本发明属于贝雷帽的生产技术领域，具体涉及一种贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置。
背景技术
在贝雷帽的生产过程中需要对贝雷帽进行缩绒、碰撞、烘干等操作工序，而烘干过程中可以使得帽子变得平服，美观，是帽子进行质检前最后的也是最重要的一道工序，直接影响着帽子的生产质量指数。传统工艺中采用的是木制模具，由于工艺要求的原因，使得木制模具在高温度高湿度的情况下极易损坏，影响了生产的正常进行造成成本的增加。
在烘干过程中由于传统工艺采用的是木制材料，当烘干机在加温时，不能均匀得传导热量，使得局部地区受热温度过高，局部地区温度过低，温度的均匀直接影响了贝雷帽的烘干质量，从而降低了生产效率和生产质量。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的上述不足，本发明提供了一种贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，其结构简单、实用高效，能解决现有生产过程中因为材质原因所产生的受热不均匀等多种缺陷和不足。
为达到上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，包括托盘和柱子，所述的柱子安装在托盘的中间位置。
所述的柱子为圆柱子。
所述的圆柱子为空心的圆柱子。
所述的托盘设有一定厚度的边沿。
所述的边沿厚度为2cm-5cm。
所述的边沿厚度为3cm。
所述的托盘为铝型材托盘。
所述的柱子为铁柱。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明的贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，在烘干过程中烘干温度可以进一步提升，满足了不同产品的烘干要求；由于采用的是铝型材，具有很好的导热性，使得在烘干过程中贝雷帽能均匀得受热，从而解决了在烘干过程中产生卷毛和焦毛的现象；通过本发明实现了贝雷帽在烘干过程中受热均匀的目的。

具体实施方式
实施例
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
如图1所示，本发明的贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，包括托盘1和铁柱3，铁柱3安装在托盘1的中间位置，铁柱3为空心的铁柱，托盘1设有一定厚度的边沿2；边沿2的厚度为2cm-5cm，优选为3cm。
托盘1为铝型材托盘，具有很好的导热性，使得在烘干过程中贝雷帽能均匀得受热，从而解决了在烘干过程中产生卷毛和焦毛的现象。
使用时，将贝雷帽放置于托盘1上，并且将帽沿沿着边沿1镶嵌在托盘1上，然后将已固定好的贝雷帽跟模具按照如图1所示一起放入烘箱中，将烘箱慢慢加热，调整烘箱内部的温度和湿度。本实施例以230摄氏度烘烤5至10分钟，待温度冷却之后，脱下贝雷帽即可；通过本发明实现了贝雷帽在烘干过程中受热均匀的目的。

1.一种贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，其特征在于：包括托盘和柱子，所述的柱子安装在托盘的中间位置；所述的柱子为圆柱子；所述的托盘设有一定厚度的边沿。
2.如权利要求1所述的贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，其特征在于：所述的圆柱子为空心的圆柱子。
3.如权利要求1所述的贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，其特征在于：所述的边沿厚度为2cm-5cm。
4.如权利要求3所述的贝雷帽铝合金模具烘干装置，其特征在于：所述的边沿厚度为3cm。
