Abstract

用框架和阻力板做成一个水轮,阻力板都放在框架的右边,当遇到水的冲力时,迎水流的阻力板会被框架挡住产生很大阻力,顺水的阻力板会被水冲开和水流平行产生很小的阻力,这样一边是很大的阻力,一边是很小的阻力中心有一个转动轴,再把它固定住必然会转动。也就是说,很大的阻力——很小的阻力=很多的阻力,再把这个水轮固定住它就会必然转动。

本技术解决的问题是:把底流速底水位的水流动力,用一种轮子专化成转动的动力带动发电机发电, 
它的主要技术是:先做成四个框架,组成一个十字形的轮子,我们再把阻力板按在框架的右边,和框架的上边用合叶链接,把水轮固定住,当水流冲到水轮时,【因为水轮的阻力板都是在右边,又因为阻力板只有上边和框架相连,】这时迎着水流的阻力板,被框架当住产生阻力。顺着水流的阻力板不会被框架挡住,会被水冲开和水流的方向处在平行状态,这是阻力板的阻力很小,这样一边阻力很大,一边阻力很小,中心有一个转动轴,再把转动轴固定住,这样轮子必然会转动,也就是说【很大的阻力-----很小的阻力=很多阻力】用很多的阻力催动轮子转动。
