Abstract

本发明涉及一种可调节流量的水泵,内置有直流无刷电机,外接有交直流电源转换器,还设有一电流调节控制器。本发明的有益效果在于:第一、将水泵现有的主体异步电动机改为直流无刷电动机,使用直流电提供水泵电能。第二、利用交直流电源转换器,将电网中的交流电转为水泵主体直流无刷电机使用的直流电供其使用。第三、在电源转换器和水泵主体之间,加上控制器,通过调节控制器通过的直流电大小,达到调节输入水泵的直流电的电压或电流强度的目的,从而调节水泵的转速,进而可以控制调节水泵的出水口水流的流速或扬程。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可调节流量的水泵。 
背景技术
    现有技术中水族、园林园艺及水产等行业中应用的水泵主要是利用异步电动机的磁轴(转子)的旋转,带动其水叶旋转乃至搅动水流,达到改变其作用的流体的动能和势能的目的。此种异步电动机需要输入三相交流电,根据应用的需要,设置电动机的定子磁极及转子的转速,一旦设定完成,转子转速恒定的情况下,水泵的出水的流速或扬程也是恒定的;另外,利用异步电动机的水泵,只能利用电网的交流电,达到额定的转速后,不可以调整水泵出水口的水流的速度和扬程,不利于输出的控制。                              
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用直流电且可调节流速、扬程等参数的水泵。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
    所述可调节流量的水泵内置有直流无刷电机,外接有交直流电源转换器。
进一步地,所述可调节流量的水泵还设有一电流调节控制器。 
本发明的有益效果在于:第一、将水泵现有的主体异步电动机改为直流无刷电动机,使用直流电提供水泵电能。第二、利用交直流电源转换器,将电网中的的交流电转为水泵主体直流无刷电机使用的直流电供其使用。第三、在电源转换器和水泵主体之间,加上控制器,通过调节控制器通过的直流电大小,达到调节输入水泵的直流电的电压或电流强度的目的,从而调节水泵的转速,进而可以控制调节水泵的出水口水流的流速或扬程。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述: 
所述可调节流量的水泵内置有直流无刷电机,外接有交直流电源转换器5。
优选地,所述可调节流量的水泵还设有一电流调节控制器。 
在本实施例中,通常水泵从进水口2引入水流后,即可通过转子带动水叶旋转,从而达到为水流提供动力的目的,使得水流从出水口3喷出时达到相应的流速。在运作时,交流电首先通过交直流电源转换器转为直流电,然后通过控制器4调节大小以控制水泵的功率,进而影响流速和扬程等性能参数,既方便使用,也便于控制输出。

1.一种可调节流量的水泵,其特征在于:所述可调节流量的水泵内置有直流无刷电机,外接有交直流电源转换器。
2.按照权利要求1所述的可调节流量的水泵,其特征在于:所述可调节流量的水泵还设有一电流调节控制器。
