背景技术：慢性肾盂肾炎是细菌感染肾脏引起的慢性炎症，病变主要侵犯肾间质和肾盂、肾盏组织。由于炎症的持续进行或反复发生导致肾间质、肾盂、肾盏的损害，形成疤痕，以至肾发生萎缩和出现功能障碍。平时病人可能仅有腰酸和（或）低热，可没有明显的尿路感染的尿痛，尿频和尿急症状，其主要表现是夜尿增多及尿中有少量白细胞和蛋白等。病人有长期或反复发作的尿路感染病史，在晚期可出现尿毒症。中医认为慢性期以扶正祛邪为主，养肾阴益肾气。选择治疗下焦湿热症的中药如银花泌炎灵片、陈氏肾炎方的等药物进行治疗，同时坚持治用含有桑寄生的中药进行巩固治疗，能提高慢性肾盂肾炎的反复发作几率。
发明内容：本发明的目的是提供一种能够补肾、清热通淋、补阴益肾、平肝潜阳、养心安的中药及制作方法。为实现上述目的，本发明采用下述技术方案。主要有下述组分并按重量配比制作：
主料：
党参 15克
白术 12克
茯苓 18克
生地 18克
丹皮 9克
泽泻 15克
菟丝子 24克
车前子 12克
萹蓄 15克
瞿麦 15克
金银花 18克
坤草 30克
白茅根 30克
甘草梢 9克
辅料：
水 500ml
具体的制作方法：
(1）将上述药物按上述配比将药物混匀后装入盛水的容器中；
(2）将容器加热、蒸煮，煮沸30分钟；
(3）煮好的药物过滤，滤除药渣；
(4）将药渣再添水400ml，煮沸10分钟，然后将两次药液混合制得汤剂，分两次服用。
药理与功能：本方四君子汤以补肾，用六味地黄之类以补肾，再加萹蓄、瞿麦、茅根、坤草、车前子、茯苓、金银花等，清热通淋。熟地、白芍、山药补阴益肾，龙骨、牡蛎、赭石平肝潜阳，柏子仁养心安。
疗效：本方治疗多例，效果良好。
