本发明涉及一种密封器械，特别涉及一种密封防喷装置。
背景技术
油田生产中，常用到防喷装置，目前常用的防喷装置，堵头与防喷盒连接处采用普通螺纹连接，需要很大的扭矩才能使其配合，使用大尺寸的管钳容易发生事故，小尺寸管钳起不到作用，费时费力，影响生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种密封防喷装置结构简单，设计合理，达到密封的要求。
其技术方案是：主要是由压帽螺栓、盘根、堵头、密封胶垫、防喷盒、锥扣管组成，防喷盒的上部通过螺纹连接堵头、防喷盒的下部通过螺纹连接锥扣管，所述的堵头内设有盘根，堵头上部设有压帽螺栓，所述的堵头和防喷盒之间设有密封胶垫。
上述的堵头的端部呈锥形。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，设计合理，通过采用锥形的堵头和密封胶垫密封，配合简单，省时省力，达到密封的要求。

本发明主要是由压帽螺栓1、盘根2、堵头3、密封胶垫4、防喷盒5、锥扣管6组成，防喷盒5的上部通过螺纹连接堵头3、防喷盒5的下部通过螺纹连接锥扣管6，所述的堵头3内设有盘根2，堵头2上部设有压帽螺栓1，所述的堵头3和防喷盒5之间设有密封胶垫4，所述的堵头3的端部呈锥形。
现场操作时，由于堵头的外径小于防喷盒的内径，使用小尺寸的管钳就可以实现密封连接，通过采用锥形的堵头和密封胶垫密封，省时省力，密封效果好。

1.一种密封防喷装置，其特征是：主要是由压帽螺栓（1）、盘根（2）、堵头（3）、密封胶垫（4）、防喷盒（5）、锥扣管（6）组成，防喷盒（5）的上部通过螺纹连接堵头（3）、防喷盒（5）的下部通过螺纹连接锥扣管（6），所述的堵头（3）内设有盘根（2），堵头（2）上部设有压帽螺栓（1），所述的堵头（3）和防喷盒（5）之间设有密封胶垫（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封防喷装置，其特征是：所述的堵头（3）的端部呈锥形。
