Abstract

本发明涉及一种成墙装置,特别是一种地下连续墙施工的折线成墙装置。
背景技术
目前,地下连续墙的成墙装置多种多样,虽各有其特点,但在折线成墙(即成墙的轴线为折线)时,都存在成墙困难,接头错缝、漏水夹泥等现象。 
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点,提供了一种折线成墙装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种折线成墙装置,包括一只钢管和一只弧型体,弧型体是由两个平行的直侧面和两个弧侧面组成的筒体,两个直侧面之间的距离等于钢管的直径,弧侧面与钢管吻合。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明的弧型体可在钢管外壁旋转一定角度振入地下,因此可在成墙的轴线为折线时很方便的成墙。

具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括一只钢管1和一只弧型体2,弧型体是由两个平行的直侧面3和两个弧侧面4组成的筒体,两个直侧面之间的距离等于钢管的直径,弧侧面与钢管吻合。
本发明工作时,沿成墙轴线位置,首先垂直振入钢管,然后将弧型体的弧侧面紧靠钢管振入地下,取出钢管中的泥土,浇筑混凝土,提出钢管,紧靠弧型体的另一个弧侧面将钢管振入地下,取出弧型体中的泥土,浇筑混凝土,提出弧型体,其后将弧型体的弧侧面紧靠钢管振入地下,如此反复。

1.一种折线成墙装置,包括一只钢管(1)和一只弧型体(2),其特征在于:弧型体是由两个平行的直侧面(3)和两个弧侧面(4)组成的筒体,两个直侧面之间的距离等于钢管的直径,弧侧面与钢管吻合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折线成墙装置,其特征在于:本发明工作时,沿成墙轴线位置,首先垂直振入钢管,然后将弧型体的弧侧面紧靠钢管振入地下,取出钢管中的泥土,浇筑混凝土,提出钢管,紧靠弧型体的另一个弧侧面将钢管振入地下,取出弧型体中的泥土,浇筑混凝土,提出弧型体,其后将弧型体的弧侧面紧靠钢管振入地下,如此反复。
