Description
一.技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药复方口服胶囊剂，更具体的说为一种治疗坐骨神经痛的中成药。
二.背景技术
坐骨神经痛是常见的慢性病，是临床上常见的神经性疼痛类型之一，以反复发作性的坐骨神经疼痛为特点，发作间歇期正常。目前市售的药物都很难根治坐骨神经痛，一旦停药后血压易反弹，且毒副作用较大。因此寻找一种能为坐骨神经痛患者缓解病痛，毒副作用小的中药复方制剂成为紧迫任务。
三.发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种既能为坐骨神经痛患者缓解病痛，毒副作用又小的中成药。
本发明主要由以下成分组成：
独活(拉丁学名Radix Angelicae Pubescentis，英文名doubleteeth pubescent angelicaroot，伞形科植物重齿毛当归Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan的干燥根。独活在具有祛风湿，止痛，解表，镇痛、镇静、抗炎，抗菌的作用，对坐骨神经痛有疗效。
木瓜(拉丁学名Chaenomeles speciosa，为蔷薇科植物贴梗海棠(Chaenomelesspeciosa(Sweet)Nakai.)的干燥近成熟果实)，木瓜具有舒筋和络，和胃化湿的功效，以及祛湿除痹，抗菌等作用，对坐骨神经痛有疗效。
豨签草(豨签草为菊科草本植物豨签Siegesbeckia orientalisL.现耿豨签S.pubescensMakino或毛耿豨签S.glabrescensMakine的地上部份)，豨签草具有祛除风湿，强健筋骨，清热解毒的作用，对缓解坐骨神经痛有很好的效果。
秦艽(拉丁学名G.macrophylla，英文名RADIX GENTIANAE MACROPHYLLAE，为为龙胆科植物秦艽Gentiana macrophylla Pall.、麻花秦艽Gentiana straminea Maxim.、粗茎秦艽Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.或小秦艽Gentiana dahurica Fisch.的干燥根)，秦艽具有祛风湿，通络止痛，退虚热，清湿热的功效。 本发明的配伍重量比为：
把上述四味中草药独活，木瓜，豨签草，秦艽按配伍重量比研细搅拌均匀后制成胶囊剂，对治疗坐骨神经痛有很好的效果且毒副作用小。
四.具体实施方式：
本发明使用800病例，每次口服胶囊剂或丸剂0.5g，每日三次，饭后用温开水吞服，连服2-3周，对坐骨神经痛有很好的效果，一周后坐骨神经痛的症状都有很好的缓解，无一例出现毒副作用。服药后至今少则半年，多则一年多未出现反弹现象。

把上述四味药物按比例配比研细，均匀搅拌制成胶囊剂或丸剂。
