The capability information requesting device 54 sends a capability information request to at least one of the terminal 51, the first capability information processing device 52, and the second capability information processing device 53, and includes: if the capability information requesting device 54 needs to search for a terminal capable of directly communicating with the capability information requesting device to help the capability information requesting device to perform data uploading or downloading, the capability information requesting device 54 initiates a capability information request to at least one terminal 51 through its own communication interface; if the capability information requesting device 54 needs to find a location within a specified area, for example: other terminals in the home or office to help the capability information requesting device 54 perform the collaborative presentation of the multimedia service, the capability information requesting device 54 may initiate a capability information request to the at least one first capability information processing device 52; if the capability information requesting device 54 needs to comprehensively utilize a plurality of terminals in a plurality of areas to provide the capability information requesting device with the capabilities of sensing and the like, the capability information requesting device sends a capability information request to at least one second capability information processing device 53.
The invention also discloses a device for managing the terminal capacity information, which is a first capacity information processing device at the terminal side and is used for receiving the capacity information uploaded by the terminal according to the storage condition of the capacity information in the first capacity information processing device and the second capacity information processing device when the terminal is added into the network managed by the first capacity information processing device, and backing up the capacity information of the terminal after the terminal leaves the network.
Further, the first capability information processing device is further configured to, after receiving the capability information uploaded by the terminal, send the capability information to the second capability information processing device for storage if the second capability information processing device does not store the capability information of the terminal.

Claims (16)

1. A method for terminal capability information management, the method comprising:
when a terminal joins a network managed by a first capacity information processing device at a terminal side, uploading own capacity information according to the storage conditions of the capacity information in the first capacity information processing device and a second capacity information processing device at the network side;
and after the terminal leaves the network, the first capacity information processing device backs up the capacity information of the terminal, and the second capacity information processing device deletes the capacity information of the terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the terminal uploads its own capability information, the method further comprises: and if the second capability information processing device does not store the capability information of the terminal, the first capability information processing device sends the capability information to the second capability information processing device for storage.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the uploading the capability information of the first capability information processing apparatus and the second capability information processing apparatus on the network side according to the storage situation of the capability information comprises:
when a terminal joins a network, an uploading request is sent to a first capability information processing device, if the first capability information processing device stores the capability information of the terminal, a refusing response is returned to the terminal, otherwise an accepting response is returned to the terminal;
after the terminal receives the acceptance response, or the ability information uploading identification displays that the second ability information processing device does not store the ability information of the terminal, and the terminal uploads the own ability information to the first ability information processing device.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of returning a rejection response to the terminal if the capability information of the terminal is already stored in the first capability information processing device, and returning an acceptance response to the terminal if not, comprises:
the first ability information processing device inquires whether the ability information of the terminal is stored in the storage area, if so, returns a rejection response, otherwise, inquires whether the ability information of the terminal is stored in the backup area, if so, returns the rejection response, transfers the ability information of the terminal in the backup area to the storage area, and otherwise, returns an acceptance response to the terminal.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the terminal leaving the network comprises: the terminal sends a capability information deleting request to the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device when the terminal is about to execute shutdown operation; if the terminal exits from the network due to power failure, failure or mobility, the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device find that the terminal leaves the network through monitoring a communication link of the terminal; and after the terminal leaves the network, setting the capacity information uploading identifier as that the second capacity information processing device does not store the capacity information of the terminal.
6. A method for discovering terminal capability information, the method comprising:
the capability information request device sends a capability information request to at least one of the terminal, the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device;
the terminal and/or the first capability information processing device and/or the second capability information processing device send the inquired capability information to the capability information request device.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the capability information requesting device is configured to: the management device with capability coordination specifically comprises: a user terminal initiating a service request, or other terminals receiving the service request and helping the user terminal to perform cooperative management, or a server at a network side;
the capability information request device sends a capability information request to at least one of a terminal, a first capability information processing device, and a second capability information processing device, and includes:
if the capability information request device needs to search a terminal capable of directly communicating with the capability information request device, initiating a capability information request to at least one terminal;
if the capability information request device needs to search other terminals in the designated area, initiating a capability information request to at least one first capability information processing device;
and if the capability information request device needs to comprehensively utilize a plurality of terminals in a plurality of areas, transmitting a capability information request to at least one second capability information processing device.
8. A system for terminal capability information management, the system comprising: the terminal, a first capacity information processing device at the terminal side and a second capacity information processing device at the network side; wherein,
the terminal is used for uploading the self capability information according to the storage condition of the capability information in the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device when the terminal joins the network managed by the first capability information processing device;
the first capability information processing device is used for backing up the capability information of the terminal after the terminal leaves the network;
and the second capability information processing device is used for deleting the capability information of the terminal after the terminal leaves the network.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein the first capability information processing device is further configured to, after receiving the capability information uploaded by the terminal, send the capability information to the second capability information processing device for storage if the capability information of the terminal is not stored in the second capability information processing device.
10. The system according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the terminal uploads the capability information of the terminal according to the storage situation of the capability information in the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device on the network side, and the uploading comprises:
when a terminal joins a network, an uploading request is sent to a first capability information processing device, if the first capability information processing device stores the capability information of the terminal, a refusing response is returned to the terminal, otherwise an accepting response is returned to the terminal; and after the terminal receives the receiving response, or the ability information uploading identifier displays that the second ability information processing device does not store the ability information of the terminal, and the terminal uploads the own ability information to the first ability information processing device.
11. The system according to claim 10, wherein the returning a rejection response to the terminal if the capability information of the terminal has been stored in the first capability information processing means, and otherwise returning an acceptance response to the terminal, comprises:
the first ability information processing device inquires whether the ability information of the terminal is stored in the storage area, if so, returns a rejection response, otherwise, inquires whether the ability information of the terminal is stored in the backup area, if so, returns the rejection response, transfers the ability information of the terminal in the backup area to the storage area, and otherwise, returns an acceptance response to the terminal.
12. The system according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the terminal leaving the network comprises: the terminal sends a capability information deleting request to the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device when the terminal is about to execute shutdown operation; if the terminal exits from the network due to power failure, failure or mobility, the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device find that the terminal leaves the network through monitoring a communication link of the terminal; and after the terminal leaves the network, setting the capacity information uploading identifier as that the second capacity information processing device does not store the capacity information of the terminal.
13. A system for terminal capability information discovery, the system comprising: the system comprises a capability information request device, a terminal, a first capability information processing device at the terminal side and a second capability information processing device at the network side; wherein,
the capability information request device is used for sending a capability information request to at least one of the terminal, the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device and receiving capability information inquired by the terminal, and/or the first capability information processing device and/or the second capability information processing device.

The system according to claim 13, wherein the capability information requesting device is configured to: the management device with capability coordination specifically comprises: a user terminal initiating a service request, or other terminals receiving the service request and helping the user terminal to perform cooperative management, or a server at a network side;
the capability information request device sends a capability information request to at least one of a terminal, a first capability information processing device, and a second capability information processing device, and includes:
if the capability information request device needs to search a terminal capable of directly communicating with the capability information request device, initiating a capability information request to at least one terminal;
if the capability information request device needs to search other terminals in the designated area, initiating a capability information request to at least one first capability information processing device;
and if the capability information request device needs to comprehensively utilize a plurality of terminals in a plurality of areas, transmitting a capability information request to at least one second capability information processing device.

The device is characterized in that the device is a first capability information processing device at a terminal side and is used for receiving the uploaded capability information of the terminal according to the storage condition of the capability information in the first capability information processing device and the second capability information processing device when the terminal joins a network managed by the first capability information processing device, and backing up the capability information of the terminal after the terminal leaves the network.

The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the first capability information processing apparatus is further configured to, after receiving the capability information uploaded by the terminal, send the capability information to the second capability information processing apparatus for storage if the capability information of the terminal is not stored in the second capability information processing apparatus.
