Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of loudspeakers, in particular to a moving-coil loudspeaker and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Moving-coil loudspeakers are the most widely used loudspeakers today, especially in high fidelity audio. Referring to fig. 1A and 1B, a conventional moving-coil speaker generally includes a magnetic circuit portion and a vibration portion, the magnetic circuit portion includes a T-shaped iron 1, a magnet 2 and a washer 4 which are nested together, the vibration portion includes a voice coil 3 located between the T-shaped iron 1 and the magnet 2, a damper 5 fixed above the washer 4 through a damper bracket 12, and a cone 9 whose outer edge is fixedly connected to the damper bracket 12 through a cone frame 6. Under the structure, the outer edge of the cone 9 is fixed on the washer through the basin frame 6 and the elastic wave bracket 12.
Since the conventional moving coil speaker is structurally characterized in that the voice coil 3 (coil) is placed in a magnetic field formed by a magnetic circuit portion, when the voice coil 3 is energized with an audio current output by an amplifier, the voice coil 3 is subjected to the action of the magnetic field to generate motion, and the connected cone 9 is pushed to drive air to generate vibration, so as to generate sound.
Because the power of the moving-coil loudspeaker is greatly related to the diameter of the loudspeaker, the loudspeaker with high power has large volume; the frequency response effect is affected by the excessive reduction of the volume, so that the structure shown in fig. 1A and 1B is limited in use. Meanwhile, in the process of manufacturing the moving-coil type speaker structure shown in fig. 1A and 1B, since the size of the elastic wave bracket is small, the required alignment accuracy is high when the frame is fixed thereto, thereby increasing the manufacturing difficulty, so it is necessary to improve the manufacturing method of the moving-coil type electroacoustic transducer of the conventional structure to avoid the above-mentioned defects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a moving-coil loudspeaker with a thin space thickness and a good low-frequency section reproduction performance and a method for manufacturing the moving-coil loudspeaker with the thin space thickness and the good low-frequency section reproduction performance, which can reduce the manufacturing difficulty.
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a moving-coil speaker, including:
a magnetic circuit part including a T-shaped magnetic conductive part including a base to form a magnetic path

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the moving-coil loudspeaker, the outer edge of the sound cone is fixed on the base of the magnetic circuit part through the cone frame, so that the movement space of the voice coil in the vertical displacement direction is saved, and the sufficient amplitude of the voice coil in the vertical linear displacement is ensured, so that the height of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced while the requirement of replaying the bass frequency section of the existing moving-coil loudspeaker is ensured, and the volume of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced; according to the manufacturing method of the moving-coil loudspeaker, the outer edge of the cone is fixed on the base of the magnetic circuit part through the cone frame, so that the movement space of the voice coil in the vertical displacement direction is saved, and the voice coil is ensured to have enough amplitude in the vertical linear displacement, so that the height of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced while the requirement of replaying the bass frequency section of the existing moving-coil loudspeaker is met, the size of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced, and the manufacturing difficulty and the alignment precision requirement are greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects and features of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments thereof will be described in detail below, but the present invention may be implemented in various forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described.
Example one
As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the present embodiment provides a moving-coil speaker including: the magnetic circuit comprises a magnetic circuit part and a vibration part, wherein the magnetic circuit part comprises a magnetic conduction part with a T-shaped structure, the magnetic conduction part comprises a base and a middle core column (or T-shaped iron, namely 1 in figures 2A and 2B) integrated with the base, and the magnetic conduction part is provided with a magnet 2 and a washer 4 which are sequentially sleeved on the middle core column; the vibration part comprises a voice coil 3 and a voice cone 9, one end of the voice coil 3 is arranged in a magnetic gap formed by the magnetic circuit part (namely, in a gap between a core column of the T-shaped iron 1 and the magnet 2 and the washer 4), and the other end of the voice coil 3 is connected with the voice cone 9; the outer edge of the voice cone 9 is fixed on the base of the magnetic circuit part through a cone frame 6, and the magnetic circuit part is also provided with an elastic wave 5 for fixing the voice coil, so that the voice coil 3 is centered and the polarization of the voice coil 3 is prevented.
In this embodiment, the T-shaped iron 1 is connected between the base and the magnet 2, between the magnet 2 and the washer 4, between the damper 5 and the damper support 12, and between the frame 6 and the outer edge of the cone 9 in an adhesive manner, and the damper support 12 and the washer 4 are connected by fixing members such as rivets and screws.
The ring-type ultra-thin woofer speaker of this embodiment further includes a voice coil bobbin (not shown), the voice coil bobbin is a cylindrical body, the end of the core column of the T-shaped iron 1 extends into the voice coil bobbin, and the voice coil 3 is sleeved on the periphery of the voice coil bobbin.
In this embodiment, the cone 9 is a flat circular cone, and includes a middle top portion and an outer edge surrounding the top portion, the outer edge of the cone is supported by the frame 6, a folding part 10 is disposed at a position close to the edge contacting with the frame 6, a recess is disposed at the center of the top portion, the bottom of the recess is connected to one end of the voice coil bobbin, and the top end of the recess is connected to a dust cap 11. In addition, a flat plate type metal reinforcing plate 8 made of metal such as aluminum is arranged on the surface of the top of the cone 9 opposite to the cone frame 6, and is used for compensating the problem of strength reduction caused by the flat plate structure of the cone 9.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the frame 6 is an open conical frame (or called open trapezoid frame), which is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and the bottom is fixedly connected to the base of the T-shaped iron 1, so that the movement space of the voice coil 3 in the vertical displacement direction can be saved, and the voice coil 3 can be ensured to have sufficient amplitude in the vertical linear displacement; meanwhile, the method also provides an achievable condition for the mode that the sound cone 9 reinforced by the metal reinforcing plate 8 is made into a flat plate. Furthermore, a wiring terminal 7 is arranged on one side surface of the basin frame 6 and used for leading in audio current.
In this embodiment, the voice coil 3 may be a cylindrical multilayer multi-turn structure formed by winding a continuous metal wire provided with an external insulating layer one turn by one turn, or a cylindrical multilayer metal sheet structure formed by spirally winding a continuous metal sheet provided with an external insulating layer, and generally, the performance (particularly, the sensitivity and the audio distortion) of a speaker using the voice coil structure of the cylindrical multilayer metal sheet is better than that of a speaker using the voice coil structure of the cylindrical multilayer multi-turn. The voice coil 3 may be made of metal such as aluminum or copper.
In this embodiment, the T-shaped iron 1 is in an inverted T shape, the through hole of the T-shaped iron core column sleeved with the washer 4 corresponds to the concave part in the center of the cone 9, the voice coil 3 extends into the through hole, and the positions of the voice coil 3 and the damper 5, which are close to each other, and the damper 5 and the cone 9 are connected in an adhesion manner.
In this embodiment, the voice coil 3, the damper 5, the cone 9 and the corrugated rim 10 thereof form a vibration system of the moving-coil ultrathin woofer, the T-shaped iron 1, the magnet 2 and the washer 4 form a magnetic circuit part, and the frame 6, the metal reinforcing plate 8, the damper support 12, the dust cap 11, the wiring terminal 7 and the like form an auxiliary system. When voice frequency current flows through the voice coil 3 in the magnetic field, a magnetic field changing along with the voice frequency current is generated, the magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field of the magnet 2, so that the voice coil 3 vibrates in the vertical displacement direction (along the axial direction), and an alternating magnetic field generated by the voice coil 3 through the voice frequency current and a fixed magnetic field of the magnet 2 generate attraction and repulsion, so that air flow pushing the voice cone 9 to generate vibration is formed, and the sound of the loudspeaker is generated.
Because the bottom of the basin frame for supporting the outer edge of the sound basin is fixed on the base of the T-shaped iron instead of being fixed on the washer originally, the moving space of the voice coil in the vertical displacement direction is saved, sufficient amplitude of the voice coil in the vertical linear displacement is ensured, and the sound basin is made into a flat circular shape and the thickness of the loudspeaker is reduced, thereby providing an achievable condition; further through set up the metal reinforcing plate at the sound basin back, increase the dynamics that compensaties the flat structure and bring and reduce the problem.
As a variation of this embodiment, the T-shaped iron may be made into an i-shape (not shown), a through hole (not shown) is formed on the upper base, the magnet 2 is embedded between the upper base and the lower base of the T-shaped iron, and the voice coil 3 and the voice coil bobbin thereof are inserted into the through hole.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in that: the basin stand 6 is an open rectangular frame.
The shape of the chamber of the rectangular frame is higher in conformity with the shape of the flat cone (cone 9), so that the caliber of the loudspeaker, the diameter of the magnet and the diameter of the voice coil can be relatively larger, the acting force for pushing the cone to vibrate is more uniform, the flat cone can reach the transduction efficiency, the vibration amplitude and the frequency response curve required by the flat cone loudspeaker, the low-frequency playback performance and the transient characteristic are better, the sensitivity is higher, and the tone are more attractive.
According to the moving-coil ultrathin bass loudspeaker provided by the invention, the outer edge of the sound cone is fixed on the base of the magnetic circuit part through the cone frame, so that the movement space of the voice coil in the vertical displacement direction is saved, and the sufficient amplitude of the voice coil in the vertical linear displacement is ensured, so that the height of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced while the requirement of replaying the bass frequency section of the existing moving-coil loudspeaker is ensured, and the volume of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced. The thickness of the moving-coil loudspeaker can reach 35mm and below.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the moving-coil speaker, including:
s1, sequentially arranging a magnet and a washer on the middle core column of the magnetic conduction part of the T-shaped structure;
s2, placing the lower end of the voice coil into the gap between the middle core column and the magnet and the washer, and connecting the other end of the voice coil with the cone;
s3, supporting the damper above the washer through a damper support to fix the voice coil;
and S4, fixing the outer edge of the sound cone on the base through a cone frame.
In the method, because the operable area of the base with the T-shaped structure is wider than that of the elastic wave bracket, the manufacturing process difficulty and the alignment accuracy when the outer edge of the cone is fixed on the base through the cone frame are lower than those when the outer edge of the cone is fixed on the elastic wave bracket in the prior art, and therefore the manufacturing method of the moving-coil loudspeaker can greatly reduce the manufacturing process difficulty and the alignment accuracy requirement.
The outer edge of the cone is fixed on the base of the magnetic circuit part through the cone frame, so that the moving space of the voice coil in the vertical displacement direction is saved, and the voice coil has enough amplitude in the vertical linear displacement, so that the height of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced while the requirement of replaying a bass frequency section of the existing moving-coil loudspeaker is met, the size of the moving-coil loudspeaker is reduced, and the moving-coil ultrathin bass loudspeaker with the thickness not higher than 35mm can be manufactured.

Claims (6)
1. A moving coil loudspeaker comprising:
the magnetic circuit part comprises a magnetic conduction part with a T-shaped structure, the magnetic conduction part comprises a base and a middle core column integrated with the base, and the magnetic conduction part is provided with a magnet and a washer which are sequentially sleeved on the middle core column;
the vibration part comprises a voice coil and a voice cone, one end of the voice coil is arranged in a magnetic gap formed by the magnetic circuit part, and the other end of the voice coil is connected with the voice cone;
