技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳程串联式气水交换器组,是由多温度梯度的循环空气与水换热的管壳式交换器组,属于电热储能炉的高效热能输出设备。
背景技术
用电热储能炉代替20吨以下燃煤锅炉供暖,既提高了电网低谷电的优化利用又减少了燃煤对空气的污染,已成为城市供热新趋势。有些安装工程中为减少电热储能炉占地面积,最大限度地增高储能体安装高度时,热交换器不能灵活地改变吸风口高度位置,会使储能体不能可靠地释放均匀的循环热空气,造成储能体局部温度过高,影响储能体放热能力及寿命。因此,需要研究设计一种结构合理、热量循环效果理想的热交换器,以减小设备体积,降低设备制造成本,更加有效的提高能源利用率。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种的结构简单、热量循环效果好的壳程串联式气水交换器组。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种壳程串联式气水交换器组,其特征在于:
若干个壳程依次排列串联连接的管壳式交换器,壳程上分别设有出水端口和进水端口,每个壳程通过壳程间连通管与相邻壳程相互连通形成热循环通路,每个壳程内设有多个管程,管程上分别设有管程入口和管程出口,空气由管程流通,水由壳程流通,构成壳程串联式气水交换器组。
所述的壳程间连通管根据需要调节长度改变各壳程间隔,壳程间连通管设置为一段焊接在壳程的上使相邻壳程相互连通,或壳程间连通管设置为两段分别焊接在壳程的出水端口和进水端口上,中间用法兰或快速连接器连接。
本发明的优点如下:
本发明壳程串联式气水交换器是一种适用于电热储能炉的专用设备,具有结构设计合理、热量循环效果理想,工作效率高的特点。电热储能炉使用这种壳程串联式气水交换器组可以减小设备体积,降低设备制造成本,有效的提高能源利用率。

下面结合附图和实施例详细描述本发明。
实施例1
本发明壳程串联式气水交换器组的结构如图1所示,壳程1由上至下排列设置为4个,上方的壳程设有出水端口4为系统高温水输出口,每个壳程的进水端口与相邻壳程出水端口通过壳程间连通管6相连通,壳程间连通管6可根据需要调节长度改变各壳程间隔,壳程间连通管6也可以设计成两段分别焊接在壳程的出水端口和进水端口上,中间用法兰或快速连接器连接。下方的壳程设有进水端口5为系统低温水输入口。壳程可以根据需要设置若干个,由若干个壳程分别安装满足流量要求的进水端口、出水端口的管壳式交换器串联组合成气水交换器组;管程走空气壳程走水。

1.一种壳程串联式气水交换器组,专用电热储能炉的热能输出设备,其特征在于:若干个壳程依次排列串联连接的管壳式交换器,壳程上分别设有出水端口和进水端口,每个壳程通过壳程间连通管与相邻壳程相互连通形成热循环通路,每个壳程内设有多个管程与壳程并列设置,管程上分别设有管程入口和管程出口,空气由管程流通,水由壳程流通,适用于多温度梯度的循环空气与水换热,构成壳程串联式气水交换器组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壳程串联式气水交换器组,其特征在于:壳程间连通管根据需要调节长度改变各壳程间隔,壳程间连通管设置为一段焊接在壳程上使相邻壳程相互连通,或壳程间连通管设置为两段分别焊接在壳程的出水端口和进水端口上,中间用法兰或快速连接器连接。
