,减速箱I的输出轴通过电磁离合器I与排线机构的铰盘轴I联接;传动机构II是由电机II、链轮III、链条II、链轮四和减速箱II构成。链轮III装在电机II主轴上,链轮四装在减速箱II的输入轴上,减速箱II的输出轴通过电磁离合器II与排线机构的铰盘轴II联接;减速箱I、减速箱II、排线机构的铰盘座I和铰盘座II通过螺钉固定在支承方管上,折叠式进料管机构的出料管上部固定在运料机构的出料管上,排线机构通过钢丝绳与折叠式进料管机构连接。
本发明的裂解炉进料装置能够把多种混合垃圾顺利地输送到裂解炉内,减少炉内垃圾间的气隙,使得垃圾裂解完全,充分,提高垃圾处理效率。

如附图1所示,本发明裂解炉进料装置包括传动机构I6、传动机构II10、排线机构8、电磁离合器I7、电磁离合器II9和折叠式进料管机构2等机构,传动机构I6是由链轮I61、链条I62、链轮II63、电机I64和减速箱I65,链轮II63装在电机I64主轴上,链轮I61装在减速箱I65的输入轴上,减速箱I65的输出轴通过电磁离合器I7与排线机构8的铰盘轴I联接;传动机构II10是由电机II101、链轮III102、链条II103、链轮四104和减速箱II105构成,链轮III102装在电机II101主轴上,链轮四104装在减速箱II105的输入轴上,减速箱II105的输出轴通过电磁离合器II9与排线机构8的铰盘轴II联接;减速箱I65、减速箱II105、排线机构8的铰盘座I和铰盘座II通过螺钉固定在支承方管5上,折叠式进料管机构2的出料管上部固定在运料机构3的出料管上。排线机构8通过钢丝绳4与折叠式进料管机构2连接。
当进料时,电磁离合器I7断电,电磁离合器II9通电,排线机构8的铰盘轴I与减速箱I65输出轴离开,铰盘轴II与减速箱II105的输出轴联接,电机II101反转,通过链轮III102、链条II103、链轮四104传动,减速箱II105减速,传递力矩给排线机构8,排线机构8的铰盘I和II一起做逆时针旋转,放松钢丝绳4,折叠式进料管机构2快速伸落到裂解炉1的底部,拉下折叠式进料管机构2的闸料板,运料机构3出料管处的垃圾通过折叠式进料管机构2进入到裂解炉1底部;这时电磁离合器II9断电离开,电磁离合器I7通电吸合,排线机构8的铰盘轴I与减速箱I65输出轴联接,铰盘轴II与减速箱II105的输出轴离开,电机I64反转,通过链轮I61、链条I62、链轮II63传动,减速箱I65减速,排线机构8的铰盘I和II一起做逆时针旋转,慢速卷起钢丝绳4,折叠式进料管机构2慢速上升进料,进料到预定高度时,推上折叠式进料管机构2的闸料板,进料完成;然后电磁离合器I7断电离开,电磁离合器II9通电吸合,电机II101正转,排线机构8的铰盘I和II一起做顺时针旋转,快速卷起钢丝绳4,折叠式进料管机构2快速上升复位。
